Description
技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物。
背景技术
中风是中医学对急性脑血管疾病的统称。它是以猝然昏倒，不省人事，伴发口角歪斜、语言不利而出现半身不遂为主要症状的一类疾病，由于本病发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高、复发率高以及并发症多的特点，所以医学界把它同冠心病、癌症并列为威胁人类健康的三大疾病之一。预防中风的重要性已经引起国内外医学界的重视，由中风引起的肢体麻木、疼痛、半身不遂、口眼歪斜等，严重影响了患者的身心健康，因此，治疗由中风引起的肢体麻木、疼痛、半身不遂、口眼歪斜的药物的改进是目前亟需解决的问题。
另外，手指麻木也为常见病，其属于中医的痹症范畴，所谓痹症指当人体肌表经络遭受风、寒、湿外邪侵袭后，使气血运行不畅而引起肌肉、手指关节麻木、屈伸不利、关节肿大、局部疼痛的病症。西医认为手指麻木为肢体运动神经元受损，运动神经纤维周边的微细血管被堵塞，微循环受阻，压迫运动纤维，导致运动神经元、神经纤维严重受损，神经的传导能力和传导速度下降而致。手指麻木大多是由于中风瘫痪、糖尿病，神经炎以及颈椎病，风湿、类风湿、脉管炎、腰椎病等引起。
目前，用于治疗手指麻木的药物以活血化瘀、营养神经为主，如使用三七制剂、静脉注射维生素B1和B12等等，但治疗效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便、疗效可靠、副作用小的治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物，它是由下述重量份的组分制备而成：
红参5～15、丹参5～15、赤芍5～15、三七5～15、延胡索5～15、天麻5～15、何首乌5～15、天竺黄5～15、伸筋草10～20份、白芍10～20份、牛膝5～15份、桂枝5～15份、枸杞5～15份、五味子3～6份、甘草5～10份。
进一步地，一种治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物由下述重量份的组分制备而成：
红参10、丹参10、赤芍10、三七10、延胡索10、天麻10、何首乌10、天竺黄10、伸筋草15份、白芍15份、牛膝10份、桂枝10份、枸杞10份、五味子5份、甘草8份。
上述中药组合物的剂型为按照中国药典2010版要求制成的散剂、胶囊剂、汤剂或丸剂，优选为蜜丸。
制备时，按配方重量配比取各组份中药原料，粉碎至120目细粉，制得散剂或装胶囊；或将过筛后的粉剂于100℃灭菌处理30分钟，按每100g粉剂加中蜜30g，加热至70℃与适量开水混匀，精炼3次后，制成每粒重约0.3g的蜜丸，蜜丸60℃干燥。
本发明涉及的治疗肢体麻木中药组合物的配方合理、疗效确切，配方中使用的中药原料来源广泛、成本低廉，配制为蜜丸服用和携带较方便。本发明的临床疗效确切，治愈率和有效率高；本发明为纯中药制剂，长期服用无副作用；本发明使用的药材来源广，价格低廉，经济实惠。
具体实施方式
为便于理解本发明，本发明列举实施例如下。本领域技术人员应该明了，所述实施例仅仅用于帮助理解本发明，不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
实施例1
一种治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物，由下述重量份的组分制备而成：
红参10、丹参10、赤芍10、三七10、延胡索10、天麻10、何首乌10、天竺黄10、伸筋草15份、白芍15份、牛膝10份、桂枝10份、枸杞10份、五味子5份、甘草8份。。
本实施例的中药组合物蜜丸的制备方法如下：
取上述重量份的中药组分，粉碎至120目细粉，将过筛后的粉剂于100℃灭菌处理30分钟，按每100g粉剂加中蜜20g，加热至60℃与适量开水混匀，精炼3次后，制成每粒重约0.3g的蜜丸，蜜丸50℃干燥。用法用量为：口服，一天三次，一次10粒，15天为一疗程。
实施例2
红参15、丹参15、赤芍15、三七15、延胡索15、天麻15、何首乌15、天竺黄15、伸筋草20份、白芍20份、牛膝15份、桂枝15份、枸杞15份、五味子6份、甘草10份。
实施例3
红参5、丹参5、赤芍5、三七5、延胡索5、天麻5、何首乌5、天竺黄5、伸筋草10份、白芍10份、牛膝5份、桂枝5份、枸杞5份、五味子3份、甘草5份。
临床试验结果如下：
（1）、一般资料
所有手指麻木入选病例为手指感觉异常或中度异常患者，排除关节重度畸形患者、有严重胃十二指肠溃疡病史患者以及有严重脑肝肾等脏器病变患者。共入选60例，手指麻木病程均大于6个月。
（2）、研究方法
60例入选患者分为两组，对照组33例，治疗组27例。
对照组给予药物营养神经：一日一次肌注维生素B1100mg+B120.5～1mg，以及药物活血化瘀：一日三次口服血塞通片100mg。
治疗组服用本发明中药组合物：按实施例1制得的蜜丸，一天三次，一次10粒，15天为一疗程。
两组在治疗期间中可继续控制血糖治疗、颈椎理疗，但停用长春碱类等可能损害周围神经炎的药物。15天为1个疗程。
（3）、疗效判定标准
治愈：手指麻木消失，手指关节活动便利；显效：手指麻木明显减轻，有轻度的感觉异常，不影响手指关节活动；有效：手指麻木症状改善，手指感觉异常仍较明显，影响手指关节活动；无效：手指麻木无改善，手指感觉异常不能耐受。
（4）、研究结果
治疗30天后，治疗组对手指麻木的总有效率为84%，显著高于对照组的71%（P<0.05）。服用本发明中药组合物未出现肝肾功能损害等不良反应，表明本发明中药组合物具有较好的安全性。

1.一种治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的组分制备而成：
红参5～15、丹参5～15、赤芍5～15、三七5～15、延胡索5～15、天麻5～15、何首乌5～15、天竺黄5～15、伸筋草10～20份、白芍10～20份、牛膝5～15份、桂枝5～15份、枸杞5～15份、五味子3～6份、甘草5～10份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种治疗肢体麻木的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的组分制备而成：
红参10、丹参10、赤芍10、三七10、延胡索10、天麻10、何首乌10、天竺黄10、伸筋草15份、白芍15份、牛膝10份、桂枝10份、枸杞10份、五味子5份、甘草8份。
