香椿:又叫红椿或春芽,香椿芽的吃法很多,如椿芽炒肉、椿芽炒蛋、凉拌椿芽、油炸香椿、椿芽炸酱面等均别有风味。香椿有较高的药用价值。〈唐本草〉称香椿“主洗疥疮、风疹,水煎叶汁用之。”
苦菜:又名苦苣菜,含有蛋白质和多种维生素,其嫩味可采食。生吃略带苦味,用开水烫一下加热制熟,苦味可除。苦菜可炒肉、炒蛋、做汤,或加些大豆粉做成小豆腐吃,亦可沸水烫后蘸面酱食用。苦菜性苦寒,中医认为可以清热解毒、凉血,可以治疗乳腺炎、上呼吸道感染、急性咽炎、蜂窝组织炎。脾胃虚寒者少食。
侧耳根:又名鱼腥草,具有清热解毒利水消肿之功效,对治疗胃癌亦有效果,具有滋补强身作用,可促进毛发生长,能使白发变黑。
地木耳:又名地衣,其所含胶质可吸附人体消化道残留的灰尘、杂质,有清胃、涤肠作用。中医学认为地木耳性味平和,有滋补益气功效,常作汤菜食用,鲜香味醇。
苋菜:富含易被人体吸收的钙质,对牙齿和骨骼的生长可起到促进作用。苋菜并能维持正常的心肌活动,防止肌肉痉挛(抽筋)。这是因为它所含丰富的铁,可经合成红细胞中的血红蛋白,有携带氧气的功能。它含有丰富的铁、钙和维生素K,可以促进凝血、造血等功能。苋菜常食可以减肥轻身促进排毒,防止便秘。苋菜性味甘,在夏季多食用红苋菜,具有清热解毒、治疗肠炎痢疾、大便干结和小便赤涩的效果。
1、清热解毒,明目利咽 苋菜性味甘凉,长于清利湿热,清肝解毒,凉血散瘀,对于湿热所致的赤白痢疾及肝火上炎所致的目赤目痛、咽喉红肿不利等,均有一定的辅助治疗作用。
2、营养丰富,增强体质 苋菜中富含蛋白质、脂肪。糖类及多种维生素和矿物质,其所含的蛋白质比牛奶更能充分被人体吸收,所含胡萝卜素比茄果类高2倍以上,可为人体提供丰富的营养物质,有利于强身健体,提高机体的免疫力,有“长寿菜”之称。
3、促进儿童生长发育 苋菜中铁的含量是菠菜的1倍,钙的含量则是3倍,为鲜蔬菜中的佼佼者。更重要的是,苋菜中不含草酸,所含钙、铁进入人体后很容易被吸收利用。因此,苋菜能促进小儿的生长发育,对骨折的愈合具有一定的食疗价值。
但是,野菜季节性太强,鲜菜的保质期很短,无法满足人们食用野菜的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种方法简单,不含添加剂的干野菜的制作方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种干野菜的制作方法,包括以下方法步骤,
1)选择山里采集并自然晒干的蕨菜、荠菜、马兰头、马齿苋、香椿、苦菜、鱼腥草、地木耳或苋菜等其中的一种或几种,将干野菜浸泡在山泉水中10-12小时后捞出并冲洗干净待用;
2)将步骤1)中冲洗干净的野菜放入脱水机进行脱水处理,甩干即可,一般需要1-5分钟的时间即可;
3)将步骤2)中脱水的野菜按规格切成段,加入盐和菜籽油拌匀,野菜、盐、菜籽油的比例为20:1.5:14;
4)将步骤3)中拌匀后的野菜放入锅内蒸20-40分钟,蒸熟即可;
5)将步骤4)蒸熟后的野菜自然冷却,然后装瓶,封口前在上面浇一层菜籽油后封口,再经杀菌即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明口感好、易保存,不含有化学添加剂,保存了野菜的原汁原味,制备方法简单,便于操作。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
1)选择山里采集并自然晒干的蕨菜,将干蕨菜浸泡在山泉水中12小时后捞出并冲洗干净待用;
2)将步骤1)中冲洗干净的蕨菜放入脱水机进行脱水处理,甩干即可,一般需要1分钟的时间即可;
3)将步骤2)中脱水的蕨菜按规格切成段,加入盐和菜籽油拌匀,蕨菜、盐、菜籽油的比例为20:1.5:14;
4)将步骤3)中拌匀后的蕨菜放入锅内蒸20-40分钟,蒸熟即可;
5)将步骤4)蒸熟后的蕨菜自然冷却,然后装瓶,封口前在上面浇一层菜籽油后封口,再经杀菌即可。
实施例2
1)选择山里采集并自然晒干的马齿苋,将干马齿苋浸泡在山泉水中10小时后捞出并冲洗干净待用;
2)将步骤1)中冲洗干净的马齿苋放入脱水机进行脱水处理,甩干即可,一般需要1分钟的时间即可;
3)将步骤2)中脱水的马齿苋按规格切成段,加入盐和菜籽油拌匀,马齿苋、盐、菜籽油的比例为20:1.5:14;
4)将步骤3)中拌匀后的马齿苋放入锅正蒸20-40分钟,蒸熟即可;
5)将步骤4)蒸熟后的马齿苋自然冷却,然后装瓶,封口前在上面浇一层菜籽油后封口,再经杀菌即可。
实施例3
1)选择山里采集并自然晒干的鱼腥草,将干鱼腥草浸泡在山泉水中12小时后捞出并冲洗干净待用;
2)将步骤1)中冲洗干净的鱼腥草放入脱水机进行脱水处理,甩干即可,一般需要1分钟的时间即可;
3)将步骤2)中脱水的鱼腥草按规格切成段,加入盐和菜籽油拌匀,鱼腥草、盐、菜籽油的比例为20:1.5:14;
4)将步骤3)中拌匀后的鱼腥草放入锅正蒸20-40分钟,蒸熟即可;
5)将步骤4)蒸熟后的鱼腥草自然冷却,然后装瓶,封口前在上面浇一层菜籽油后封口,再经杀菌即可。
实施例4

1.一种干野菜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下方法步骤:
1)选择山里采集并自然晒干的荠菜、马兰头、香椿、苦菜、地木耳及苋菜,将这些干野菜浸泡在山泉水中12小时后捞出并冲洗干净待用;
2)将步骤1)中冲洗干净的野菜放入脱水机进行脱水处理,甩干;
3)将步骤2)中脱水的野菜按规格切成段,加入盐和菜籽油拌匀,野菜、盐、菜籽油的比例为20:1.5:14;
4)将步骤3)中拌匀后的野菜放入锅蒸20-40分钟;
5)将步骤4)蒸熟后的野菜自然冷却,然后装瓶,封口前在上面浇一层菜籽油后封口,再经杀菌即成。
