背景技术
科学技术的不断进步,实现自动化的设备也越来越多,有的就是通过利用机电一体化的方式来实现的,后种实现自动化的方法其控制比较灵敏和准确,但是其制造成本高,维修因难,必须请专业的技术人员进行维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构简单,制造和维护成本都较低的水位控制器。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题而采取的技术解决方案如下:
水位控制器,阀体的上端开有进水口,下端开有出水孔,所述阀门由阀板和与阀板固定连接的阀杆组成,阀板位于阀体内,阀杆穿过阀体的出水孔与连杆的一端铰接,所述阀门呈“T”字形。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:结构简单,制造成本低,维修和维护成本都较低。

具体实施方式
由图1所示,水位控制器,阀体1的上端开有进水口5,该进水口5与水源相连通,阀体1的下端开有出水孔6,所述阀门由阀板7和与阀板7固定连接的阀杆8组成,阀板7位于阀体1内,阀板7的面积必须大于阀体1上出水孔6的面积,所述浮球4的质量必须大于阀门的质量。

1.水位控制器,其特征在于:阀体的上端开有进水口,下端开有出水孔,所述阀门由阀板和与阀板固定连接的阀杆组成,阀板位于阀体内,所述支杆的一端与阀体连接,另一端与连杆的中部铰接,所述浮球的质量大于阀门的质量。
