本发明涉及一种手动调距式加工机床,包括工作台,工作台的包括左支腿、右支腿和支撑台面,支撑台面的右侧焊接有一号支撑柱,支撑台面的左侧设有一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽;一号支撑柱上固定安装有一号轴承座;一号轴承座内安装有一号回转轴;一号回转轴的左端固连有一号卡紧器,一号回转轴的右端连接有上带轮;一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽的上方设有T型支撑柱;T型支撑柱的上方连接有二号轴承座;二号轴承座内安装有二号回转轴;二号回转轴的右端连接有二号卡紧器。本发明具有结构设计合理、制造成本低和操控方便等优点,方便移动,能够针对不同大小零件调节夹持的距离,适应性强,并采用标尺,实现了快速调节,提高了操作效率。

[0002] 机床是指制造机器的机器,亦称工作母机或工具机,习惯上简称机床。一般分为金属切削机床、锻压机床和木工机床等。现代机械制造中加工机械零件的方法很多:除切削加エ外,还有铸造、锻造、焊接、冲压、挤压等。随着机械加工行业的不断发展,对于机床的适用性要求,即采用的机床要能够适应于对应的操作空间,尤其是有的操作空间对于机床的外形尺寸的大小有着要求,由于传统的机床外形尺寸较大,价格昂贵,且较为笨重,不利于机床的搬运和挪位,放置在该操作空间内时,占据的空间较大,使得剰余空间较小,不利于加エ的顺利进行。
发明内容

[0005] 一种手动调距式加工机床,包括工作台,所述工作台的包括左支腿、右支腿和支撑台面,所述右支腿之间连接有横梁,所述横梁上固定安装有电机,所述电机的输出轴上固定安装有下带轮,所述右支腿的内侧壁上固定安装有变频控制器,所述变频控制器上设有调频旋钮;所述电机通过导线与变频控制器相连,所述支撑台面的右侧焊接有一号支撑柱,支撑台面的左侧设有一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽;所述一号支撑柱上固定安装有一号轴承座;所述一号轴承座内安装有一号回转轴;所述一号回转轴的左端固连有一号卡紧器,一号回转轴的右端连接有上带轮;所述上带轮和下带轮间通过传动带相连;所述一号滑移槽和ニ号滑移槽的上方设有T型支撑柱;所述T型支撑柱的下方通过紧固套件与支撑台面相连,T型支撑柱的上方连接有二号轴承座;所述紧固套件包括紧固螺栓、垫片和防松螺母;所述二号轴承座内安装有二号回转轴;所述二号回转轴的右端连接有二号卡紧器。通过变频控制器改变电机的转速,从而适用于不同加工的要求;通过电机带动上帯轮转动,进而使夹持在一号卡紧器和二号卡紧器上的零件回转,即可进行相应加工处理。通过松动防松螺母,即可人工手动的使T型支撑柱在一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽的约束下向左或者向右运动,实现对一号卡紧器和二号卡紧器间间距的调节,以适应于不同长度的零件加工的要求。
[0006] 所述的一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽相互平行,在一号滑移槽的后侧以及二号滑移槽的前侧均设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫与支撑台面固连,防滑垫由摩擦系数大的橡胶材料制成。采用防滑垫即可在防松螺母拧紧后,有效的防止机床工作时T型支撑柱在支撑台面上滑动,确保加工的顺利进行。
[0007] 所述的防滑垫的前侧设有标尺,所述标尺的右端与一号卡紧器的左端面齐平,设置标尺,即可针对不同零件的长度进行快速的调节一号卡紧器和二号卡紧器间的间距,提高操作效率,节省操作时间。
[0008] 所述的左支腿和右支腿的下端均安装有自锁轮,采用自锁轮一方面能够方便机床的移动,另一方面能够固定工作台,提高装置的稳定性。
[0009] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有结构设计合理、制造成本低和操控方便等优点,能适应于狭小空间要求,方便移动,解决了传统加工机床存在的外形尺寸大、制造成本高和质量重的缺陷,且能够针对不同大小零件调节夹持的距离,适应性强,并采用标尺,实现了快速调节,提高了操作效率。

[0016] 如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种手动调距式加工机床,包括工作台1,所述工作台I的包括左支腿101、右支腿102和支撑台面104,所述右支腿102之间连接有横梁10201,所述横梁10201上固定安装有电机2,所述电机2的输出轴上固定安装有下带轮3,所述右支腿102的内侧壁上固定安装有变频控制器20,所述变频控制器20上设有调频旋钮2001 ;所述电机2通过导线19与变频控制器20相连,所述支撑台面104的右侧焊接有一号支撑柱8,支撑台面104的左侧设有一号滑移槽103和二号滑移槽105 ;所述一号支撑柱8上固定安装有一号轴承座7 ;所述一号轴承座7内安装有一号回转轴6 ;所述一号回转轴6的左端固连有一号卡紧器9,一号回转轴6的右端连接有上带轮5 ;所述上带轮5和下带轮3间通过传动带4相连;所述一号滑移槽103和二号滑移槽105的上方设有T型支撑柱13 ;所述T型支撑柱13的下方通过紧固套件与支撑台面104相连,T型支撑柱13的上方连接有二号轴承座12 ;所述紧固套件包括紧固螺栓15、垫片16和防松螺母17 ;所述二号轴承座12内安装有二号回转轴11 ;所述二号回转轴11的右端连接有二号卡紧器10。通过变频控制器20改变电机2的转速,从而适用于不同加工的要求;通过电机2带动上带轮5转动,进而使夹持在一号卡紧器9和二号卡紧器10上的零件回转,即可进行相应加工处理。通过松动防松螺母17,即可人工手动的使T型支撑柱13在一号滑移槽103和二号滑移槽105的约束下向左或者向右运动,实现对一号卡紧器9和二号卡紧器10间间距的调节,以适应于不同长度的零件加工的要求。
[0017] 所述的一号滑移槽103和二号滑移槽105相互平行,在一号滑移槽103的后侧以及二号滑移槽105的前侧均设有防滑垫14,所述防滑垫14与支撑台面104固连,防滑垫104由摩擦系数大的橡胶材料制成。采用防滑垫104即可在防松螺母17拧紧后,有效的防止机床工作时T型支撑柱13在支撑台面104上滑动,确保加工的顺利进行。[0018] 所述的防滑垫14的前侧设有标尺18,所述标尺18的右端与一号卡紧器9的左端面齐平,设置标尺18,即可针对不同零件的长度进行快速的调节一号卡紧器9和二号卡紧器10间的间距,提高操作效率,节省操作时间。
[0019] 所述的左支腿101和右支腿102的下端均安装有自锁轮21,采用自锁轮21 —方面能够方便机床的移动,另一方面能够固定工作台1,提高装置的稳定性。
[0020] 使用时,操作人员先根据待加工零件的长度大小调节一号卡紧器和二号卡紧器的间距,并拧紧防松螺母,即可实现对T型支撑柱的固定,利用防滑垫又进一歩的防止了 T型支撑柱的滑动;此时即可将待加工零件夹持在一号卡紧器和二号卡紧器上,启动电机,可根据实际需要旋动调频旋钮,从而调节电机的转速,以满足对应零件的加工要求;当需要移动机床时,只需松开自锁轮的锁,即可将零件推送到相应的位置,然后再锁住自锁轮即可。

1.一种手动调距式加工机床,包括工作台,所述工作台的包括左支腿、右支腿和支撑台面,所述右支腿之间连接有横梁,所述横梁上固定安装有电机,所述电机的输出轴上固定安装有下带轮,所述右支腿的内侧壁上固定安装有变频控制器,所述变频控制器上设有调频旋钮;所述电机通过导线与变频控制器相连,其特征在于:所述支撑台面的右侧焊接有一号支撑柱,支撑台面的左侧设有一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽;所述一号支撑柱上固定安装有一号轴承座;所述一号轴承座内安装有一号回转轴;所述一号回转轴的左端固连有一号卡紧器,一号回转轴的右端连接有上带轮;所述上带轮和下带轮间通过传动带相连;所述一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽的上方设有T型支撑柱;所述T型支撑柱的下方通过紧固套件与支撑台面相连,T型支撑柱的上方连接有二号轴承座;所述紧固套件包括紧固螺栓、垫片和防松螺母;所述二号轴承座内安装有二号回转轴;所述二号回转轴的右端连接有二号卡紧器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ー种手动调距式加工机床,其特征在于:所述的一号滑移槽和二号滑移槽相互平行,在一号滑移槽的后侧以及二号滑移槽的前侧均设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫与支撑台面固连,防滑垫由摩擦系数大的橡胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的ー种手动调距式加工机床,其特征在于:所述的防滑垫的前侧设有标尺,所述标尺的右端与一号卡紧器的左端面齐平。
