本发明涉及一种酸梅汤饮品,由由乌梅、山楂、杨梅、甘草、桂花、冰糖、红糖、红枣制成;所述红枣以红枣泥的方式加入酸梅汤中;所述酸梅汤中,乌梅、山楂、杨梅都有止渴、生津、助消化的效果,夏季服用酸梅汤可有效缓解夏季人们心浮气躁、厌食体虚的症状;甘草可以清热解毒,祛痰止咳;红枣具有补气养血、养血安神的功效,可以增加酸梅汤饮品的营养价值,同时可使得红枣的香甜融入汤中;以红枣泥煎煮可使得红枣的味道与营养更好的与汤融合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其是一种酸梅汤饮品。
背景技术
酸梅汤是我国传统的消暑饮料,乌梅性温味酸,含有非常丰富的有机酸,有极强的抗菌力,不但能帮助消化、增进食欲,还有清肠胃、驱虫、防止腹泻等功效,山楂味道甘酸,属温性,具有开胃消滞、帮助消化的功效。夏天人们胃肠道的杀菌能力相对减弱,加上人们夏季普遍喜食生冷的食物,所以,此时可以适量喝一点酸梅汤来帮助肠胃把关。含有较多酸性物质的酸梅汤还可以促进唾液与胃液的分泌,保护肠胃。但市场上常见的酸梅汤不能改善人们夏季因厌食产生的气血不足的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种酸梅汤饮品,其制作方便、工艺简单,在増津健胃的同时可以达到补气养血、养血安神的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用一种酸梅汤饮品,由乌梅、山楂、杨梅、甘草、桂花、冰糖、红糖、红枣制成。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述红枣以红枣泥的方式加入酸梅汤中。
上述酸梅汤饮品的制备方法包括如下工艺步骤:
1) 取红枣去核,将枣肉加入搅拌机内搅拌成泥;
2) 取乌梅、山楂、杨梅,洗净后入温水浸泡;
3) 将浸泡后的乌梅、山楂、杨梅与红枣泥加水煎煮,期间依次加入甘草、桂花、冰糖、红糖;
4) 过滤残渣,得到酸梅汤饮品。
上述酸梅汤饮品的有益效果如下:
1) 所述酸梅汤中,乌梅、山楂、杨梅都有止渴、生津、助消化的效果,夏季服用酸梅汤可有效缓解夏季人们心浮气躁、厌食体虚的症状;
2) 甘草可以清热解毒,祛痰止咳;
3) 红枣具有补气养血、养血安神的功效,可以增加酸梅汤饮品的营养价值,同时可使得红枣的香甜融入汤中;

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
本发明为一种酸梅汤饮品,由乌梅10颗、山楂10颗、杨梅5颗、甘草50克、桂花50克、冰糖30克、红糖30克、红枣5枚制成。所述酸梅汤饮品中,乌梅、山楂、杨梅都有止渴、生津、助消化的效果;甘草可以清热解毒,祛痰止咳。夏季服用酸梅汤可有效缓解夏季人们心浮气躁、厌食体虚的症状。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述红枣以红枣泥的方式加入酸梅汤中。红枣具有补气养血、养血安神的功效,可以增加酸梅汤饮品的营养价值,同时可使得红枣的香甜融入汤中,同时以红枣泥煎煮可使得红枣的味道与营养更好的与汤融合。
上述酸梅汤饮品的制备方法包括如下工艺步骤:
1) 取红枣5颗去核,将枣肉加入搅拌机内搅拌成泥;
2) 取乌梅10颗、山楂10颗、杨梅5颗,洗净后入温水浸泡1小时;
3) 将浸泡后的乌梅、山楂、杨梅与红枣泥加水煎煮,期间依次加入甘草50克、桂花50克、冰糖30克、红糖30克;
4) 过滤残渣,得到酸梅汤饮品。

1.一种酸梅汤饮品,其特征在于,所述酸梅汤饮品由乌梅、山楂、杨梅、甘草、桂花、冰糖、红糖、红枣制成;所述红枣以红枣泥的方式加入酸梅汤中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的酸梅汤饮品,其特征在于其制备方法如下:
将红枣去核,加入搅拌机内搅拌成泥;
取乌梅、山楂、杨梅,洗净后入水浸泡;
将浸泡后的乌梅、山楂、杨梅与红枣泥加水煎煮,期间依次加入甘草、桂花、冰糖、红糖;
过滤残渣,得到酸梅汤饮品。
