技术领域

背景技术
[0002] 电力系统运行中经常发生跳合闸线圈烧毁事故。众所周知,跳合闸线圈都是按照短时通电设计的。跳合闸线圈的烧毁、主要是由于跳、合闸线圈回路的电流不能正常切断,导致跳合闸线圈长时间通电而造成的。作为电力系统中重要的电气元件,在电力系统发生故障时,断路器接受继电保护及自动装置的跳闸命令,并且要求其以毫秒级的速度去执行跳闸动作,以避免事故的蔓延和扩大。因此,要求断路器在投运中能随时处于待命状态,且可以做到令行禁止。尤其不允许出现有跳闸命令时,断路器拒绝跳闸的现象。在电力系统的中低压变电站中,还有大量的电磁操作机构断路器在运行。实践证明,这类断路器的操作机构稳定性较差。操作过程中,时有拒分拒合或辅助触点断不开的故障发生。在常规的有人值班变店站中,人工操作断路器,当出现上述故障时,可由控制开关KK或者及时断开该路控制电源,人工切断操作电流。因此,烧毁分合闸线圈的故障较少。即使目前已大量采用的弹簧储能操作机构的断路器,特别在调试、检修中,也多次发生在机械闭锁状态下错误进行电动操作而烧线圈的事。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明研制一种跳合闸线圈监测及保护装置避免跳合闸线圈烧毁的问题。该装置要求能监测及记录每次断路器分合的状态(通过线圈的电流、分合的时间、分合次数等),并且要求能在跳合闸过程中由于种种原因导致跳合闸线圈拒动时能有效保护跳合闸线圈(此功能要能够投退,并且不影响原操作回路特性)。该装置还要求能记录跳合闸电流波形,为跳合闸线圈拒动原因分析提供数据支持。同时为以后能进行推广应用,要求该装置性能可靠、安全、经济。·

(I)通过霍尔传感器测量分合闸线圈回路的直流电流
根据采到的直流电流大小计算分合闸线圈的发热量,达到线圈发热的极限值,通过电力电子元件器IGBT和继电器组合的回路来分开分合闸线圈回路,达到保护分合闸线圈功能。装置对每一次保护启动和分合闸线圈保护进行录波,为线圈故障分析提供数据支持。装置根据分合闸线圈电流变化情况及辅助接点变化情况统计分合闸线圈动作次数,为断路器分合闸线圈检修提供理论依据。

通过理论计算及线圈分合闸材料分析,推导出线圈等效发热公式,通过对发热量的计算,在线圈达到发热熔点前切断通电回路达到保护线圈的目的。

根据上述公式绘出铜丝的熔断电流以及熔断时间表,发现它和我们常用的一般反时限很接近,另外为了考虑实际应用对断路器线圈材料的参数测定的难度,特提出用一般反时限公式来代替原先复杂的公式,经过试验对比,利用一般反时限公式确实能够有效保护断路器线圈。
[0022] (3) IGBT电力电子元器件及继电器组合方式的线圈保护
IGBT电力电子元器件长时间运行容易损毁,通过与继电器组合延长IGBT管的使用寿命,达到可靠运行及可靠切断回路的目的。
[0023] 继电器和IGBT的特点不同,IGBT能够快速分合大电流,而继电器不能够,他容易发生拉弧现象,从而烧毁回路;另一方面,IGBT对于长时间的通电能力不足,长时间的通电容易烧断,继电器却不同,静态通电能力很强。通过这两个器件的组合,可以同时满足快速分合和长时通点的要求。长时运行时,IGBT回路断开,单独靠继电器回路通电;当需要关断回路时,先合上IGBT回路,再分开继电器回路,最后再分开IGBT回路。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种断路器分合闸线圈状态检测及保护方法,其特征在于,上述适用于线圈分闸、合闸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种断路器分合闸线圈状态检测及保护方法,其特征在于,当定时限动作时先判断反时限是否已经动作,如果反时限已动作,定时限将只发动作报文,不在操作出口 ;当反时限动作时先判断定时限是否已经动作,如果定时限已动作,反时限将只发动作报文,不在操作出口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种断路器分合闸线圈状态检测及保护方法,其特征在于,当分闸、合闸线圈电流大于额定电流的20%-30%,延时合闸线圈定时限段时间定值加上5s_8s后,报合闸线圈有流告警。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种断路器分合闸线圈状态监测及保护方法,其特征在于,设置有IGBT和继电器保护电路。
