Claims (10)

2.一种饮食品的呈味改善剂,其通过用有机溶剂提取咖啡的提取残渣以获得提取物,并且从所述提取物除去所述有机溶剂而获得。
3.一种饮食品的呈味改善剂,其通过用有机溶剂提取咖啡的提取残渣以获得提取物,从所述提取物除去所述有机溶剂,然后进行氧化处理而获得。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的呈味改善剂,其中所述有机溶剂为选自由具有I至4个碳原子的醇化合物、具有3至8个碳原子的脂肪酸烷基酯化合物、具有4至6个碳原子的醚化合物、具有3至8个碳原子的脂肪族烃和具有3至6个碳原子的脂肪族酮组成的组的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的呈味改善剂,其中所述有机溶剂为选自由具有I至4个碳原子的醇化合物、具有3至8个碳原子的脂肪酸烷基酯化合物、具有4至6个碳原子的醚化合物和具有3至8个碳原子的脂肪族烃组成的组的至少一种。
6.一种饮食品,其包含根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的呈味改善剂。
7.一种食用油,其包含根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的呈味改善剂。
8.—种香料,其包含根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的呈味改善剂。
9.一种香味油,其通过从根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的呈味改善剂和香味原料的混合物加热提取而获得。
10.一种饮食品的呈味改善方法,其包括添加根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的呈味改善剂至饮食品中。
