本发明涉及一种安全调温水龙头,包括阀体、阀芯、操作手柄、冷水进水管、热水进水管,所述水龙本体设有阀腔和出水管,阀腔分别与冷水进水管、热水进水管连通,阀腔内配合有沿阀腔上下移动的阀芯,阀芯与操作手柄通过连杆连接,连杆与操作手柄通过铰链连接,所述阀腔为竖直圆筒状,冷水进水管、热水进水管与阀腔的连通口设于阀腔的同一侧且竖直排列,出水管与阀腔连通口与冷、热水进水管不在同一侧,阀腔一端开口,阀腔开口处设有压盖,压盖中心设有通孔,阀芯侧面设有连通冷、热水进水管与出水管连通孔。本发明采用先连通冷水进水管的方式防止热水在放水初期流出烫伤用户,其结构简单,部件较少使用寿命长。

一种安全调温水龙头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水龙头,尤其涉及一种安全调温水龙头。 
背景技术
现有冷热水龙头流出的热水是通过一个冷水管与热水管在水龙头处混合,再由转动水龙头的把柄往上搬流出混合后的热水。显然,这种冷热水龙头是人们在放水的时候误操作极易造成烫伤,先也有提示水温的水龙头。 
如中国专利公开CN 202884114 U,公开了一种冷热调温水龙头结构,包括由热水管和冷水管组成的水管、水龙头出水管及手柄,所述热水管与所述冷水管分别装设在所述水龙头的两侧,在所述热水管与所述冷水管的内壁上还分别装设了温度传感器,在所述冷水管内壁与手柄相接的位置还装设有滑动变阻器,在所述水龙头上还装设有温度显示器,手柄与所述滑动变阻器连接。 
但上述调温水龙头采用电子控制显示水温其在潮湿的环境下极易受潮造成损坏时效,同时其仅仅能够显示水温而无法预防用户误操作造成水温过高烫伤皮肤。 
发明内容
为了解决现有调温水龙头在用户开启时极易误操作到热水档位造成烫伤,本发明提供一种安全调温水龙头。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:所述安全调温水龙头,包括阀体、阀芯、操作手柄、冷水进水管、热水进水管,所述水龙本体设有阀腔和出水管,阀腔分别与冷水进水管、热水进水管连通,阀腔内配合有沿阀腔上下移动的阀芯,阀芯与操作手柄通过连杆连接,连杆与操作手柄通过铰链连接,所述阀腔为竖直圆筒状,冷水进水管、热水进水管与阀腔的的连通口设于阀腔的同一侧且竖直排列,出水管与阀腔连通口与冷、热水进水管不在同一侧,阀腔一端开口,阀腔开口处设有压盖,压盖中心设有通孔,阀芯侧面设有连通冷、热水进水管与出水管连通孔。 
进一步,所述阀体上还设有支撑架,支撑架侧面设有凹槽,凹槽与操作手柄一端配合。   
进一步,所述操作手柄与凹槽配合的一端设有球形导向头。
进一步,所述压盖与阀体之间压有密封圈,通孔表面设有防漏密封圈。       
本发明的有益效果是:采用先连通冷水进水管的方式防止热水在放水初期流出烫伤用户,其结构简单,部件较少使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图叙述一个实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。 
在图中,所述安全调温水龙头,包括阀体2、阀芯12、操作手柄8、冷水进水管3、热水进水管4,所述阀体2设有阀腔1和出水管14,阀腔1分别与冷水进水管3、热水进水管4连通,阀腔1内配合有沿阀腔1上下移动的阀芯12,阀芯12与操作手柄8通过连杆9连接,连杆9与操作手柄8通过铰链7连接,阀体2上还设有支撑架5,支撑架5侧面设有凹槽6,凹槽6与操作手柄8一端配合。操作手柄8与凹槽6配合的一端设有球形导向头17。所述阀腔1为竖直圆筒状,冷水进水管3、热水进水管4与阀腔1的的连通口设于阀腔1的同一侧且竖直排列,出水管14与阀腔1连通口与冷、热水进水管4不在同一侧,阀腔1一端开口,阀腔1开口处设有压盖10,压盖10中心设有通孔15,压盖10与阀体2之间压有密封圈11,通孔15表面设有防漏密封圈16,阀芯12侧面设有连通冷水进水管3、热水进水管4与出水管14连通孔13。 
使用时,向上提起操作,阀芯12沿阀腔1向上运动,阀芯12的连通孔13依次连通冷水进水管3、出水管14、热水进水管4,用户调节阀芯12的高低控制冷热水的混合比例,调节操作手柄8的水旋转角度调节出水量。

1.一种安全调温水龙头,包括阀体、阀芯、操作手柄、冷水进水管、热水进水管,所述水龙本体设有阀腔和出水管,阀腔分别与冷水进水管、热水进水管连通,阀腔内配合有沿阀腔上下移动的阀芯,阀芯与操作手柄通过连杆连接,连杆与操作手柄通过铰链连接,其特征在于,所述阀腔为竖直圆筒状,冷水进水管、热水进水管与阀腔的的连通口设于阀腔的同一侧且竖直排列,出水管与阀腔连通口与冷、热水进水管不在同一侧,阀腔一端开口,阀腔开口处设有压盖,压盖中心设有通孔,阀芯侧面设有连通冷、热水进水管与出水管连通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全调温水龙头,其特征是:所述阀体上还设有支撑架,支撑架侧面设有凹槽,凹槽与操作手柄一端配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全调温水龙头,其特征是:所述操作手柄与凹槽配合的一端设有球形导向头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全调温水龙头,其特征是:所述压盖与阀体之间压有密封圈,通孔表面设有防漏密封圈。
