Abstract

油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,前电极板组件、后电极板组件和高能锂电池连接后,安装在电池筒内;前电极板组件、后电极板组件的结构相同,具体包括电极绝缘座,电极绝缘座拧紧在前压板的细牙螺纹孔内,接线端子绝缘套拧紧在后座板的细牙螺纹孔内,接线端子压入接线端子绝缘套的沉孔内,电极压缩弹簧套在接线端子上,浮动电极扣在压缩弹簧上,用前压板压住,浮动电极在压缩弹簧的作用下在电极绝缘座内弹性浮动,前压板和后座板连接,接线端子连接的电线用压线螺母拧紧在接线端子的压线螺钉下,导向圆柱销穿过前压板和后座板的安装孔,用螺母固定拧紧,本发明结构简单,可靠性强,耐振动,防插反。

技术领域
本发明涉及油气管道缺陷检测技术领域,具体涉及油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元。
背景技术
伴随油气开采技术的发展,配套的油气管道输送技术也在不断提高,油气管道缺陷检测是这个领域的重要技术。在油气管道缺陷内检测器使用时,检测器电池持续可靠的供电,是保障检测器正常工作的基础,申请号为201110089473.X的专利“电池供电系统及电池包”提供了一种电池供电系统和方法,但该系统在于提供一种智能供电电路,并不包含电池组可靠连接的抗振动设计结构,无法用于管道缺陷内检测器上,本发明的油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元通过在特定的机械结构上安装浮动电极的方式实现电池在油气管道内检测的恶劣振动条件下可靠工作,是一种适用于油气管道缺陷内检测器的电池供电结构。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,具有可靠性高、防插反和电池换装方便的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为;
油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,包括前电极板组件1、高能锂电池2、电池筒3和后电极板组件4,前电极板组件1、后电极板组件4和高能锂电池2连接后,安装在电池筒3内;
所述的前电极板组件1、后电极板组件4的结构相同,具体包括电极绝缘座5,电极绝缘座5拧紧在前压板8的细牙螺纹孔内,接线端子绝缘套10拧紧在后座板14的细牙螺纹孔内;接线端子11压入接线端子绝缘套10的沉孔内,电极压缩弹簧7套在接线端子11上,浮动电极6扣在压缩弹簧7上,用前压板8压住,浮动电极6在压缩弹簧7的作用下在电极绝缘座5内弹性浮动,前压板8和后座板14连接,接线端子11连接的电线用压线螺母13拧紧在接线端子的压线螺钉12下,导向圆柱销9穿过前压板8和后座板14的安装孔,用螺母固定拧紧。
所述的浮动电极6外圆与电极绝缘座5内孔间隙为0.5~1.0毫米。
所述的前压板8和后座板14做绝缘处理。
所述的浮动电极6在压缩弹簧7的作用下始终接触电池。
所述的导向圆柱销9用以确认前后电极的正负方向。
本发明的油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,结构简单,可靠性强,耐振动,防插反,是一种适用于油气管道缺陷内检测器的电池包结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明。
参照图1,油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,包括前电极板组件1、高能锂电池2、电池筒3和后电极板组件4,前电极板组件1、后电极板组件4和高能锂电池2连接后,安装在电池筒3内。
参照图2,所述的前电极板组件1、后电极板组件4的结构相同,具体包括电极绝缘座5,电极绝缘座5拧紧在前压板8的细牙螺纹孔内,接线端子绝缘套10拧紧在后座板14的细牙螺纹孔内;接线端子11压入接线端子绝缘套10的沉孔内,电极压缩弹簧7套在接线端子11上,浮动电极6扣在压缩弹簧7上,用前压板8压住,浮动电极6在压缩弹簧7的作用下在电极绝缘座5内弹性浮动,前压板8和后座板14连接,接线端子11连接的电线用压线螺母13拧紧在接线端子的压线螺钉12下,导向圆柱销9穿过前压板8和后座板14的安装孔,用螺母固定拧紧。
所述的浮动电极6外圆与电极绝缘座5内孔间隙为0.5~1.0毫米。
所述的前压板8和后座板14做绝缘处理,防止使用时引起短路。
所述的浮动电极6在压缩弹簧7的作用下始终接触电池,克服了管道冲击和振动给检测器电源正常工作带来的断电影响。
所述的导向圆柱销9用以确认前后电极的正负方向,保证前后电极板扣合后,电池极性不会接错,造成电池电源短路。
本发明的工作原理为:电池筒3用于容纳高能锂电池2,前电极板组件1与后电极板组件3结构完全相同,安装后,电极板组件压紧电池两端,以电极板组件上的绝缘座固定电池,浮动电极6由压缩弹簧7支撑可在电极绝缘座5中弹性浮动,实现在震动条件下始终与电池电极紧密连接,电极绝缘座5可以限制浮动电极6的移动,同时起到绝缘防短路的作用;压缩弹簧7导电,其另一端与接线端子11相连,将电能传导至接线端子11,接线端子11上有压线螺钉12,可连接导线,后座板14通过接线端子绝缘套10固定接线端子11,前压板8通过电极绝缘座5将浮动电极限定在后座板14上。

Claims (5)

1.油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,其特征在于:包括前电极板组件(1)、高能锂电池(2)、电池筒(3)和后电极板组件(4),前电极板组件(1)、后电极板组件(4)和高能锂电池(2)连接后,安装在电池筒(3)内;
所述的前电极板组件(1)、后电极板组件(4)的结构相同,具体包括电极绝缘座(5),电极绝缘座(5)拧紧在前压板(8)的细牙螺纹孔内,接线端子绝缘套(10)拧紧在后座板(14)的细牙螺纹孔内;接线端子(11)压入接线端子绝缘套(10)的沉孔内,电极压缩弹簧(7)套在接线端子(11)上,浮动电极(6)扣在压缩弹簧(7)上,用前压板(8)压住,浮动电极(6)在压缩弹簧(7)的作用下在电极绝缘座(5)内弹性浮动,前压板(8)和后座板(14)连接,接线端子(11)连接的电线用压线螺母(13)拧紧在接线端子的压线螺钉(12)下,导向圆柱销(9)穿过前压板(8)和后座板(14)的安装孔,用螺母固定拧紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,其特征在于:所述的浮动电极(6)外圆与电极绝缘座(5)内孔间隙为0.5~1.0毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,其特征在于:所述的前压板(8)和后座板(14)做绝缘处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,其特征在于:所述的浮动电极(6)在压缩弹簧(7)的作用下始终接触电池。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油气管道缺陷内检测器电池包单元,其特征在于:所述的导向圆柱销(9)用以确认前后电极的正负方向。
