Abstract
一种旋流排污的水产养殖池,包括池体、进水管、排水管,其特征在于:池体呈正八角形或圆形,池底呈锥形底;进水管与池体呈切线方位,其前管壁纵列均布若干个进水孔;锥形底中央设有圆凹槽,排水管纵立式穿过圆凹槽后折弯与过滤池连通;排水管上管口高出水面,圆凹槽上沿面以上的排水管环周上下均布若干个进水孔;圆凹槽槽底面排污口通过排污管与分离器的圆罐体下部罐壁切线方位连通;分离器的圆罐体中部固定有锥形罩,圆罐体底部锥形斗中央孔与排污套固定连接,排污套与集污池连通,圆罐体上部罐壁的溢流管与过滤池连通;圆罐体顶盖阀套上的拉杆塞其底部动配合套在锥形斗排污套中。污物大部分在池中由圆凹槽分流进入分离器,降低后续处理难度。

一种旋流排污的水产养殖池
技术领域:
[0001] 本发明涉及水产养殖装备,特别是一种旋流排污的水产养殖池。
背景技术:
[0002] 海水养殖一般是从海中用水泵抽取海水经过滤后注入养殖池进行鱼类养殖,养殖过程由于鱼类排放污物影响鱼类养殖环境,所以需要不断排放污水再补充泵取海水注入。这种不断抽取海水的操作使水泵耗能大,同时不断向海中排放污水不利于环保。因此现在养殖者将养殖池排放的污水进行养殖水回流处理后,再回流到养殖池中进行养殖,既节省能源,又降低成本,还保护环境。
[0003] 养殖水回流处理操作是首先将养殖池排放的污水先流经网筛式过滤池滤渣物理处理,过滤池有履带式、过滤网式、弧形筛式。而后泵入池沫分离器,泡沫分离器是利用射流泵产生负压将臭氧发生器的臭氧送入泡沫分离器,使污水中污物冒顶产生分离效果。而后从泡沫分离器流出的处理水经滴流槽增氧作业以去除臭氧,其原理则是在滴流槽中,污水细流化加大与氧化接触面积产生增氧作用。污水从滴流槽中出来后则进入生物池,所谓生物池为在池中放置诸如细陶粒、细塑球组成层粒,使污水流经时,污水中微小的污物被层粒阻挡,从而实现细过滤作业。从生物池中排出的处理水先进入回流水箱经蒸气加热后进入回流总排出管流经串接的各回流支电磁阀,各回流支电磁阀再经各自对应的换热泵分别泵入与各养殖池回流口连通的回流支管进入各养殖池中回用形成系统循环。回流总排出管或回流支管输入养殖池的过程中还进行了紫外线消毒、氧气椎增氧处理、在线监测。
[0004] 现有养殖池一般为矩形平底或圆形平底池,进水管由一侧壁中央上部进水,排水由另一侧壁下部的排水管排出,而后进入过滤池及后续工序进行处理回流。
[0005] 这种养殖池结构的缺陷在于:虽然鱼粪便、过期饵料大部分会从排水管中排出,但是仍有不少污物沉淀在池底,甚至在池底形成不流动的结皮结块。这些污物影响池中水质,同时也影响鱼类的健康成长。排水管中所含污物量比率较大,增加了后续物理、生物过滤处理的难度及回流水的洁净率。
发明内容:
[0006] 本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种旋流排污的水产养殖池。
[0007] 本发明的方案是:包括池体、进水管、排水管,其特征在于:池体水平截面呈正八角形或圆形,池底呈外高内低的锥形底;进水管呈L形,其上横向管与正八角形池体一侧壁平行或处于圆形池体内壁切线的平行线方位,L形进水管纵向管朝下、下管口封堵,其前管壁上钻有一纵列均布的若干个与横向管平行的进水孔;锥形底中央设有大于进水管管径的圆凹槽,排水管纵立式贴壁密封状穿过圆凹槽槽底后折弯与过滤池进水口管路连通;排水管上管口高出水面,圆凹槽上沿面以上的排水管管壁环周上下均布若干个进水孔;圆凹槽槽底面设置一个与排污管连通的排污口,排污口通过排污管与设在池边的分离器的圆罐体下部罐壁切线方位连通;分离器的圆罐体中部内壁上固定有上小下大的锥形罩,锥形罩顶部为圆孔,圆罐体底部为上大下小的锥形斗,锥形斗下部中央孔与管状的排污套固定连接,排污套通过管路与集污池连通,圆罐体上部罐壁设有溢流管,溢流管与过滤池进水口管路连通;圆罐体顶盖上设置有轴套状阀套,一个拉杆塞动配合套合在阀套中央孔中,其中部穿过锥形罩顶部圆孔中空,其底部动配合套在锥形斗排污套中。

[0013] 本发明包括池体2、进水管1、排水管3,其特征在于:池体2水平截面呈正八角形或圆形,池底呈外高内低的锥形底;进水管I呈L形,其上横向管与正八角形池体2 —侧壁平行或处于圆形池体内壁切线的平行线方位,L形进水管I纵向管朝下、下管口封堵,其前管壁上钻有一纵列均布的若干个与横向管平行的进水孔;锥形底中央设有大于进水管管径的圆凹槽4,排水管3纵立式贴壁密封状穿过圆凹槽4槽底后折弯与过滤池进水口管路连通;排水管3上管口高出水面,圆凹槽4上沿面以上的排水管3管壁环周上下均布若干个进水孔;圆凹槽4槽底面设置一个与排污管7连通的排污口,排污口通过排污管7与设在池边的分离器的圆罐体6下部罐壁切线方位连通;分离器的圆罐体6中部内壁上固定有上小下大的锥形罩10,锥形罩10顶部为圆孔,圆罐体6底部为上大下小的锥形斗,锥形斗下部中央孔与管状的排污套12固定连接,排污套12通过管路与集污池连通,圆罐体6上部罐壁设有溢流管9,溢流管9与过滤池进水口管路连通;圆罐体4顶盖上设置有轴套状阀套11,一个拉杆塞8动配合套合在阀套11中央孔中,其中部穿过锥形罩6顶部圆孔中空,其底部动配合套在锥形斗排污套12中。
[0014] 进水管I进水孔纵向排列,进水在水泵作用下由上下进水孔切向进入池中形成低速旋流,锥形底结构配合旋流的产生,而排水管3纵立布设导引池水从池中央流出也是配合旋流的产生。污物靠重力沉淀,同时污物随旋流运行中下沉逐渐进入圆凹槽4中,再进入分离器。池水进入排水管3再进入过滤池,则高位进入排水管3的过流水其污物含量率很低,利于后续物理、生物过滤作业,提高回流水洁净率。
[0015] 含污率高的污水沉积在圆凹槽4中进入分流器,由于是切向进入分离器,所以在分离器的锥形罩10及锥形斗内空中回流,污物靠重力沉淀,锥形罩10有利于阻挡污物上行,而较洁净的水在锥形罩10中空与拉杆塞之间的间隙溢流上行后,由溢流管9中流向过滤池。排污套12、拉杆塞8、阀套11组合成一个拉杆阀,当拉杆塞8套在阀座排污套12内孔中时,污物沉淀在锥形罩10与锥形斗之间,当上拉拉杆塞8后,污物则由阀座排污套12内孔中排出,进入集污池。

1.一种旋流排污的水产养殖池,包括池体(2)、进水管(I)、排水管(3),其特征在于:池体(2)水平截面呈正八角形或圆形,池底呈外高内低的锥形底;进水管(I)呈L形,其上横向管与正八角形池体(2) —侧壁平行或处于圆形池体内壁切线的平行线方位,L形进水管(I)纵向管朝下、下管口封堵,其前管壁上钻有一纵列均布的若干个与横向管平行的进水孔;锥形底中央设有大于进水管管径的圆凹槽(4),排水管(3)纵立式贴壁密封状穿过圆凹槽(4)槽底后折弯与过滤池进水口管路连通;排水管(3)上管口高出水面,圆凹槽(4)上沿面以上的排水管(3)管壁环周上下均布若干个进水孔;圆凹槽(4)槽底面设置一个与排污管(7)连通的排污口,排污口通过排污管(7)与设在池边的分离器的圆罐体(6)下部罐壁切线方位连通;分离器的圆罐体(6)中部内壁上固定有上小下大的锥形罩(10),锥形罩(10)顶部为圆孔,圆罐体(6)底部为上大下小的锥形斗,锥形斗下部中央孔与管状的排污套(12)固定连接,排污套(12)通过管路与集污池连通,圆罐体(6)上部罐壁设有溢流管(9),溢流管(9)与过滤池进水口管路连通;圆罐体(4)顶盖上设置有轴套状阀套(11),一个拉杆塞(8)动配合套合在阀套(11)中央孔中,其中部穿过锥形罩(6)顶部圆孔中空,其底部动配合套在锥形斗排污.套(12)中。
