Abstract

本发明涉及一种轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，包括底座、底座垫块和旋转压紧缸，底座垫块上设置有底金，底金上开有通孔，底金上设置有与要加工工件底部凸台相对应的定位螺栓，旋转压紧缸的活塞杆的伸出端连接有压紧杆，底座垫块的一侧设置有拨叉装置，拨叉装置包括用于拨动工件底部凸台的拨叉和驱动拨叉的动力装置，本发明通过拨叉拨动要加工工件底部的凸台，使得凸台的侧壁接触到定位螺栓，在通过底座垫块两侧旋转压紧缸控制压紧杆压紧要加工的工件，然后对工件进行开孔的加工，比传统的手动式夹紧，省时省力，同时提高了定位的精度，结构简单，大大提高了生产的效率，产品的合格率也大大提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种定位装置，尤其涉及一种轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置。
背景技术
要加工如图1所示的轮毂类工件，该工件的底板上具有凸台，凸台具有5个伸出端，伸出端周向均布在底板上，我们需要在底板上周向均布的凸台的伸出端上开孔，如果开孔稍有偏差，就会造成该工件的报废。
因此对工件的定位就显得非常重要，而人工进行定位，费时费力，效率低下，定位不准确，合格率低，且如今都要求生产自动化控制，流水线作业，因此我们需要对现有的机械结构进行改进来满足现在的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为了解决轮毂类工件，在底部凸台上加工孔，容易偏差，造成工件报废的问题，本发明提供一种轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置来解决上述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，包括底座、位于底座上的底座垫块和位于底座垫块两侧的旋转压紧缸，所述的底座垫块上设置有底金，所述的底金上开有用于要加工工件的中心柱放置的通孔，所述的底金上设置有与要加工工件底部凸台相对应的定位螺栓，所述的旋转压紧缸的活塞杆的伸出端连接有压紧杆，所述的底座垫块的一侧设置有拨叉装置，所述的拨叉装置包括用于拨动工件底部凸台的拨叉和驱动拨叉的动力装置。本装置中定位螺栓起到定位参考的作用，即预先在底金上把定位螺栓设定成参考物，定位螺栓为参考物也就是说只要工件的凸台运动后撞到相应的定位螺栓即完成定位，而使工件运动则是利用拨叉装置，动力装置驱动拨叉从而带动工件旋转，至参考点后，拨叉完成动作，旋转压紧缸压紧工件，然后再通过加工中心加工。
为了更好的控制拨叉动作，所述的动力装置为摆缸。
为了拨动工件底部的凸台，定位后更好的固定住工件，使得工件不在移动，所述的拨叉呈L形，拨叉与摆缸的输出轴固定连接，所述的底金上开有便于拨叉运动通过的第一凹槽。不工作时，拨叉在第一凹槽的一侧，当动力装置驱动拨叉时，拨叉进入第一凹槽进行拨动。
工件在定位好后，需要进行开孔，加工中心打穿工件后需要预留有空间，所述的要加工的工件定位完成后其凸台正下方的底金表面开有第二凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，通过拨叉拨动要加工工件底部的凸台，使得凸台的侧壁接触到定位螺栓，在通过底座垫块两侧旋转压紧缸控制压紧杆压紧要加工的工件，然后对工件进行开孔的加工，比传统的手动式夹紧，省时省力，同时提高了定位的精度，结构简单，大大提高了生产的效率，产品的合格率也大大提升。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图2所示，本发明轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，包括底座1、位于底座1上的底座垫块2和位于底座垫块2两侧的旋转压紧缸3，底座垫块2上设置有底金4，底金4上开有用于要加工工件的中心柱11放置的通孔13，底金4上设置有与要加工工件底部凸台12相对应的定位螺栓5，旋转压紧缸3的活塞杆的伸出端连接有压紧杆6，底座垫块2的一侧设置有拨叉装置，拨叉装置包括用于拨动工件底部凸台12的拨叉7和驱动拨叉7的动力装置8，动力装置为摆缸，拨叉7呈L形，拨叉7与摆缸的输出轴固定连接，底金4上开有便于拨叉7运动通过的第一凹槽9，要加工的工件定位完成后其凸台正下方的底金4表面开有第二凹槽10。
如图3-4所示，在实际生产中，我们通过机械手，将要加工的工件的中心柱11插入底金4上的通孔13内，通过摆缸控制拨叉7拨动工件底部的凸台12，使得凸台12的侧壁接触到定位螺栓5，旋转压紧缸3开始工作，利用活塞杆带动压紧杆6旋转、下沉，压紧要加工的工件，进行定位，加工中心对要加工工件进行开孔，孔开好后，旋转压紧缸3再次工作，活塞杆带动压紧杆6上升、旋转，机械手将工件取走，进入下一道工序。整个工作流程完全实现自动化，省去了大量的人力，大大提高了工件的合格率，也提高了生产的效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，其特征在于：包括底座（1）、位于底座（1）上的底座垫块（2）和位于底座垫块（2）两侧的旋转压紧缸（3），所述的底座垫块（2）上设置有底金（4），所述的底金（4）上开有用于要加工工件的中心柱（11）放置的通孔（13），所述的底金（4）上设置有与要加工工件底部凸台（12）相对应的定位螺栓（5），所述的旋转压紧缸（3）的活塞杆的伸出端连接有压紧杆（6），所述的底座垫块（2）的一侧设置有拨叉装置，所述的拨叉装置包括用于拨动工件底部凸台（12）的拨叉（7）和驱动拨叉（7）的动力装置（8）。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，其特征在于：所述的动力装置为摆缸。
3.如权利要求2所述的轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，其特征在于：所述的拨叉（7）呈L形，拨叉（7）与摆缸的输出轴固定连接，所述的底金（4）上开有便于拨叉（7）运动通过的第一凹槽（9）。
4.如权利要求3所述的轮毂工件拨动式精定位加工装置，其特征在于：所述的要加工的工件定位完成后其凸台（12）正下方的底金（4）表面开有第二凹槽（10）。
