本发明公开了卸灰球阀,包括球体,球体两侧分别设有下阀轴和上阀轴,上阀轴与阀门驱动件连接,球体内设有卸灰通道,卸灰通道与上方的上喇叭进口连通,卸灰通道与下方的下喇叭出口连通,卸灰通道外的球体顶面处设有阀门密封装置,卸灰通道上部外围设有弹性压紧装置,上喇叭进口和下喇叭出口内均设有孔板,卸灰通道内设有分流板。本发明的优点:煤灰由上喇叭进口引领作用进入阀门通道内,当煤灰达一定量时,操作阀门驱动装置旋转球体,打开卸灰通道,煤灰由下喇叭出口快速排出,孔板使得卸灰顺畅,不堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卸灰球阀。
背景技术
卸灰球状阀是近年来被广泛采用的一种新型卸灰阀门。卸灰球状阀的关闭件是一个球体,球体绕阀体中心线作旋转运动来达到开启和关闭的目的,普通的卸灰球阀,煤灰进入进料口,当煤灰聚积到一定的程度后,阀门通道被堵塞,使得卸灰不及时。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种卸灰顺畅的卸灰球阀。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
卸灰球阀,包括球体,所述球体两侧分别设有下阀轴和上阀轴,所述上阀轴与阀门驱动件连接,所述球体内设有卸灰通道,所述卸灰通道与上方的上喇叭进口连通,所述卸灰通道与下方的下喇叭出口连通,所述卸灰通道外的球体顶面处设有阀门密封装置,所述卸灰通道上部外围设有弹性压紧装置,所述上喇叭进口和下喇叭出口内均设有孔板,所述卸灰通道内设有分流板。
所述阀门驱动件为阀门转盘。
所述阀门密封装置为密封环。
所述弹性压紧装置为压紧弹簧。
本发明的有益效果:煤灰由上喇叭进口引领作用进入阀门通道内,当煤灰达一定量时,操作阀门驱动装置旋转球体,打开卸灰通道,煤灰由下喇叭出口快速排出,孔板使得卸灰顺畅,不堵塞。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的卸灰球阀,球体6两侧分别设有下阀轴7和上阀轴2,上阀轴2与阀门驱动件1连接,球体6内设有卸灰通道9,卸灰通道9与上方的上喇叭进口3连通,卸灰通道9与下方的下喇叭出口3连通,卸灰通道9外的球体6顶面处设有阀门密封装置5,阀门密封装置5为密封环,卸灰通道9上部外围设有弹性压紧装置4,弹性压紧装置4为压紧弹簧,上喇叭进口3和下喇叭出口8内均设有孔板10,卸灰通道9内设有分流板11,通过分流板11导流,使得卸灰过程更顺畅。
阀门驱动件5为阀门转盘。
      煤灰由上喇叭进口3引领作用进入阀门通道内,当煤灰达一定量时,操作阀门驱动装置1旋转球体6,打开卸灰通道9,煤灰由下喇叭出口8快速排出,上喇叭进口3和下喇叭出口8内的孔板10使得卸灰顺畅,不堵塞。

1.卸灰球阀,包括球体,其特征在于:所述球体两侧分别设有下阀轴和上阀轴,所述上阀轴与阀门驱动件连接,所述球体内设有卸灰通道,所述卸灰通道与上方的上喇叭进口连通,所述卸灰通道与下方的下喇叭出口连通,所述卸灰通道外的球体顶面处设有阀门密封装置,所述卸灰通道上部外围设有弹性压紧装置,所述上喇叭进口和下喇叭出口内均设有孔板,所述卸灰通道内设有分流板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卸灰球阀,其特征在于:所述阀门驱动件为阀门转盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卸灰球阀,其特征在于:所述阀门密封装置为密封环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卸灰球阀,其特征在于:所述弹性压紧装置为压紧弹簧。
