技术领域
本发明涉及一种配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具。
背景技术
传统的配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具,包括动模和静模,其中哈夫块机构被设置在动模上,脱模时由于推顶装置和哈夫块处于同一侧,因此导致脱模不畅,而且注塑模具也无法设置多个注塑位。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种脱模更加顺畅且稳定的配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具,包括动模和静模,所述静模上设置有对称且斜向分布的左长槽和右长槽,左长槽和右长槽内分别设置有左滑块和右滑块,所述左滑块和右滑块分别配置有可将其向外推顶的复位弹簧,所述左滑块上固定有左模块,所述右滑块上固定有右模块,所述左模块的内侧开设有左瓣T形槽,所述右模块的内侧开设有右瓣T形槽,所述左瓣T形槽和右瓣T形槽在左模块和右模块合拢后形成完整的T形槽,所述动模向外一侧上对应T形槽设置有T形拉钩,合模状态下所述T形拉钩处于T形槽内。
本发明中,左长槽、右长槽、左滑块、右滑块、左模块和右模块均设置于静模上,T形拉钩设置于动模上,由于借助了T形拉钩拉动哈夫块脱模,从而使哈夫块机构带动的静模上的两瓣分模板更加顺畅稳定的开合;在此T形拉钩加哈夫块机构的结构与复位弹簧共同配合,在开模的初始阶段T形拉钩在拉动哈夫块机构时起到主力作用,在T形拉钩脱钩后由于哈夫块机构在T形拉钩拉动时已经具有动能,再有复位弹簧的推顶,即可实现在无T形拉钩拉动时持续将两瓣分模板张开到最大,两者结合保障了哈夫块机构带动的静模上的两瓣模板的顺畅且稳定的开模。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本发明的技术方案及其实施例,下面将进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节及其工作原理。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,本发明提供的配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具,包括动模1和静模2,所述静模2上设置有对称且斜向分布的左长槽3和右长槽4,左长槽3和右长槽4内分别设置有左滑块5和右滑块6,所述左滑块5和右滑块6分别配置有可将其向外推顶的复位弹簧12,所述左滑块5上固定有左模块7,所述右滑块6上固定有右模块8,所述左模块7的内侧开设有左瓣T形槽9,所述右模块8的内侧开设有右瓣T形槽10,所述左瓣T形槽9和右瓣T形槽10在左模块7和右模块8合拢后形成完整的T形槽,所述动模1向外一侧上对应T形槽设置有T形拉钩11,合模状态下所述T形拉钩11处于T形槽内。在本实施例中,所述左长槽3、右长槽4、左滑块5、右滑块6、左模块7和右模块8均设置于静模2的上端,所述T形拉钩11处于动模1的上端靠内侧。
下面根据附图详细描述工作原理,如图2所示,合模时动模1上的T形拉钩11进入静模2上的左模块7和右模块8合并形成的左瓣T形槽9和右瓣T形槽10中;如图3、图4、图5所示,开模时T形拉钩11拉动左模块7和右模块8(复位弹簧12也辅助推动),同时T形槽逐渐张开,最后T形槽张开到大于T形拉钩11的宽度,此时无法拉动左模块7和右模块8,而复位弹簧12继续推动左模块7和右模块8,使左模块7和右模块8带动的静模2上的两个分模板完全张开;而从开模到合模的过程中,动模1推动左模块7和右模块8,在此过程中T形槽最终合并形成,且将T形拉钩11扣住,开模时左模块7和右模块8受T形拉钩11拉动和复位弹簧12推动,向外移动并张开,最终使T形拉钩11完全脱离T形槽。

1.一种配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具,包括动模和静模,其特征是:所述静模上设置有对称且斜向分布的左长槽和右长槽,左长槽和右长槽内分别设置有左滑块和右滑块,所述左滑块和右滑块分别配置有可将其向外推顶的复位弹簧,所述左滑块上固定有左模块,所述右滑块上固定有右模块,所述左模块的内侧开设有左瓣T形槽,所述右模块的内侧开设有右瓣T形槽,所述左瓣T形槽和右瓣T形槽在左模块和右模块合拢后形成完整的T形槽,所述动模向外一侧上对应T形槽设置有T形拉钩,合模状态下所述T形拉钩处于T形槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配置哈夫块开合模具机构的注塑模具,其特征是:所述左长槽、右长槽、左滑块、右滑块、左模块和右模块均设置于静模的上端,所述T形拉钩处于动模的上端靠内侧。
