本发明公开了一种碳钢用防腐蚀涂料，其按下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成：45-60份环氧树脂、40-66份萜烯树脂、60-70份聚苯乙烯树脂、20-30份乙醇、10-14份醋酸异丁酯、10-15份氨基多面齐聚硅倍半氧烷、10-15份KH-171、20-35份硅酸钠、20-24份云母粉、10-14份磷酸三丁酯、8-10份环烷酸锌和100-110份水。本发明的产品经工业试验证明，本发明制得的涂料具有极佳的防水防腐蚀性优点，可以实现金属基材的钝化和缓蚀，同时避免了可以导致环境污染的铬等重金属的使用，而且制备简单、成本低、易于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳钢用防腐蚀涂料，属于化工涂料技术领域。
技术背景
目前，我国每年金属腐蚀造成的经济损失约占国民生产总值的3-5％，损失超过火灾、风灾和地震造成损失的总和。长期以来，为了减少腐蚀的损失，人们采取了很多措施，如金属的电化学保护法、腐蚀介质处理法、覆盖层保护法等等。但迄今为止最普遍、最经济、最实用的保护措施还是涂料保护，涂料防腐以其施工简便、经济适用、不受设备面积、形状的约束以及具有一定的装饰效果等特点而被广泛的应用。
碳钢材料在工业中使用，也会容易被工业环境影响，从而被腐蚀。目前市面上在其表面涂敷的防腐蚀涂层大多数是溶剂型涂料，而这类涂料中有很多的防腐效果并不明显；而剩下其它的涂料尽管它们具有抑制腐蚀的作用，但由于它们含有对人体易造成损害的有害气体和重金属，造成了环境污染问题，同时溶剂易燃、易爆的特点给环境带来了不安全的隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种能有效地阻止金属材料的高温氧化的碳钢用防腐蚀涂料。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用一个技术方案是：一种碳钢用防腐蚀涂料按下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成：45-60份环氧树脂、40-66份萜烯树脂、60-70份聚苯乙烯树脂、20-30份乙醇、10-14份醋酸异丁酯、10-15份氨基多面齐聚硅倍半氧烷、10-15份KH-171、20-35份硅酸钠、20-24份云母粉、10-14份磷酸三丁酯、8-10份环烷酸锌和100-110份水。
本发明的产品经工业试验证明，本发明制得的涂料具有极佳的防水防腐蚀性优点，可以实现金属基材的钝化和缓蚀，同时避免了可以导致环境污染的铬等重金属的使用，而且制备简单、成本低、易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种碳钢用防腐蚀涂料按下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成：45-60份环氧树脂、40-66份萜烯树脂、60-70份聚苯乙烯树脂、20-30份乙醇、10-14份醋酸异丁酯、10-15份氨基多面齐聚硅倍半氧烷、10-15份KH-171、20-35份硅酸钠、20-24份云母粉、10-14份磷酸三丁酯、8-10份环烷酸锌和100-110份水。对本实施例涂层性能测试。结果如下：2000h划痕盐试验：无气泡、无脱落、划痕处锈蚀扩散1mm；5000h盐雾试验：无起泡、吴脱落、无锈蚀；附着力/MPa GB/T5210-2006：12.9-15.1。

1.一种碳钢用防腐蚀涂料，其特征在于由下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成：45-60份环氧树脂、40-66份萜烯树脂、60-70份聚苯乙烯树脂、20-30份乙醇、10-14份醋酸异丁酯、10-15份氨基多面齐聚硅倍半氧烷、10-15份KH-171、20-35份硅酸钠、20-24份云母粉、10-14份磷酸三丁酯、8-10份环烷酸锌和100-110份水。
