本发明的自锁式刀具快速交换装置，包括固定爪、活动爪，固定爪和活动爪的中部通过销轴转动连接；在固定爪和活动爪的一端之间设有弹簧，固定爪的另一端呈弧形叉状并内侧有与刀柄外圆周上的凹槽相吻合的凸起；活动爪的另一端有与刀柄端面上的凹槽相吻合的挂爪和与防转槽相吻合的防转凸台，防转槽设在刀柄的端面上，在活动爪的侧面有碰撞头，碰撞头自固定爪（1）上的中心孔伸向另一侧。换刀时刀具交换时间短，缩短了辅助时间，提高了工作效率，由于部件少，使其结构简单，占用空间小，不易出现故障。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种换刀装置，特别是一种用于机加工设备上的自锁式刀具快速交换装置。
背景技术
目前，金属切削机床中的自动换刀装置由夹刀装置和刀具交换装置组成。相对于切削时间来说，换刀时间较长，而且故障率高，占用空间较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种部件少、结构简单、占用空间小、动作灵活可靠、换刀时间短的自锁式刀具快速交换装置，克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的自锁式刀具快速交换装置，包括固定爪、活动爪，固定爪和活动爪的中部通过销轴转动连接；在固定爪和活动爪的一端之间设有弹簧，固定爪的另一端呈弧形叉状并内侧有与刀柄外圆周上的凹槽相吻合的凸起；活动爪的另一端有与刀柄端面上的凹槽相吻合的挂爪和与防转槽相吻合的防转凸台，防转槽设在刀柄的端面上，在活动爪的侧面有碰撞头，碰撞头自固定爪（1）上的中心孔伸向另一侧。
所述的固定爪中部两侧有固定爪销孔，活动爪的中部有活动爪销孔，所述的销轴插装在所述的固定爪销孔和活动爪销孔内并端头配有轴向限位的顶丝；所述的挂爪有两个且对称设置；所述的固定爪上有第一弹簧支台，所述的活动爪上有第二弹簧支台，所述的弹簧的两端分别套在第一弹簧支台和第二弹簧支台上。
本发明的自锁式刀具快速交换装置，换刀时刀具交换时间短，缩短了辅助时间，提高了工作效率，由于部件少，使其结构简单，占用空间小，不易出现故障。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示：1为固定爪，2为活动爪。固定爪1和活动爪2的中部通过销轴4转动连接，具体连接方式是固定爪1中部两侧有对称的固定爪销孔14，活动爪2的中部有活动爪销孔26，活动爪2位于中间，销轴4插装在固定爪销孔14和活动爪销孔26内并端头配有也固定爪1螺纹连接的轴向限位的顶丝3，使活动爪2可相对于固定爪1有一定角度的转动。
如图3、4、5所示：在固定爪1的一端有第一弹簧支台15。固定爪1的另一端呈弧形叉状并内侧有与刀柄7外圆周上的凹槽相吻合的凸起13。
如图6、7、8、9所示：活动爪2的一端有第二弹簧支台27，弹簧8的两端分别套在第一弹簧支台15和第二弹簧支台27上，且位于固定爪1和活动爪2一端之间。活动爪2的另一端有与刀柄7端面上的凹槽相吻合的挂爪23和与防转槽12相吻合的防转凸台22，防转槽12设在刀柄7的端面上。在活动爪2的侧面有碰撞头25，碰撞头25自固定爪1上的中心孔11伸向另一侧。挂爪23有两个且对称设置。
工作过程如下：通过固定爪1上的安装孔10和固定螺栓将本装置安装在机加工设备的刀库分度盘上。松刀过程（向主轴上装刀）：主轴端面前移至距离刀柄后端面一定距离时，主轴机构上的顶块杆与活动爪2上的碰撞头25相接触，顶块杆继续前移，活动爪2开始相对于固定爪1转动，直到转动约4.5°时（主轴前移终了），刀柄和夹爪完全分离，此时主轴拉紧机构拉紧刀柄，夹爪上移，完成夹爪松刀、主轴装刀的过程。夹刀过程（从主轴上取刀）：夹爪下移，主轴及装夹的刀具前移，主轴机构上的顶块顶靠碰撞头25，此时活动爪2转动，固定爪与刀柄相吻合，主轴回撤的同时拉刀机构松刀，活动爪2回转，与刀柄7相挂锁紧刀具，完成夹爪从主轴取刀及夹刀过程。

Claims (2)

1.一种自锁式刀具快速交换装置，其特征在于：包括固定爪（1）、活动爪（2），固定爪（1）和活动爪（2）的中部通过销轴（4）转动连接；在固定爪（1）和活动爪（2）的一端之间设有弹簧（8），固定爪（1）的另一端呈弧形叉状并内侧有与刀柄（7）外圆周上的凹槽相吻合的凸起（13）；活动爪（2）的另一端有与刀柄（7）端面上的凹槽相吻合的挂爪（23）和与防转槽（12）相吻合的防转凸台（22），防转槽（12）设在刀柄（7）的端面上，在活动爪（2）的侧面有碰撞头（25），碰撞头（25）自固定爪（1）上的中心孔（11）伸向另一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自锁式刀具快速交换装置，其特征在于：所述的固定爪（1）中部两侧有固定爪销孔（14），活动爪（2）的中部有活动爪销孔（26），所述的销轴（4）插装在所述的固定爪销孔（14）和活动爪销孔（26）内并端头配有轴向限位的顶丝（3）；所述的挂爪（23）有两个且对称设置；所述的固定爪（1）上有第一弹簧支台（15），所述的活动爪（2）上有第二弹簧支台（27），所述的弹簧（8）的两端分别套在第一弹簧支台（15）和第二弹簧支台（27）上。
