Abstract
为解决现有技术检验分析显微镜存在的焦距调整、观察视场调整和放大倍数转换不方便,对检验分析结果有不利的影响等问题,本发明提出一种全自动检验分析显微镜,包括底板、立柱、载物台、目镜、物镜转塔、焦距调节旋钮和底光源,其特征在于,在焦距调节旋钮一侧设置有皮带调节装置,在载物台上表面固定有x/y向载物台,在物镜转塔外侧设置有转动机构;中央控制器控制皮带调节装置、x/y向载物台和转动机构的运行。本发明的有益技术效果是采用中央控制器控制载物台的x、y和z向的移动,极大地方便了检验分析时焦距的调节和观察视场的转换,并且,中央控制器还能够控制物镜转塔的转换,极大的方便了放大倍数的选择。

[0019] 在进行检验分析时,当需要调节焦距时,开启皮带调节装置的调节电机,电机带动调节皮带转动,从而带动焦距调节旋钮,实现显微镜焦距的调节。由于调节电机转轴中心轴线与焦距调节旋钮中心轴线相平行,因此,转动起来十分灵活。当需要改变观察视场时,开启χ/y向载物台的χ向或者I向丝杆电机,χ板或者I板就会在χ向或者I向移动。本发明全自动检验分析显微镜χ/y向载物台所述丝杆电机是指转子为螺母且在转子螺母内旋装有定向丝杆的电动机。这种电机在开启电源时,丝杆会向电机两端左右移动,由此,带动X板或者I板在X向或者I向左右移动。当需要选择放大倍数时,开启显微镜转动机构的转动电机,主动齿轮就会带动齿圈连同物镜转塔一起转动,实现转换放大倍数的目的。显然,上述操作均可采用中央控制器进行控制,实现焦距调节、观察视场位置改变和放大倍数选择的自动进行。
[0020]另外,本发明全自动检验分析显微镜的目镜上设置有摄像头,摄像头与显示、扫描和成像系统相连接,可以通过图像识别和分析系统,结合中央控制器对焦距调节、观察视场改变和放大倍数选择实现完全自动化的操作,并可对显微成像的进行分析和统计。

Claims (2)
1.一种全自动检验分析显微镜,其特征在于:该显微镜包括底板、立柱、载物台、目镜、物镜转塔、焦距调节旋钮和底光源,其特征在于,在焦距调节旋钮一侧设置有皮带调节装置,在载物台上表面固定有x/y向载物台,在物镜转塔外侧设置有转动机构;中央控制器控制皮带调节装置、χ/y向载物台和转动机构的运行; 所述皮带调节装置包括支架、调节轮、调节电机和调节皮带;支架为L形且短边固定在底板上表面焦距调节旋钮一侧;调节电机面向底光源固定在支架的长边上,且电机转轴中心轴线与焦距调节旋钮中心轴线相平行,调节轮固定在调节电机转轴上,调节皮带套装在调节轮和焦距调节旋钮的外围; 所述χ/y向载物台为三层平板结构,包括基板、X板和I板,以及X向固定块,X向丝杆电机,I向固定块和I向丝杆电机;在基板、X板和I板的中心设置有相互对应的底光源孔;基板固定在显微镜载物台上,在基板的上平面设置有X向导轨;χ板下平面设置有与X向导轨相匹配的X向导槽,上平面设置有I向导轨;安装时,将X板下平面的X向导槽扣装在基板上平面的X向导轨上,将X向丝杆电机固定在基板上且在X板侧面,X向丝杆电机轴线与X向导轨平行,X向固定块固定在X板侧面且X向丝杆电机的丝杆端头与X向固定块呈只能在X向固定块的孔内转动的活动连接;y板下平面设置有与y向导轨相匹配的y向导槽,安装时,将I板下平面的I向导槽扣装在X板上平面的I向导轨上,将I向丝杆电机固定在X板上且在I板侧面,y向丝杆电机轴线与I向导轨平行,I向固定块固定在I板侧面且y向丝杆电机的丝杆端头与I向固定块呈只能在I向固定块的孔内转动的活动连接;所述丝杆电机是指转子为螺母且在转子螺母内旋装有定向丝杆的电动机; 所述转动机构包括齿圈、电机安装座、转动电机和主动齿轮;齿圈与主动齿轮模数相同,且固定安装在物镜转塔上部的圆柱段;电机安装座为门形结构且固定安装在显微镜立柱转折处上底面;转动电机转轴向上安装在门形电机安装座外侧,转轴伸入到门形电机安装座内;主动齿轮固定安装在门形电机安装座内的转动电机转轴上,且与齿圈啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述全自动检验分析显微镜,其特征在于:目镜上设置有摄像头,摄像头与显示、扫描和成像系统相连接。
