一般而言,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、组件、数据结构和其他类型的结构。也可使用其他计算机系统配置,包括手持式设备、多处理器系统、基于微处理器或可编程消费电子产品、小型计算机、大型计算机等等。还可使用在其中任务由通过通信网络链接的远程处理设备执行的分布式计算环境。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可位于本地和远程存储器存储设备两者中。

消息650向该消息的收件人提供许可已被设置的通知。例如,通知660可以向收件人提供由作者针对该收件人设置的许可(例如,在当前示例中是读许可)。
图7示出了用于设置在电子消息中转发的链接的许可的说明性过程。在阅读本文中给出的例程的讨论时,应该理解,各个实施例的逻辑操作被实现为:(1)一系列运行于计算系统上的计算机实现的动作或程序模块;和/或(2)计算系统内的互连的机器逻辑电路或电路模块。这种实现是取决于实现本发明的计算系统的性能需求的选择问题。因此,所例示并构成本文中描述的实施例的逻辑操作被不同地称为操作、结构设备、动作或模块。这些操作、结构设备、动作和模块可以用软件、固件、专用数字逻辑,以及其任何组合来实现。
在开始框之后,过程700移至操作710,其中作者撰写、许可并发送包括链接的电子消息。该电子消息可以是包括链接的任何类型的电子消息。根据一实施例,电子消息是电子邮件消息。其他消息也可以包括链接,诸如SMS、MMS、即时消息、社交网络消息等等。根据一实施例,默认一组许可(例如,读/写)被针对收件人中的每一个自动设置给作者所创建的原始消息内包括的任何链接。链接的许可也可被单独地配置和/或并非原始消息的收件人的更多用户可被授权访问所链接的内容。
进至操作720,检测在消息中转发给收件人的任何链接。例如,在消息收发系统转发消息时,该消息可被自动解析以检测链接。链接可被包含在该电子消息的线程的任何地方(例如,在对一消息的第一个回复、第三个回复以及原始消息内)。
移至操作730,向包括链接的原始消息的作者发送该链接被转发给另一收件人的通知消息。收件人可以/可以未被授权访问该内容。消息收发系统可以确定收件人是否被授权。例如,消息收发系统可以访问网络共享以确定一个或多个收件人的许可。根据一实施例,作者设置何时接收收到转发消息的被授权访问该内容的收件人的通知的条件。在收件人中的一个或多个未被授权访问所链接的内容时,通知消息包括用于设置授权消息的收件人对所链接的内容的许可的许可选项。例如,作者可将各收件人作为组和/或单独地进行许可(例如,读/写、读、写、拒绝)。
转向操作740,向包括链接的所转发消息的收件人发送指示已经向作者通知了该链接的转发并且已经请求作者设置收件人对访问所链接的内容的许可的通知消息。
进至操作750,从作者接收许可设置。根据一实施例,许可设置被设置在回复消息内。以此方式,可在作者离线时作出设置,并且在作者再次在线时,该许可设置在回复消息中被发送给许可管理器。当作者在线时,响应于选择所显示的各许可选项中的一许可选项,许可设置被直接发送给许可管理器。
移至操作760,在从作者接收到了所转发消息的收件人访问所链接的内容的许可时,向该收件人发送消息。
随后该过程流至结束框,并返回以处理其他动作。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于设置在电子消息中转发的链接的许可的方法,包括:
在所述电子消息被发送到至少一个原始收件人之前,向创建所述电子消息的作者提供用于设置链接的许可的选项,所述选项包括允许转发选项,其中,当所述允许转发选项被选择时,链接的内容的许可被自动设置以允许从所述至少一个原始收件人之一接收到包括所述链接的转发消息的每个收件人进行访问;
检测包含在所述电子消息内的所述链接何时被转发给收件人;
当所述收件人已访问带有所述链接的所述电子消息却未被授权访问所述链接的内容时:
向所述作者自动发送指示包括所述链接的所述电子消息被转发给所述收件人的消息;
向所述收件人发送指示已经通知所述作者所述收件人未被授权访问所述链接的内容的通知;
经由与所述消息一起提供的许可选项来从所述作者接收用于设置所述收件人对所述链接的许可的许可设置;以及
使用从所述作者接收到的许可来设置所述收件人对所述链接的许可。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,从所述作者接收许可设置包括从所述作者接收包括所述许可设置的电子消息。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,从所述作者接收包括所述许可设置的电子消息包括接收对发送给所述作者的指示包括所述链接的电子消息被转发给所述收件人的消息的回复。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括向所述收件人发送指示所述作者正确定所述收件人对所述链接的许可的信息消息并向所述收件人发送指示所述作者已经设置了所述收件人对所述链接的许可的第二信息消息。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在发送给所述作者的消息的显示内提供用于设置所述链接的许可的可选择菜单选项。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,用于设置所述链接的许可的选项包括将用户添加为所述链接的设置许可的收件人。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,作者所创建的电子消息内包含的链接包括自动设置所述收件人对该链接的许可。
8.一种用于设置电子消息中转发的链接的许可的系统,包括:
用于在所述电子消息被发送到至少一个原始收件人之前,向创建所述电子消息的作者提供用于设置链接的许可的选项的装置,所述选项包括允许转发选项,其中,当所述允许转发选项被选择时,链接的内容的许可被自动设置以允许从所述至少一个原始收件人之一接收到包括所述链接的转发消息的每个收件人进行访问,
用于检测包含在所述电子消息内的所述链接何时被转发给收件人的装置;
当所述收件人已访问带有所述链接的所述电子消息却未被授权访问所述链接的内容时:
用于向所述作者自动发送指示包括所述链接的所述电子消息已被转发给所述收件人的消息的装置;
用于向所述收件人发送指示已经通知所述作者所述收件人未被授权访问所述链接的内容的通知的装置;
用于经由与所述消息一起提供的许可选项来从所述作者接收用于设置所述收件人对所述链接的许可的许可设置的装置;以及
用于使用从所述作者接收到的许可来设置所述收件人对所述链接的许可的装置。
9.一种用于设置在电子消息中转发的链接的许可的系统,包括:
被配置为连接至网络的网络连接;
处理器、存储器和计算机可读存储介质;
存储在所述计算机可读存储介质上并在所述处理器上执行的操作环境;
消息收发应用;以及
结合所述消息收发应用来操作的许可管理器,所述许可管理器被配置成执行包括以下的动作:
在所述电子消息被发送到至少一个原始收件人之前,向创建所述电子消息的作者提供用于设置链接的许可的选项,所述选项包括允许转发选项,其中,当所述允许转发选项被选择时,链接的内容的许可被自动设置以允许从所述至少一个原始收件人之一接收到包括所述链接的转发消息的每个收件人进行访问;
检测包含在所述电子消息内的所述链接何时被转发给收件人;
当所述收件人已访问带有所述链接的所述电子消息却未被授权访问所述链接的内容时:
向所述作者自动发送指示包括所述链接的所述电子消息已被转发给所述收件人的消息;
向所述收件人发送指示已经通知所述作者所述收件人未被授权访问所述链接的内容的通知;
向所述收件人自动发送指示所述作者正确定所述收件人对所述链接的许可的信息消息;
经由与所述消息一起提供的许可选项来从所述作者接收用于设置所述收件人对所述链接的许可的许可设置;以及
使用从所述作者接收到的许可来设置所述收件人对所述链接的许可。
10.如权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,作者所创建的电子消息内包含的链接包括自动设置所述收件人对该链接的许可。
