The width of the optical cable cross arm 4 is L2=2047mm, and the length of the Φ20 steel rope sleeve used for the connection between the block block and the construction hole of the spanning tower is determined to be 2 meters.

第四步:光缆附件安装。光缆悬垂线夹的安装工作在紧线后应尽快进行,如图5所示,在该±800kV特高压直流输电线路黄河大跨越中跨越塔上光缆金具采用双支点预绞式悬护线夹1。在光缆紧线完毕以后,在两滑车3之间的光缆上测量划印,确定结构加固条的位置,如图6所示,直接在两个滑车3之间进行双支点预绞式悬护线夹1的安装,安装过程以滑车组为依托,施工操作比较简单。如图7所示,当在两滑车3之间安装好线夹1后,使用两个6吨手扳葫芦5来提升光缆线的联塔挂板与光缆挂点连接,手扳葫芦5下方与线夹的三角挂板连接,上方与地担连接,连接处要加衬垫用来保护。提升过程中两个手扳葫芦5同步操作,当滑车组不受力时进行拆除,拆除滑车后继续提升,如图8所示,直到联塔挂板与光缆挂点连接。 Step 4: Installation of optical cable accessories. As shown in Figure 7, when the cable clamp 1 is installed between the two pulleys 3, two 6-ton lever blocks 5 are used to lift the connecting tower hanging plate of the optical cable and connect with the cable hanging point, and the bottom of the lever block 5 is connected to the cable hanging point. The triangular hanging plate of the cable clip is connected, and the upper part is connected with the ground bearer, and the connection should be cushioned for protection. During the lifting process, the two lever hoists 5 operate synchronously. When the pulley block is not stressed, it is removed. After the pulley is removed, continue to lift, as shown in Figure 8, until the connecting tower hanging plate is connected with the optical cable hanging point.
