本发明公开了一种隔热罩的生产专用模具组,应用其生产的隔热罩,外形为一长方体,其下端面为带有一组凹槽的矩形金属板,金属板上压有一条压强筋,隔热罩的一个侧面还带有两组同形状的平行百叶孔。生产该隔热罩的专用模具组,按照其生产工艺的先后顺序,包括落料冲孔复合模具、压筋模具、压百叶模具、成型模具、端盖拉伸模具。应用本发明,拉伸过程中,压边力稳定,分布均匀,使材料流动性好,成品表面光滑,无明显凹凸痕迹,冲出孔的边缘无毛刺,表面光滑;降低了凸模刃口的平磨频率;压百叶过程中,一次冲压可以完成三排开口直径不同的百叶孔,降低了工厂的成本,且本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,增加了模具定位的精准性,弯折误差小。

[0002] 我厂生产的隔热罩,板料加工过程包括落料、冲孔、压筋、压百叶、成型、端盖拉伸。现有冲孔模具及技术,冲出孔的边缘易出现毛刺,表面因冲力而变得粗糙,长时间的冲孔,会导致凸模刃口被磨损,磨损程度较大时,也会使生产的工件产生毛刺,表面光滑度降低;现有隔热罩压筋模具没有定位装置或定位精度不高,误差较大,导致产品精度不能保证;工件表面冲压百叶孔,制造周期长,工作效率低,且定位精度不高,加工孔易发生扭曲、变形;成型模具结构上的缺陷,使得定位不够精准,弯折误差较大;拉伸作为隔热罩的制造过程中较为重要的工艺,决定了工件成型质量的优劣,改善材料的流动性成为设计和制作拉伸模具的重要工作内容,我厂在接线盒端盖的拉伸阶段,采用现有结构的模具和工艺,会出现基准不稳定,作用在压边圈上的压边力分布不均匀,压边力不够稳定的问题,易导致工件出现明显凹凸痕迹,光滑度低,降低了工作效率,加大了工厂成本。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明采用微合金Crl2MoV作为模具用料,在用料热处理阶段,改变原有热处理参数,提高了其淬透性;设计并完善隔热罩生产模具的结构,以增加单边间隙的合理性和稳定性,降低刃口平磨频率,解决压边力分布不均匀等问题,提高模具定位精度,减小弯折误差,使得冲出孔无毛刺,边缘光滑。

[0036] 本发明的有益效果是:凸模和凹模的材料选用微合金Crl2MoV模具钢,保证了模具硬度,模具钢采用上述热处理工艺,减少了碳排放,淬透性可提高一倍以上;数控机床加工模具的独立工件,提高了独立工件的精度;独立工件高精度加工及整体结构设计优化,提高了本发明单边间隙的合理性和稳定性,使凸模和凹模的间隙保持在0.01—0.02mm之间,采用以上技术方案,使经落料工艺后的工件,拉伸成型,且拉伸过程中,压边力稳定,分布均匀,使材料流动性好,成品表面光滑,无明显凹凸痕迹,冲出孔的边缘无毛刺,表面光滑;稳定的结构设计延长了一次刃口平磨的使用时间,降低了凸模刃口的平磨频率,提高了隔热罩的生产效率及生产精度;压筋模具,增加定位精度,保证了产品精度,提高了工作效率,降低了工厂成本;压百叶过程中,一次冲压可以完成三排开口直径不同的百叶孔,节省了生产时间,降低了工厂的成本,且本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,提高了生产工件的精度,增加了模具定位的精准性,加工过程中定位精准,弯折误差小。

1.一种隔热罩的生产专用模具组,其特征在于: 生产一种隔热罩的专用模具组,包括落料冲孔复合模具、压筋模具、压百叶模具、成型模具、端盖拉伸模具; 一种隔热罩落料冲孔复合模具,包括上模板(1011)、螺钉I (1021)、打料盘(1031)、模柄(1041),打料杆(1051 )、打料11(1061),销钉(1071 )、螺钉II (1022)、冲头固定板(1081)、导套(1091)、导柱(1101)、下模板(1111)、凹模(1121)、螺钉 III(1023)、橡皮(1131)、螺钉IV(1024)、螺钉V(1025)、凸凹模(1141)、凸凹模固定板(1151)、内导柱(1102)、卸料板(1161)、打料块(1171)、冲孔凸模(1181); 模柄(1041)通过螺钉I (1021)安装在上模板(1011)的上方,所述的模柄(1041)的一端设有一圆柱形凹槽,另一端设有一方形凹槽,打料杆(1051)的一端嵌入该圆柱形凹槽,另一端伸出圆柱形凹槽开口,伸出部分高于模柄(1041)的上端面,所述的打料杆(1051)的下端面与所述的模柄(1041)的方形凹槽内的打料盘(1031)相抵; 所述的上模板(1011)通过螺钉II (1022)和销钉(1071)自上而下依次与冲头固定板(1081)和凹模(1121)连接,所述的凹模(1121)设有导孔;打料钉(1061) —端与所述的打料盘(1031)相抵,另一端自上而下依次穿过所述的上模板(1011)及冲头固定板(1081),嵌入到打料块(1171)中,所述的打料块设有与凹模(1121)同轴的导孔;冲孔凸模(1181)安装于所述的上模板的下方并穿过所述的冲头固定板(1081); 导套(1091)上端固定在所述的上模板(1011)的下方,导柱(1101)下端固定在下模板(1111)的上方,所述的导套(1091)与所述的导柱(1101)相对滑动配合; 所述的下模板(1111)通过螺钉IV (1024)与其上方的凸凹模固定板(1151)相连,所述的凸凹模固定板(1151)通过螺钉V (1025)与其上方的凸凹模(1141)相连,卸料板(1161)套装在所述的凸凹模(1141)的外侧,螺钉IIK 1023) —端嵌入所述的卸料板(1161),另一端自上而下依次穿过橡皮(11 31)及凸凹模固定板(1151)嵌入到下模板(1111)中; 所述的下模板(1111)的上方还连接有内导柱(1102),内导柱(1102)与所述的卸料板(1161)及凹模(1121)上的导孔同轴滑动配合; 一种隔热罩压筋模具,包括上模板(2011)、导柱(2021)、凹模(2031)、模柄(2041)、螺钉 I (2051)、压边圈(2061)、下模板(2071)、螺钉 II (2052)、螺杆(2081)、螺母(2091)、推料盘I (2101)、推料盘II (2102)、橡皮(2111)、推料杆(2121)、压筋凸模(2131)、凸模固定板(2141); 凹模(2031)通过螺钉I (2051)固定在上模板(2011)的下方,所述的上模板(2011)的上方安装有模柄(2041),所述的凹模(2031)上设有导孔,凹模(2031)的下方安装有压边圈(2061),压边圈(2061)设有与所述的凹模(2031)同轴的导孔; 导柱(2021)固定于下模板(2071)的上方,自上而下依次与压边圈(2061)和凹模(2031)上的导孔同轴滑动配合,所述的下模板(2071)通过螺钉II (2052)与其上方的凸模固定板(2141)连接; 螺杆(2081)的上端嵌入所述的下模板(2071),另一端自上而下依次穿过推料盘I (2101)、橡皮(2111)及推料盘II (2102),其下端旋入螺母(2091),所述的推料盘I (2101)的上端与推料杆(2121)的下端相连,所述的推料杆(2121)的上端与所述的压边圈(2061)相连;一种隔热罩压百叶模具,包括上模板(3011)、导套(3021)、内导柱(3031)、凸模固定板(3041)、凸模(3051)、模柄(3061)、螺钉 I (3071)、螺钉 II (3072)、导柱(3032)、下模板(3081)、螺钉III (3073)、橡皮(3091)、卸料板(3101)、限位块(3111)、凹模(3121); 凸模固定板(3041)被螺钉II (3072)紧固于上模板(3011)的下方,模柄(3061)安装于上模板(3011)的上方,螺钉I (3071)的上端嵌入上模板(3011),其下端自上而下依次穿过所述的凸模固定板(3041)和橡皮(3091)并嵌入至卸料板(3101)中,所述的卸料板(3101)设有导孔; 凸模(3051)安装在所述的凸模固定板(3041)的下方,所述的凸模(3051)刃口呈45°倾斜,凸模(3051)的下端与嵌入凹模(3121)的限位块(3111)垂直对应; 所述的上模板(3011)的下方固定有导套(3021),导柱(3032)固定于下模板(3081)的上方,所述的导柱(3032)与导套(3021)相对滑动配合; 所述的下模板(3081)通过螺钉III (3073)将凹模(3121)固定在其上方,所述的凹模(3121)位于卸料板(3101)的下方并设有与卸料板(3101)同轴的导孔,内导柱(3031)安装在上模板(3011)的下方,其下端与卸料板(3101)及凹模(3121)上的导孔同轴滑动配合;一种隔热罩成型模具,包括上模板(4011)、导套(4021)、凸模固定板(4031)、销钉I (4041)、模柄(4051)、凸模(4061)、螺钉 I (4071)、导柱(4081)、下模板(4091)、凹模(4101)、螺钉II (4072)、螺杆(4111)、螺母(4121)、推料盘 I (4131)、推料盘II (4132)、橡皮(4141)、推料杆(4151)、限位块(4161)、销钉 II (4042)、凹模座(4171); 凸模固定板(4031)通过销钉I (4041)和螺钉I (4071)紧固在上模板(4011)的下方,模柄(4051)安装在所述的上模板(4011)的上方; 所述的上模板(4011)的下方固定有导套(4021),导柱(4081)固定在下模板(4091)的上方,所述的导套(4021)与导柱(4081)相对滑动配合; 所述的下模板(4091)通过销钉II (4042)和螺钉II (4072)将凹模座(4171)和凹模(4101)自下而上依次连接,所述的凹模座(4171)套装在限位块(4161)的外侧,限位块(4161)的上端与凸模(4061)相连,其下端与所述的下模板(4091)连接; 螺杆(4111)的上端嵌入所述的下模板(4091),另一端自上而下依次穿过推料盘I (4131)、橡皮(4141)及推料盘II (4132),其下端旋入螺母(4121),所述的推料盘I (4131)的上端与推料杆(4151)的下端相连,所述的推料杆(4151)的上端与所述的下模板(4091)相连; 一种隔热罩端盖拉伸模具,包括上模板(5011)、导套(5021)、冲头固定板(5031)、销钉I (5041)、模柄(5051)、压型凸模(5061)、限位块(5071)、螺钉I (5081)、导柱(5091)、下模板(5101)、螺钉 II (5082)、螺杆(5111)、螺母(5121)、推料盘 I (5131)、推料盘II (5132)、橡皮(5141)、推料杆(5151)、销钉II (5042)、凸模固定板(5161)、支撑块(5171)、拉伸凸模(5181)、压边圈(5191)、凹模(5201);上模板(5011)的上端安装有模柄(5051),销钉I (5041)和螺钉I (5081)的一端嵌入所述的上模板(5011),另一端自上而下穿过冲头固定板(5031)嵌入至凹模(5201)中;所述的冲头固定板(5031)的下方装有限位块(5071),压型凸模(5061)套装在所述的冲头固定板(5031)及限位块(5071)的内侧,其一端与所述的上模板(5011)的下方连接;所述的上模板(5011)的下方固定有导套(5021),导柱(5091)固定于下模板(5101)的上方,所述的导柱(5091)与导套(5021)相对滑动配合; 销钉II (5042)和螺钉II (5082)的一端嵌入所述的下模板(5101),另一端自下而上穿过凸模固定板(5161)嵌入至拉伸凸模(5181)中,所述的拉伸凸模中间嵌有支撑块(5171),所述的支撑块(5171)与所述的压型凸模(5061)垂直对应; 螺杆(5111)的上端嵌入所述的下模板(5101),另一端自上而下依次穿过推料盘I (5131)、橡皮(5141)及推料盘II (5132),其下端旋入螺母(5121),所述的推料盘I (5131)的上端与推料杆(5151)的下端相连,所述的推料杆(5151)的上端与所述的下模板(5101)相连。
