[0002] 靛蓝是一种绿色环保、历史悠久的还原染料,在棉织物染色、特别是靛蓝牛仔布制品的经纱的染色方面应用广泛。
[0003] 目前的工业生产都是经由3-吲哚酚盐氧化制备靛蓝,其中反应过程包括将一定量的苯胺基乙酸盐、氨基钠和氢氧化钠与氢氧化钾的混合碱在22(T250°C下反应,得到20-30%的3-吲哚酚盐的碱熔物,将此碱熔物溶入大量水中,通空气氧化后,再经压滤、洗涤、干燥得到靛蓝。
[0004] 靛蓝合成的碱熔、氧化及后处理工序中,碱的使用主要在碱熔工序,除了氧化压滤后稀碱进入碱回收之外,碱的流失主要在压滤后产品的洗涤过程中。根据跟踪统计及分析,在靛蓝后处理洗涤过程中,滤饼洗涤造成大量的碱流失,而且需要用大量的自来水对物料进行稀释和洗涤,流失的碱进入污水处置装置后,需要用大量的酸进行中和,处理费用和生产成本高,而且形成的无机盐难以生化处理,浪费碱资源,造成了较大环境污染。

[0012] 将靛蓝后处理压滤滤液在密闭塔筒体内,经喷淋头雾化喷淋或文丘里喷射管吸收CO2发生化学反应,产生碳酸盐,由于Na2CO3的溶解度远小于K2CO3的溶解度,再加上混碱中含大量钠离子,在混碱中Na2CO3过饱和,使得结晶析出,钾钠比提高的混碱再由循环吸入管通过循环泵打循环,重新回到塔筒`体内进一步提高调节钾钠比,最终达到了调节混碱的钾钠比,以满足脱水后重新返回靛蓝氧化反应中做溶质使用。
[0013] 将靛蓝后处理洗涤过程中含NaOH及KOH的混合碱液的洗涤水首先全部回收至洗涤碱水罐中,依次经悬浮物过滤器和有机物过滤器分别去悬浮物和有机物,一部分作洗涤水返回洗涤工序,另一部分经降温后,再输送至靛蓝氧化反应器内,作为下一批碱熔物料的稀释用水,如此往循环,从而达到回收洗涤水中低浓度NaOH及KOH混合碱液的目的;在压滤机中多次洗涤后的洗涤液送至洗涤碱水罐中,可直接用于下一批次靛蓝生产后处理的首次洗涤用水,有利于提高送至靛蓝氧化反应器的碱水碱度,降低洗涤用水量。
[0014] 该发明不但可以将靛蓝后处里压滤、洗涤中的碱全部回收套用,还可以减少大量自来水的使用,具有高效节能、减排显著、清洁环保、效益巨大的优点。

Claims (6)
1.一种靛蓝产品回收混合碱的装置,其特征在于:包括压滤水回收装置和洗涤水回收装置,所述压滤水回收装置包括浓缩装置、钠钾比调节装置和脱水装置,浓缩装置分别连接靛蓝后处理压滤机出水口和钠钾比调节装置,钠钾比调节装置连接脱水装置,脱水装置连接至靛蓝氧化反应器;所述洗涤水回收装置包括洗涤碱水罐、悬浮物过滤器、悬浮物过滤碱水罐、有机物过滤器、有机物过滤碱水罐、冷却塔和冷却碱水罐,洗涤碱水罐进水口连通靛蓝后处理压滤机出水口,洗涤碱水罐出水口经悬浮物过滤器连通悬浮物过滤碱水罐进水口,悬浮物过滤碱水罐出水口经有机物过滤器连通有机物过滤碱水罐进水口,有机物过滤碱水罐出水口经冷却塔连通冷却碱水罐,冷却碱水罐连接至靛蓝氧化反应器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种从靛蓝后处理洗涤过程中回收混合碱液的装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤碱水罐出水口经泵连通至靛蓝后处理压滤机进水口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种从靛蓝后处理洗涤过程中回收混合碱液的装置,其特征在于:所述有机物过滤碱水罐出水口经泵连通至靛蓝后处理压滤机进水口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种从靛蓝后处理洗涤过程中回收混合碱液的装置,其特征在于:所述冷却碱水罐包括冷却碱水储水罐和冷却碱水供水罐,有机物过滤碱水罐出水口经冷却塔连通冷却碱水储水罐进水口,有机物过滤碱水罐上部连通冷却碱水储水罐上部,冷却碱水储水罐出水口经泵连通冷却碱水供水罐,冷却碱水供水罐经泵连通靛蓝氧化反应器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种从靛蓝后处理洗涤过程中回收混合碱液的装置,其特征在于:所述钠钾比调节装置包括塔筒体、上封头、锥封头、喷淋头、喷嘴、进气口、清洗盘管、推进式搅拌器、人孔、内锥体、排净口、检查口、插底出料管、循环吸入管、循环管、循环泵和进液管,喷淋头设置于上封头内, 喷淋头为多个喷嘴同一水平面均布结构,喷淋头向下喷淋角度为中心对称的120° ;上封头上设有高于喷淋头的进气口,上封头封装于塔筒体顶端,锥封头呈倒锥状封装于塔筒体底端,锥封头底部设有排净口,锥封头下部锥面上设有检查口,插底出料管下管口对应锥封头倒锥下部,插底出料管上管口由塔筒体内穿出高于锥封头倒锥上部的塔筒体侧壁,循环吸入管穿接于高出插底出料管上管口的塔筒体上连通塔筒体内,循环吸入管经循环泵、循环管连通喷淋头,循环泵上连接有进液管;内锥体高于循环吸入管设至塔筒体,内锥体呈倒锥状且底端开口 ;塔筒体内设有高于内锥体的推进式搅拌器,推进式搅拌器垂直设置于塔筒体侧壁上;塔筒体或上封头内设有连通外部自来水的清洗盘管,清洗盘管沿塔筒体或上封头截面设置,清洗盘管外侧设有清洗孔,塔筒体侧壁上设有人孔。
