本发明主要涉及酱菜及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种奶味酱花生。
背景技术
酱菜是我国传统的小菜,这些酱菜大多具有口味重等特点,并不具备任何保健功能,但是随着人们对生活水品的要求越来越高,酱菜也要做出相应的突破,不能一味的只注重口感,更应该注重其保健作用。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种奶味酱花生的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种奶味酱花生,由以下重量份原料组成:花生米300-320、黑米75-90、蚕豆80-100、绿豆70-80、牛蒡酱165-180、人参7-8、阿胶6-7、酸枣仁6-7、麦芽7-8、枸杞5-6、山茱萸6-7、花生叶4-5、山楂花4-5、黄酒120-150、菠萝醋80-100、薏仁油100-120、食盐适量、水适量。
一种奶味酱花生的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将花生米洗净后,放于容器中,加入菠萝醋、黄酒、薏仁油、适量食盐,将容器密封,腌制5-7天;
(2)将黑米、蚕豆、绿豆洗净后,置于容器中,用蒸汽蒸熟后,取出备用;
(3)将人参、阿胶、酸枣仁、麦芽、枸杞、山茱萸、花生叶、山楂花用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取叶喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将步骤1中的所有物料取出,与黑米、蚕豆、绿豆、中药粉、牛蒡酱合并,搅拌均匀后,封装贮存。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种奶味花生酱,营养丰富,口味鲜美,制作工艺简单,添加枸杞、人参等中药材提取物,具有一定的保健功效,适合大多数人食用。

一种奶味酱花生,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:花生米300、黑米75、蚕豆80、绿豆70、牛蒡酱165、人参7、阿胶6、酸枣仁6、麦芽7、枸杞5、山茱萸6、花生叶4、山楂花4、黄酒120、菠萝醋80、薏仁油100、食盐适量、水适量。
一种奶味酱花生的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将花生米洗净后,放于容器中,加入菠萝醋、黄酒、薏仁油、适量食盐,将容器密封,腌制5天;

1.一种奶味酱花生,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:花生米300-320、黑米75-90、蚕豆80-100、绿豆70-80、牛蒡酱165-180、人参7-8、阿胶6-7、酸枣仁6-7、麦芽7-8、枸杞5-6、山茱萸6-7、花生叶4-5、山楂花4-5、黄酒120-150、菠萝醋80-100、薏仁油100-120、食盐适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种奶味酱花生的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将花生米洗净后,放于容器中,加入菠萝醋、黄酒、薏仁油、适量食盐,将容器密封,腌制5-7天;
(2)将黑米、蚕豆、绿豆洗净后,置于容器中,用蒸汽蒸熟后,取出备用;
(3)将人参、阿胶、酸枣仁、麦芽、枸杞、山茱萸、花生叶、山楂花用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取叶喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
