Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的中药制剂。中医认为妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症属“胎毒”范畴，患者胆汁淤积、胆汁酸升高，导致肝功能受损。为此，本发明选择具有清胆利湿，疏肝解郁，健脾利尿，化湿止痒的中药郁金、三白草、川楝子、滇獐牙菜、窄叶飘带草、犁头草、木槿皮、排钱草、山乌桕根、木通、薤白、苎麻根，由我院制剂室制成汤剂，经临床试验，总有效率达到98.1％，明显优于对照组。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的中药制剂。
背景技术
妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)是妊娠中晚期特有的并发症，以皮肤瘙痒、肝内胆汁淤积、黄疸为主要表现，因其围产儿病死率、产后出血率、早产率、胎儿宫内发育受限率高而被列为高危妊娠。病因尚不明确，临床也无一致公认的特效药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的中药制剂。中医认为妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症属“胎毒”范畴，患者胆汁淤积、胆汁酸升高，导致肝功能受损。治疗该病以清胆利湿，疏肝解郁，健脾利尿，化湿止痒为主要原则。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：郁金5-10份、三白草15-30份、川楝子5-10份、滇獐牙菜15-20份、窄叶飘带草15-25份、犁头草15-25份、木槿皮5-15份、排钱草10-25份、山乌桕根5-10份、木通5-10份、薤白5-10份、苎麻根10-30份。
优选的，郁金8份、三白草20份、川楝子8份、滇獐牙菜18份、窄叶飘带草20份、犁头草18份、木槿皮10份、排钱草20份、山乌桕根8份、木通8份、薤白8份、苎麻根20份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中：郁金行气化瘀，清心解郁，利胆退黄；三白草清利湿热，退黄疸；川楝子舒肝行气止痛；滇獐牙菜清肝利胆，清热祛湿；窄叶飘带草、犁头草、木槿皮清热利湿，解毒止痒；排钱草、山乌桕根利水通便，去瘀止痒；木通清热利尿，活血通脉；薤白通阳散结，行气导滞；苎麻根清热凉血、解毒安胎。
临床资料
1.一般资料2009年1月-2012年1月我院收治妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者105例，随机分成两组，治疗组52例，年龄22～37岁，平均26.5岁，发病孕周25～37周，平均35周；对照组53例，年龄21～36岁，平均26.1岁，发病孕周26～39周，平均35.5周。两组患者均有皮肤瘙痒和黄疸症状。两组患者在年龄、病程方面比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。.
2.诊断标准采用1999年《中华妇产科学》妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的诊断标准：(1)妊娠期出现皮肤瘙痒症状。(2)总胆汁酸(TBA)水平、甘胆酸水平显著增高最高达正常的100倍。(3)肝功能异常，谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶轻度升高。(4)可伴有轻度黄疸，血清胆红素约为2.0～19μmol／L。(5)一般情况良好，无明显呕吐、食欲不振等。(6)分娩后瘙痒、黄疸消退，肝功能迅速恢复正常。
3.治疗方法治疗组患者服用本发明所述的中药制剂，称取郁金8g、三白草20g、川楝子8g、滇獐牙菜18g、窄叶飘带草20g、犁头草18g、木槿皮10g、排钱草20g、山乌桕根8g、木通8g、薤白8g、苎麻根20g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚2次服用；对照组采用口服熊去氧胆酸200mg，每日2次，鲁米那0.03mg，每日3次。两组均7日为一个疗程，连续治疗两个疗程统计疗效。
4.疗效标准痊愈：瘙痒消失，血清TBA<10μmol／L；显效：瘙痒消失，TBA比原值降低2／3以上，但未恢复正常；有效：瘙痒消失或明显减轻，TBA比原值降低1／2以上，不及2／3；无效：瘙痒无改善，TBA降低不明显。
5.治疗效果两组治疗两个疗程后疗效比较，治疗组52例，其中治愈35例(67.3％)；显效13例(25％)，有效3例(5.8％)，无效1例(1.9％)，总有效率98.1％；对照组53例，其中治愈24例(45.3％)；显效11例(20.7％)，有效9例(17％)，无效9例(17％)，总有效率83％。两组比较，治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组，具有可比性。P<0.05。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取郁金8g、三白草20g、川楝子8g、滇獐牙菜18g、窄叶飘带草20g、犁头草18g、木槿皮10g、排钱草20g、山乌桕根8g、木通8g、薤白8g、苎麻根20g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例二：称取郁金5g、三白草15g、川楝子10g、滇獐牙菜15g、窄叶飘带草25g、犁头草15g、木槿皮5g、排钱草25g、山乌桕根5g、木通10g、薤白10g、苎麻根10g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例三：称取郁金10g、三白草30g、川楝子5g、滇獐牙菜20g、窄叶飘带草15g、犁头草25g、木槿皮15g、排钱草10g、山乌桕根10g、木通5g、薤白5g、苎麻根30g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：郁金5-10份、三白草15-30份、川楝子5-10份、滇獐牙菜15-20份、窄叶飘带草15-25份、犁头草15-25份、木槿皮5-15份、排钱草10-25份、山乌桕根5-10份、木通5-10份、薤白5-10份、苎麻根10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：郁金8份、三白草20份、川楝子8份、滇獐牙菜18份、窄叶飘带草20份、犁头草18份、木槿皮10份、排钱草20份、山乌桕根8份、木通8份、薤白8份、苎麻根20份。
