Abstract
本发明公开了多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价装置及方法,属于水处理技术、生物过滤器性能技术领域。该装置包括支架、若干个生物反应器、溶液收集器、循环水泵、废液收集器、空气压缩机、曝气头、蠕动泵和不同类型生物填料。通过多级并联循环装置中生物反应器放置具有相同表面积的不同类型的生物填料,进行硝化细菌挂膜,测定每个反应器的进出口总氨氮(TAN)浓度及停留时间(t),计算出不同生物填料对TAN的去除一级速率反应常数k,确定不同填料对TAN去除的特性。本发明实现了同时测定不同生物填料对总氨氮去除性能的评价,并且试验稳定,周期短,能高效快速的确定氨氮去除动力学参数,对循环水产养殖具有明显的技术和经济意义。

[0002] 传统的流水养殖模式对水源依赖十分严重,一旦水源污染,养殖就面临巨大风险, 而循环水养殖模式通过建立污水处理设施,使养殖污水经过适当处理,又回到养殖水池中, 减少了养殖过程中对周边水环境依赖,降低养殖过程中污水排放,提高成活率,降低养殖风 险、提高产量和品质,实现绿色养殖,对水池养殖业和可持续发展具有重要意义。
[0003] 在工厂化循环水高密度集约化养殖系统中,保持水溫和各种理化指标的稳定,高 效去除各种水溶性有害污染物质,特别是去除对养殖动物有强烈毒性的氨氮,是最重要环 节。因此,水质调控是循环水水产养殖的关键,而氨氮浓度是控制养殖水质量的一个重要参 数。在实际生产中,通常使用生物过滤器去除循环养殖水的氨氮,使其浓度保持在一个合适 的水平。生物膜过滤器普遍用于循环水产养殖系统中氨氮去除,在生物膜过滤器中,有许多 不同类型的填料得W应用,都有各自的优点和缺点。然而,选择适宜的硝化细菌载体填料, 可W大大提高生物过滤器的运行性能,可W缩小生物滤池在循环养殖系统中的比例,减少 占地面积,对循环水产养殖具有明显的技术和经济意义。常规测定生物填料氨氮去除特性 的方法是利用单级生物反应器进行试验,但是单级生物反应器试验存在着进行系列试验时 保证相同试验条件困难,并且试验不稳定、周期长的缺点。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的之一是提供一种能实现多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法, W克服单级生物反应器试验不稳定、周期长,进行系列试验保证相同条件困难的缺点。
[0005] 实现本发明目的之一的技术方案是:多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法, 其包括W下步骤:
[0006] 步骤1:将若干个生物反应器并联:每个生物反应器的进水口通过进水管道并联汇 总,各个进水管道配置有进水阀口,每个生物反应器的出水口通过出水管道并联汇总,各个 出水管道配置有出水阀口;
[0007] 步骤2:将具有相同表面积的不同类型的生物填料分别放入生物反应器中;
[000引步骤3:将生物挂膜所需的营养液通过蠕动累W恒定的流速由溶液收集器输送到 每个生物反应器中;
[0009] 步骤4:对生物填料进行硝化细菌挂膜;
[0010] 步骤5:将所述步骤4硝化细菌挂膜过程中W及挂膜之后产生的养殖水汇集到废液 收集器中,经过循环水累再流回到溶液收集器中;经过循环之后浓度会有变化,进入每个反 应器的初始浓度就会不同,运样可W测定不同浓度下的生物填料去除特性;
[0011] 步骤6:生物填料硝化细菌挂膜阶段:定期于各反应器中取样,对样品的相关参数 进行分析,W确定生物膜的成熟稳定,相关参数包括:总氨氮(TAN)、亚硝态氮N02^N、硝态氮 N〇3--N、pH 值和 DO 值;
[0012] 步骤7:生物填料硝化细菌挂膜完成后,进行氨氮去除特性评价,通过测定每个反 应器的进出口总氨氮(TAN)浓度及停留时间t,利用公式

[0014] 来计算不同生物填料对进出口总氨氮(TAN)的一级速率反应常数k,W确定不同填 料对进出口总氨氮(TAN)去除的特性,k值越大表明该生物填料对营养液中总氨氮(TAN)的 利用率越高。
[0015] 进一步地,还包括在步骤2之后向生物反应器中添加含硝化细菌的活性污泥,保留 一天后,冲洗掉大部分的活性污泥;
[0016] 进一步地,还包括对反应器内的营养液进行曝气,并保持曝气量基本一致。
[0017] 进一步地,所述步骤3中的营养液在输入反应器前,需用曝气累进行曝气,W除去 自来水中氯等对微生物的有害物质。
[0018] 本发明另一目的是提供可进行多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价的装置:其包 括支架、若干个生物反应器、生物填料、溶液收集器W及废液收集器;所述生物反应器并联 放置于支架上,每个生物反应器的进水口通过进水管道并联汇总,各个进水管道配置有进 水阀口,每个生物反应器的出水口通过出水管道并联汇总,各个出水管道配置有出水阀口; 生物反应器内放置有生物填料;所述溶液收集器通过蠕动累与生物反应器的进水口连接; 所述废液收集器与各生物反应器的出水口管道连接,所述溶液收集器通过循环水累与废液 收集器连接。
[0019] 为了更好的技术效果,本发明的技术方案还可W具体优化为W下特征:
[0020] 1、所述每个生物反应器内放置有曝气头,所述曝气头与空气压缩机电连接。使反 应器中的溶解氧浓度始终高于6mg/L,W维持硝化细菌挂膜的稳定性。
[0021] 2、所述空气压缩机与每个曝气头之间的连接管道上均安装有气体调节阀,通过调 节空气压缩机输送到每个反应器中的出气量,W保持反应器中的曝气量一致。
[0022] 3、所述生物反应器的出水口位于生物反应器的上部,所述生物反应器的进水口位 于生物反应器的下部,避免水流从进水口直通出水口。
[0023] 本发明多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法及装置的有益效果是:
[0024] 1、生物反应器并联可W保证营养液或养殖废水进入每个反应器的初始浓度相 同,实现同时测定不同生物填料对总氨氮去除性能的评价,并且试验稳定,周期短,能高效 快速的确定氨氮去除动力学参数。
[0025] 2、可W通过公式快速测定不同生物填料的总氨氮去除一级速率反应常数k,反映 不同生物填料对底物较大的利用率和单位表面积介质上较多活性微生物数量,确定不同填 料对TAN去除的特性。
[0026] 3、经过循环之后营养液或养殖废水浓度会有变化,但可W保证进入每个反应器 的浓度相同,从而可W依次性评价在不同氨氮浓度下不同生物填料对氨氮去除特性。

[0043] 本发明还公布了多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价装置,如图1至图3所示,其 包括支架1、若干个的生物反应器2、生物填料3、溶液收集器4 W及废液收集器5;所述生物反 应器2并联放置于支架1上,每个生物反应器2的进水口 21通过进水管道6并联汇总,各个进 水管道6配置有进水阀口 61,每个生物反应器2的出水口 22通过出水管道7并联汇总,各个出 水管道7配置有出水阀口71;所述生物反应器的出水口 22位于生物反应器2的上部,所述生 物反应器的进水口 21位于生物反应器2的下部;生物反应器2内放置有生物填料3;所述溶液 收集器4通过蠕动累8与生物反应器的进水口 21连接;所述废液收集器5与各生物反应器的 出水口 22管道连接,所述溶液收集器4通过循环水累9与废液收集器5连接。所述每个生物反 应器2内放置有曝气头10,所述曝气头10与空气压缩机11管道连接,空气压缩机与每个曝气 头之间的连接管道上均安装有气体调节阀110,使硝化细菌挂膜过程中反应器中的溶解氧 浓度始终高于6mg/L,并保持各个反应器的曝气量基本一致,W维持硝化细菌挂膜的稳定 性。
[0044] 本实施例中多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价装置的工作原理是,在生物反应 器中放入具有相同表面积的不同类型的生物填料,采用活性污泥接种、添加营养液的方式 对生物填料进行快速硝化细菌挂膜。由蠕动累W恒定的流速把生物挂膜所需的营养液(成 分组成见表1)输送到每个生物反应器,汇集到废液收集器,由循环累把废液输送到溶液收 集器,形成一个循环系统;在生物填料硝化细菌挂膜阶段,定期于各反应器中取样,进行养 殖水的相关参数包括:总氨氮(TAN)、亚硝态氮(N02^N)、硝态氮(M)3^N)、pH值和DO值进行 分析,来确定生物膜的成熟稳定。待生物填料生物挂膜完成后,进行氨氮去除特性评价,通 过测定每个反应器的进出口总氨氮(TAN)浓度及停留时间(t),利用公式

Claims (4)
1. 多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤: 步骤1:将若干个生物反应器并联:每个生物反应器的进水口通过进水管道并联汇总, 各个进水管道配置有进水阀门,每个生物反应器的出水口通过出水管道并联汇总,各个出 水管道配置有出水阀门; 步骤2:将具有相同表面积的不同类型的生物填料分别放入生物反应器中; 步骤3:将营养液通过蠕动栗以恒定的流速由溶液收集器输送到每个生物反应器中; 步骤4:对生物填料进行硝化细菌挂膜; 步骤5:将所述步骤4硝化细菌挂膜过程中以及挂膜之后产生的养殖水汇集到废液收集 器中,经过循环水栗再流回到溶液收集器中,形成一个循环系统; 步骤6:定期于各生物反应器中取样,对样品的相关参数进行分析,以确定生物膜的成 熟稳定,相关参数包括:总氨氮TAN、亚硝态氮ΝΟ:Γ-Ν、硝态氮Ν03--Ν、ρΗ值和DO值; 步骤7:生物填料硝化细菌挂膜完成后,进行氨氮去除特性评价,通过测定每个生物反 应器的进出口总氨氮TAN浓度及停留时间t,利
用公式 来计算不同生物填料对进出口总氨氮TAN的一级速率反应常数k,以确定不同填料对进 出口总氨氮TAN去除的特性。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法,其特征在于,该方 法还包括在步骤2之后向生物反应器中添加含硝化细菌的活性污泥,保留一天后,冲洗掉大 部分的活性污泥。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法,其特征在于,还包 括对生物反应器内的营养液进行曝气,并保持曝气量基本一致。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的多种生物填料氨氮去除特性快速评价方法,其特征在于,所述 步骤3中的营养液在输入生物反应器前,用曝气栗连续曝气不少于24小时进行曝气。
