Abstract

一种液压控制切换充填料流向用换向阀涉及一种换向阀,特别是涉及一种用于矿山尾砂、煤泥等充填料充填或输送的液压控制切换充填料流向用柱形阀芯换向阀,属于矿山充填机械设备技术领域。本发明提供一种密封可靠性高、导向好、动作灵活、有利于多条充填管路间切换的一种液压控制切换充填料流向用柱形阀芯换向阀。本发明包括阀体,阀体内设置有柱形的阀芯,阀体上设置有阀口,其特征在于:阀芯上设置有与阀口相对应的通孔;阀体外设置有液压缸,液压缸的活塞筒同阀芯相连。

Description

一种液压控制切换充填料流向用换向阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种换向阀,特别是涉及一种用于矿山尾砂、煤泥等充填料充填或输送的液压控制切换充填料流向用柱形阀芯换向阀,属于矿山充填机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
现在矿山充填开采过程中,尤其是金属矿,一般都会设置多个充填或输送区域,为此需要布置多条充填或输送管路并能够实现管路间快速切换。现有充填或输送管路的切换情况是由操作人员对阀门操作或人工拆接管路来实现的。
目前矿山充填使用的是闸板阀,通过闸板横向运动变换阀口,达到管道切换目的。虽然闸板阀在不停的优化结构,但是由于闸板纵向尺寸小,横向尺寸大,导致刚性较差。并且其大多时间工作在环境潮湿、粉尘大、巷道狭窄的矿井下,流通切换的介质为质量浓度70%左右混有固体小颗粒的尾砂、煤泥等料浆,工作环境恶劣,工作负荷高(工作压力20MPa,流量150m3/h),经多次使用后,受环境、工作负荷和自身结构的影响,闸板易变形,导向差,导致运动时出现卡滞现象,影响密封效果,造成漏浆。而漏浆又反作用于闸板,阻碍闸板运动,陷入一个恶性循环,最终造成闸板运动不到位,丧失了管路切换的作用。
人工拆接管路虽也可实现管路切换,但对于充满料浆且自重较大(6米1根管路自重加其内料浆共计620kg)的管路实现快速切换不是一件容易的事情,费时费力,影响工作效率。所以,矿山充填行业急需一种能够快速可靠实现管路的切换,并且结构紧凑、体积小的换向阀。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种密封可靠性高、导向好、动作灵活、有利于多条充填管路间切换的一种液压控制切换充填料流向用柱形阀芯换向阀。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,本发明包括阀体,阀体内设置有柱形的阀芯,阀体上设置有阀口,其特征在于:阀芯上设置有与阀口相对应的通孔;阀体外设置有液压缸,液压缸的活塞筒同阀芯相连。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的液压缸设置为两个,对称设置于阀体的两侧;两液压缸的活塞均同一支架相连;所述的支架中部同阀芯的上端相连。
进一步的,所述的两液压缸并联连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明以液压油为工作介质,通过液压控制阀组控制本发明的油缸,驱动柱形阀芯升降,从而实现换向,具有结构设计合理,用双油缸并联充当执行原件,保持阀芯受力平衡,且驱动力大,安全性高;自身体积及操作需要空间小,柱形阀芯可实现环形密封,可靠性高、导向好、动作灵活;有利于多条充填管路间切换;并且,安装、控制、维修容易。

具体实施方式
本发明包括阀体1,阀体1内设置有柱形的阀芯5,阀体1上设置有阀口2,阀芯5上设置有与阀口2相对应的通孔6;阀体1外设置有液压缸3,液压缸3的活塞4同阀芯5相连。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的液压缸3设置为两个,对称设置于阀体1的两侧;两液压缸3的活塞4均同一支架7相连;所述的支架7中部同阀芯5的上端相连。
进一步的,所述的两液压缸3并联连接。
实施例:阀体1上左右两侧相对的设置有第一阀口21和第二阀口22,阀体1下端设置有第三阀口23;所述的阀芯5由阀体1的上端伸入阀体1内;阀芯5上部设置有与第一阀口21和第二阀口22相对应的直通孔61,阀芯5的下端设置有与第三阀口23和第一阀口21相对应的弯通孔62。
需要连通第一阀口21和第二阀口22时,液压缸3的活塞4下行,通过支架7带动阀芯5下行,当阀芯5的直通孔61与第一阀口21和第二阀口22相对时,第一阀口21和第二阀口22被连通。
需要连通第一阀口21和第三阀口23时,液压缸3的活塞4上行,通过支架7带动阀芯5上行,当弯通孔62的一端与第三阀口23相对,弯通孔62的另一端与第一阀口21相对时,第一阀口21和第三阀口23连通,实现换向动作。
可以理解的是,以上关于本发明的具体描述,仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换,以达到相同的技术效果;只要满足使用需要,都在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种液压控制切换充填料流向用换向阀,包括阀体(1),阀体(1)内设置有柱形的阀芯(5),阀体(1)上设置有阀口(2),其特征在于:阀芯(5)上设置有与阀口(2)相对应的通孔(6);阀体(1)外设置有液压缸(3),液压缸(3)的活塞(4)同阀芯(5)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压控制切换充填料流向用换向阀,其特征在于:所述的液压缸(3)设置为两个,对称设置于阀体(1)的两侧;两液压缸(3)的活塞(4)均同一支架(7)相连;所述的支架(7)中部同阀芯(5)的上端相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压控制切换充填料流向用换向阀,其特征在于:所述的两液压缸(3)并联连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压控制切换充填料流向用换向阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)上左右两侧相对的设置有第一阀口(21)和第二阀口(22),阀体(1)下端设置有第三阀口(23);所述的阀芯(5)由阀体(1)的上端伸入阀体(1)内;阀芯(5)上部设置有与第一阀口(21)和第二阀口(22)相对应的直通孔(61),阀芯(5)的下端设置有与第三阀口(23)和第一阀口(21)相对应的弯通孔(62)。
