背景技术
[0002] 我厂生产的风扇罩工件,经落料、拉伸和切边工艺加工后的风扇罩料板,需要对其上表面进行冲孔加工,一次冲出多个渐变的椭球形孔,中心位置冲出一个圆形孔。现有冲孔技术中,一次加工密度大、图形集中的不规则孔,孔的边缘易出现毛刺,表面因冲力而变得粗糙;长时间的冲孔,会导致凸模刃口被磨损,磨损程度较大时,也会使生产的工件产生毛刺,表面光滑度降低,为保证产品质量,凸模刃口需要平磨开刃,凸模刃口平磨开刃,加大了工人的工作强度,损失了生产时间,降低了工作效率,增加了企业成本。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明改进了现有冲孔模具的结构,以减少生产过程中冲孔边缘产生毛刺的现象,本发明采用如下技术方案:

[0012] 本发明的有益效果是:凸模和凹模的材料选用微合金Crl2MoV模具钢,保证了模具硬度,模具钢采用上述热处理工艺,减少了碳排放,淬透性可提高一倍以上;数控机床加工模具的独立工件,提高了独立工件的精度;独立工件高精度加工及整体结构设计优化,提高了本发明单边间隙的合理性和稳定性,使凸模和凹模的间隙保持在0.01—0.02mm之间,采用以上技术方案,可以一次冲出风扇罩上表面高密度的不规则孔,且冲孔边缘无毛刺,表面光滑;稳定的结构设计使,延长了一次刃口平磨的使用时间,降低了凸模刃口的平磨频率,提高了风扇罩的生产效率及生产精度。附图说明
