本发明公开了一种混凝土砖块压制机。它包括龙门形机架,固定于机架上方且推动上模下压的主液压缸,固定于机架两侧并使上模可沿其上下运动的立柱,与上模相对应的下模、振动装置、传送装置,位于下模和振动装置之间并可由传送装置传送的砌块托板,液压动力装置,控制装置,加料辅助装置,脱模装置,所述的脱模装置包括一通过推杆推动下模上下移动的液压缸,且下模可沿立柱上下运动,这样该成型机结构简单、容易操作,其生产的砌块密度均匀、强度高,并且能够替代进口设备。

本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,特别是涉及一种混凝土砖块压制机。 
背景技术:
随着建筑业的迅猛发展,房屋建设对建筑砖块的需求越来越大。因国家禁用实心粘土砖决定的实施,节约能源、减少污染又符合国家建筑标准要求的各种空心砖应运而生。但现有的砖块生产设备均存在成型压力不足,砖块密度不均匀,强度不够,时常出现破碎等现象,究其原因,是砖块在生产过程中只是靠模具的自重下落锤打而成型,导致密度不均匀,承重性能差, 
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够生产密度均匀、强度高的混凝土砖块压制机。 
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的目的是这样实现的:混凝土砖块压制机,包括龙门形机架,固定于机架上方且推动上模下压的主液压缸,固定于机架两侧并使上模可沿其上下滑动的立柱,与上模相对应的下模、振动下模内坯料的振动装置、传送装置,位于下模和振动装置之间并可由传送装置传送的砖块托板、液压动力装置、控制装置,向下模内加入坯料的加料辅助装置,把成型的砖块从下模中移出的脱模装置;所述的脱模装置包括一通过推杆推动下模上下移动的液压缸,且下模可沿立柱上下运动;所述主液压缸两侧安装有调节上模移动距离的限位杆;传送装置可采用皮带传动;加料装置为一顶面与下模上平面对齐的箱体,该箱体顶面靠近下模一侧开口,其余三侧装有挡料板。 
由于采用上述技术措施,本发明具有结构简单、容易操作,生产的砖 块密度均匀、强度高等技术有点。可生产多种材料的建筑砖块。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明: 
如图1所示,混凝土砖块压制机,包括龙门形机架1,固定于机架1上方且推动上模2下压的主液压缸3,固定于机架1两侧并使上模2可沿其上下滑动的立柱7,与上模2相对应的下模4,振动下模4内坯料的振动装置5,传送装置6,位于下模4和振动装置5之间并可由传送装置6传送的砖块托板8,振动装置5通过砖块托板8从下模4的底面振动坯料,液压动力装置10,控制装置11控制整机的电气液压系统和操作机器运行,向下模4内加入坯料的加料辅助装置12可以方便加料,把成型的砖块从下模4中移出的脱模装置9,脱模装置9包括一通过推杆91推动下模4上下移动的液压缸92,且下模4可沿立柱7上下滑动,这样上模2与下模4沿同一立柱滑动,保证两者定位准确。主液压缸3两侧安装有可调节上模2移动距离的限位杆13,这样可适当调节成型砖块的高度。如图2所示,传送装置6为皮带传动。向下模内加入坯料的加料辅助装置12为一顶面与下模4上平面对齐的箱体,该箱体顶面靠近下模4一侧开口,其余三侧装有挡料板。

1.一种混凝土砖块压制机,其特征是:所述混凝土砖块压制机,包括龙门形机架(1),固定于机架(1)上方且推动上模(2)下压的主液压缸(3),固定于机架(1)两侧并使上模(2)可沿其上下滑动的立柱(7),与上模(2)相对应的下模(4)、振动下模(4)内坯料的振动装置(5)、传送装置(6),位于下模(4)和振动装置(5)之间并可由传送装置(6)传送的砌块托板(8),液压动力装置(10),控制装置(11),向下模(4)内加入坯料的加料辅助装置(12),把成型的砌块从下模(4)中移出的脱模装置(9),所述的脱模装置(9)包括一通过推杆(91)推动下模(4)上下移动的液压缸(92),且下模(4)可沿立柱(7)上下滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土砖块压制机,其特征是:所述的主液压缸(3)两侧安装有可调节上模(2)移动距离的限位杆(13)。
