技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动升降搅拌减速机。
背景技术
在现有技术中,带升降功能的搅拌机减速机采用可升降机架支撑搅拌减速机,由可升降机架控制搅拌减速机上下升降,再由搅拌减速机控制搅拌轴旋转。该类结构复杂、部件多,制作成本高,升降、搅拌工作效率低,在同步工作时,工作稳定差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,制作方便,升降和搅拌操作可一体进行,工作稳定,效率高,使用寿命长的电动升降搅拌减速机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种电动升降搅拌减速机,其特征在于:包括机架、主轴、蜗轮蜗杆减速机、丝杠、蜗轮蜗杆升降机,蜗轮蜗杆减速机支撑连接于机架上,蜗轮蜗杆减速机传动设置于机架内的主轴,主轴下端设有联轴器,主轴上端经联轴器连接丝杠下端,丝杠上端连接蜗轮蜗杆升降机,蜗轮蜗杆升降机支撑连接于蜗轮蜗杆减速机上。电机带动蜗轮蜗杆升降机传动,使丝杠上、下移动,丝杠由联轴器带动主轴上下移动,主轴经长键安装于蜗轮蜗杆减速机的蜗轮上随蜗轮同步旋转主轴上、下移动同时转动,经主轴下端联轴器外接搅拌设备工作。
所述主轴上端面与丝杠下端面之间设有弹子,弹子设于主轴上端面的弹子槽和丝杠下端面的弹子槽内。主轴与丝杠接触端面间的弹子能有效防止摩擦损坏,提高使用寿命和传动效率。
本发明采用蜗轮蜗杆减速机和蜗轮蜗杆升降机分别驱动主轴旋转和丝杠升降,再由丝杠升降带动主轴升降,一体实现主轴的升降和转动功能,具有升降和搅拌操作可一体进行,工作稳定,效率高,使用寿命长的优点。

图1所示,一种电动升降搅拌减速机包括机架1、下联轴器2、主轴3、长键4、蜗轮蜗杆减速机5、上联轴器6、弹子7、丝杠8和蜗轮蜗杆升降机9。蜗轮蜗杆减速机5支撑连接于机架1上,蜗轮蜗杆减速机5的蜗轮经长键4传动连接设置于机架1内的主轴3,主轴3下端设有下联轴器2,主轴3上端经上联轴器连接丝杠8下端,丝杠8上端连接蜗轮蜗杆升降机9,蜗轮蜗杆升降机9支撑连接于蜗轮蜗杆减速机5上;主轴3上端面与丝杠8下端面之间设有弹子7,弹子设于主轴上端面的弹子槽和丝杠下端面的弹子槽内。

1.一种电动升降搅拌减速机,其特征在于:包括机架、主轴、蜗轮蜗杆减速机、丝杠、蜗轮蜗杆升降机,蜗轮蜗杆减速机支撑连接于机架上,蜗轮蜗杆减速机传动设置于机架内的主轴,主轴下端设有联轴器,主轴上端经联轴器连接丝杠下端,丝杠上端连接蜗轮蜗杆升降机,蜗轮蜗杆升降机支撑连接于蜗轮蜗杆减速机上。
