本发明涉及一种卧式加工中心多刀刀杆,特别是一种适应加工多个孔并对该孔进行倒角的装置。
背景技术
现有卧式加工中心刀杆一支刀杆只能安装一把刀具,加工一个部位。加工多工位时需要多支刀杆,多次换刀,刀具成本较高,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种卧式加工中心多刀刀杆,机械手一次换刀可以加工同轴的多个孔并倒角,提高生产效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种卧式加工中心多刀刀杆,包括刀杆体,刀杆体上设有多组微调镗孔刀组件,所述微调镗孔刀组件的另一侧安装有倒角刀。
优选的,所述刀杆体上设有大微调镗孔刀组件和小微调镗孔刀组件,所述大微调镗孔刀组件的另一侧安装有大倒角刀,所述小微调镗孔刀组件的另一侧安装有小倒角刀。
所述微调镗孔刀组件和倒角刀的前刀面相反。
本发明提供的卧式加工中心多刀刀杆,由于刀杆体上设有多组微调镗孔刀组件,镗孔刀刀具能够同时装夹调整,有利于装夹和测量,并确定刀具的相对位置,确保施工时工件的加工精度,特别是相对位置精度,保证产品质量。

如图1所示,所述刀杆体1上设有大微调镗孔刀组件2和小微调镗孔刀组件3,所述大微调镗孔刀组件2的另一侧安装有大倒角刀4,所述小微调镗孔刀组件3的另一侧安装有小倒角刀5。
所述微调镗孔刀组件和倒角刀的前刀面相反。
使用时,根据孔的间距确定各微调镗孔刀组件和倒角刀得位置,根据孔径大小分别调整大微调镗孔刀组件2和小微调镗孔刀组件3的径向尺寸,然后调整大倒角刀4和小倒角刀5的径向及轴向尺寸,用螺钉夹紧;可实现一次换刀加工多个孔和倒角。
