[0001]本发明涉及燃煤电厂烟气脱汞的方法,具体涉及一种利用燃煤电厂的脱硫废水进行烟气脱汞的方法。同时,本发明还涉及了上述方法的系统。
背景技术
[0002]汞是煤中的痕量元素之一,其随着煤的燃烧释放到大气中。由于汞污染物具有较强的生理毒性和生物累积性,所以其污染控制受到了人们的普遍关注。我国作为以煤为主要能源结构的国家,对燃煤电站汞的排放控制研究刻不容缓。
[0003]目前,较成熟的烟气脱汞技术是活性炭喷射技术,脱除效率可观,但是成本投资过高,且也会影响粉煤灰的综合利用,在我国难以实现推广应用。
[0004]脱硫废水主要是燃煤电厂石灰石/石膏法烟气湿法脱硫过程中吸收塔排放出来的废水。燃煤烟气在进行湿法脱硫的过程中,Cl—离子会大量富集,对系统运行造成负面的影响。常规的脱硫废水处理系统配置复杂,且仅能除去废水中的重金属及其他悬浮杂质,由于目前没有能有效地去除废水中Cl—离子的化学药剂,而无法除去废水中的Cl—离子,因此处理后的废水仍无法进行再利用。
[0005]众多研究表明,对活性炭、飞灰、沸石、膨润土等其他吸附剂进行卤素改性都可以在一定程度上提高吸附剂的脱汞效率。脱硫废水中富集了大量的Cl—离子,Cl—离子的存在对燃煤烟气汞的脱除有重要的积极作用,若能对脱硫废水进行有效利用,同时达到有效脱汞和废水资源化的目的,对节约电厂运行成本等方面有重要的意义。
发明内容
[0006]本发明的第一个目的是提供一种利用燃煤电厂的脱硫废水进行烟气脱汞的方法,该方法不但能够减少燃煤电厂烟气汞排放,而且能够实现脱硫废水的零排放,免去繁杂的常规废水处理过程,达到以废治废的效果。
[0007]本发明的第二个目的是提供利用燃煤电厂的脱硫废水进行烟气脱汞的系统。
[0008]本发明的第一个目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种利用燃煤电厂的脱硫废水进行烟气脱汞的方法,在燃煤电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫过程产生的脱硫废水中加入卤素添加剂和脱汞催化剂中的一种或两种,充分混合后,栗送至空预器与除尘器之间的烟道,经雾化装置雾化喷洒在烟道中,与通过的烟气中的粉尘充分接触,将烟气中的汞去除,而脱硫废水中的固态物与烟气粉尘被除尘器捕获去除,在烟气脱汞的同时实现脱硫废水的零排放。
[0009]本发明中,脱硫废水中富集了大量的Cl—离子,添加卤素添加剂和/或脱汞添加剂后,脱硫废水喷入烟道可对烟气进行脱汞,而脱硫废水中的重金属、杂质及各种金属盐等固体物与飞灰一起进入除尘器被捕获去除,从而在烟气脱汞的同时实现脱硫废水的零排放。而由于脱硫废水中固体量和各种金属盐含量较低,对飞灰的物性及综合利用不会产生影响。

[0018]本发明第二个目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种利用燃煤电厂的脱硫废水进行烟气脱汞的系统,包括通过烟道依次连接的空预器、除尘器、吸收塔和脱水装置,所述空预器的烟气进口与锅炉连接,所述脱水装置的进水口与吸收塔的排水端连接,其特征在于,还包括脱硫废水储罐、水栗、空气压缩机和喷雾装置,所述脱水装置的出水口与所述脱硫废水储罐的进水端连接,所述脱硫废水储罐、水栗和喷雾装置通过管路依次连接,所述喷雾装置布置于所述空预器和除尘器之间的烟道中,所述空气压缩机则通过一支管与水栗和喷雾装置之间的管路连接,输入压缩空气,使脱硫废水在所述烟道内雾化。

[0022] (I)本发明使用雾化喷嘴、水栗、空气压缩机和管道就可以完成对脱硫废水以及烟气脱汞的处理,省略常规的脱硫废水处理过程,并且不会对燃煤锅炉、脱硝系统、除尘设备和脱硫系统的运行产生不利的影响,不仅可以实现脱硫废水的零排放,节约湿式脱硫系统的运行成本,更为重要的是,本发明成本低廉,能在一定程度提高除尘脱汞效果,克服了现有脱汞技术运行费用高昂的缺点,在未来有着广泛的应用前景。
[0023] (2)本发明控制脱硫废水的喷入量,使得脱硫废水喷入烟气后,烟气湿度由6.23%增加至7.48%,烟气温度由142°C降至136°C,烟气处于不饱和状态,烟气温度高于酸露点温度,不会对烟道和电除尘器产生腐蚀,因此,不需要对脱硫废水喷入点后烟道及除尘器进行改造处理。同时,烟气湿度的增加和烟气温度的降低,也降低了电除尘器中灰的比电阻,有利于提尚除尘效率。
