多功能吊模装置
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷成型机中的座便器立浇线的提升装置，具体地说是一种能够实现模型多方位调整的多功能吊模装置。
背景技术
目前，在国内外的陶瓷生产企业中，其成型设备中的座便器立浇线的提升装置做采用老式吊模板与上模型连接固定，吊模板通过与提升架滑动配合的吊模挂板与提升机水平滑动实现模型位置调整，但是由于位置调节量和调节方向有限，不能广泛适用不同种类的上模型使用，导致不同的模型需要制作不同的吊模板，不仅浪费了大量的人力、财力、物力，提高生产成本，而且需要延长制作吊模板的工期，延误了整个生产线的生产周期，影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明是针对背景技术中模型位置调整的局限性，提供一种结构简单，调节范围大，适用于不同模型的多功能吊模装置。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是：一种多功能吊模装置，包括与提升架活动连接的上吊模挂板，上吊模板通过连接件与上吊模挂板连接，所述多功能吊模装置还包括下吊模挂板、下吊模板和移动导轨；
所述下吊模板通过连接板与上吊模板连接；
所述移动导轨包括活动连接的上导轨和下导轨，上、下导轨呈“井”字状排布，上吊模板和上导轨固定连接，下吊模挂板通过连接件与下导轨连接，该下吊模挂板与模型连接。
所述移动导轨与驱动系统连接受控。
上导轨和下导轨分别为矩形管结构，上、下导轨内部分别设置有滑块。
上导轨内的滑块通过连接件与连接导轨连接，下导轨与连接导轨固接，下导轨内的滑块通过连接件与下吊模挂板连接。
连接导轨与下导轨等长。
连接板是用转轴铰接在一起的两段分体板，其上段板与上吊模板固定连接，下段板下吊模板固定连接。
提升架的下部设置有与其固接为一体的矩形管滑轨，上吊模挂板通过连接件与设置在该矩形管滑轨内的滑块连接。
上吊模挂板和下吊模挂板分别为“Z”型板。
驱动系统为电动控制或气动控制中的一种。
本发明所公开的这种多功能吊模装置，结构简单，通过吊模挂板与轨道之间的动配合实现模型的多方位调整，该吊模装置可适用于多种不同厂家、不同规格的模型，不仅大大的节约了生产成本，而且省去了不同模型的制作工序，缩短生产周期，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明所公开的这种多功能吊模装置适用于各个领域不同位置模型的吊装和移动。
本实施例，以陶瓷成型机中座便器立浇线的提升装置中的吊模装置为例说明。该装置安装在提升架上，上吊模挂板1通过连接件与提升架4连接，上吊模板2通过螺栓等连接件与上吊模挂板1连接。上吊模板通过连接板10与下吊模板6连接，下吊模板与移动导轨连接，下吊模挂板8通过连接件与移动导轨连接，模型9与下吊模挂板连接。
移动导轨包括上导轨7、连接导轨3和下导轨11，其中上导轨和下导轨分别由两个矩形管组成，即四个矩形管，上导轨和下导轨呈“井”字排布，上导轨和下导轨中分别设置有滑块，上导轨内的滑块通过螺栓等连接件与连接导轨连接，下导轨与连接导轨焊接为一体，下导轨和连接导轨等长，连接轨道可以采用角钢。移动导轨中的滑块可以与电动装置如电动机和传动链等部件连接，也可以与气动装置连接，实现下导轨沿上导轨按垂直提升架轴线方向滑动，带滑到指定位置后，紧固螺栓等连接件，使滑块与轨道紧密贴合实现定位。下导轨内的滑块通过连接件与下吊模挂板连接，下吊模挂板为Z字形结构，其上端水平段挂在下导轨上表面，其中部竖直段通过螺栓等连接件与下导轨及其内部的滑块连接，其下端水平段与模型连接，下导轨内部的滑块也可与驱动系统连接，实现下吊模挂板带动模型沿下导轨实现按平行提升架轴线方向移动，带滑到指定位置后，紧固螺栓等连接件，使滑块与轨道紧密贴合实现定位。
连接板包括用转轴5铰接在一起的两段板，上段板与上吊模板固定连接，下段板与下吊模板固定连接，可通过转轴小幅度调整上下两个吊模板的角度。为保证稳定性，在调整完角度后用连接螺栓等将两段板固定即可。
作为优选，提升架的下部也固接有一个矩形管滑轨，该滑轨内的滑块也通过连接件与上吊模挂板连接，该矩形管滑轨与上吊模挂板之间的连接方式和移动方式与下导轨和下吊模挂板相同。
在实际操作时，对于有些领域采用该吊模装置时，也可以去掉驱动系统，需要移动时，由人工移动模型，模型带动各部分的部件移动即可。

1.一种多功能吊模装置，包括与提升架活动连接的上吊模挂板，上吊模板通过连接件与上吊模挂板连接，其特征在于，所述多功能吊模装置还包括下吊模挂板、下吊模板和移动导轨；
所述下吊模板通过连接板与上吊模板连接；连接板是用转轴铰接在一起的两段分体板，其上段板与上吊模板固定连接，下段板下吊模板固定连接；
移动导轨包括上导轨、连接导轨和下导轨，上、下导轨呈“井”字状排布，下吊模板和上导轨固定连接，下吊模挂板通过连接件与下导轨连接，该下吊模挂板与模型连接；上导轨和下导轨分别为矩形管结构，上、下导轨内部分别设置有滑块；上导轨内的滑块通过连接件与连接导轨连接，下导轨与连接导轨固接，下导轨内的滑块通过连接件与下吊模挂板连接；
所述移动导轨与驱动系统连接受控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能吊模装置，其特征在于，所述连接导轨与下导轨等长。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能吊模装置，其特征在于，所述提升架的下部设置有与其固接为一体的矩形管滑轨，上吊模挂板通过连接件与设置在该矩形管滑轨内的滑块连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能吊模装置，其特征在于，所述上吊模挂板和下吊模挂板分别为“Z”型板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能吊模装置，其特征在于，所述驱动系统为电动控制或气动控制中的一种。
