Abstract
Description
自承板式钢筋网架组合模板及其施工方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及混凝土结构建筑建造领域,尤其涉及一种自承板式钢筋网架组合模板及其施工方法。
背景技术
[0002] 我国建筑行业中的水平结构模板工程目前普遍采用搭设排架支撑,辅设木方及胶合板或模板。其工艺原理通过设置排架支撑体系为底模板提供支撑,满足施工阶段承载力及变形要求。其支撑的形式有:Φ48Χ3.5脚手架扣件搭设、门架脚手架搭设、塔架支架、可调支撑立柱搭设等方法。
[0003] 但该水平结构模板工程技术存在着自身的缺陷:
[0004] (I)、施工成本高
[0005] 搭设满堂脚手架,材料耗费严重,同时需要耗费大量劳动力,施工成本较高;
[0006] (2)施工效率低
[0007] 由于需要搭设排架支撑,铺设底模板,工作量巨大,费工费时,施工效率低下,影响工期;
[0008] (3)施工环境差
[0009] 排架支撑体系立杆及横杆分布密集,给现场作业及材料搬运带来严重影响,同时,也给结构的测量定位带来阻碍。
[0010] 因此,现有的技术由于自身存在着各种缺陷,很难满足项目的环境控制及施工效率要求,不利于推进工业化建造技术的发展。
[0011] 在钢结构领域,目前市场上有钢筋桁架楼承板技术,其底面采用镀锌钢板与钢筋桁架焊接,在钢结构工程已有一定的应用,尚未在混凝土结构体系的水平结构中应用。主要原因有以下几点:
[0012] (I)镀锌钢板底模直接进入各类住宅、办公等建筑,其成本高于纯混凝土的楼板。
[0013] (2)在镀锌钢板上进行二次粉饰较为困难,若进行吊顶装饰相对成本较高,又要占去建筑物的高度空间。
[0014] (3)由镀锌钢板作为底模的桁架模板与混凝土墙面、混凝土梁的模板交接处的节点处理较为困难。
[0015] 由于以上原因,钢筋桁架楼承板难以在纯混凝土结构中的水平板结构中得到应用。
发明内容
[0016] 本发明提供一种自承板式钢筋网架组合模板及其施工方法,以独立承担板单元长度范围的混凝土自重和施工过程中的附加荷载。
[0017] 为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种自承板式钢筋网架组合模板,包括:自承板式钢筋网架单元,其包括多排纵向钢筋桁架,单排所述纵向钢筋桁架由上弦筋、两根下弦筋以及设置在所述上弦筋和所述下弦筋之间的波纹筋组成;多排横向分布钢筋,单排所述横向分布钢筋与所述纵向钢筋桁架固定;可拆卸模板,位于所述自承板式钢筋网架单元的下部并与所述自承板式钢筋网架单元固定连接。
[0018] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,所述横向分布钢筋由多段钢筋焊接ίίϋ 。
[0019] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,相邻所述钢筋的搭接长度大于等于10d,其中,d表示所述钢筋的直径。
[0020] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,所述钢筋伸出模板边缘50_55mm。
[0021] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,单排所述横向分布钢筋与所述纵向钢筋桁架焊接固定。
[0022] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,所述横向分布钢筋包括平行设置的上层钢筋和下层钢筋,所述上层钢筋与上弦筋焊接固定,所述下层钢筋与下弦筋焊接固定。
[0023] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,所述可拆卸模板通过连接件与所述自承板式钢筋网架单元固定连接。
[0024] 进一步的,在自承板式钢筋网架组合模板中,与所述可拆卸模板固定连接有稳定斜撑的一端,稳定斜撑的另一端与竖向结构模板固定。
[0025] 本发明还提供了一种利用自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的施工方法,包括:拼装自承板式钢筋网架组合模板,并将其吊装至指定位置;通过角模板将所述承板式钢筋网架组合模板与墙模板固定;安装就位后,安装多个定位销,沿单位长度方向,固定连接螺栓;松开塔吊,固定稳定斜撑,并将所述自承板式钢筋网架组合模板与结构主筋连接;绑扎水平筋和负弯矩钢筋,铺设管线;浇筑混凝土。
[0026] 进一步地,在利用自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的施工方法中,对于跨度超过3.9米的结构,设置快速支撑。
[0027] 进一步地,在利用自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的施工方法中,所述快速支撑由顶部木工字梁和可调节支撑杆组成。
[0028] 与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明将自承板式钢筋网架与可拆卸模板相结合,开发出具有空间受力体系的自承板式钢筋网架组合模板,其可独自承载混凝土自重和施工过程中的附加荷载,具有很强的整体刚度,实现混凝土建筑水平结构模板的无支撑化或少支撑化,大大节约支撑材料和用工,提高施工效率;另一方面,采用工厂化生产的自承板式钢筋网架等效替换水平结构的受力钢筋,将工程现场的钢筋绑扎工作转换为工厂化加工,可大大节约现场用工,缩短施工工期。

[0037] 以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明提出的自承板式钢筋网架组合模板及其施工方法作进一步详细说明。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比率,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。

[0042]图3为本发明实施例提供的连接件的剖面结构示意图。参照图3,所述可拆卸模板13通过连接件14与所述自承板式钢筋网架单元固定连接。连接件14由两部分组成,固定于钢筋121上的螺母端31和螺栓32,可拆卸模板13被固定在螺母端31和螺栓32之间。可拆卸模板13和钢筋桁架通过连接件14连接,拆模时,松开连接件的螺栓,便可拆除模板,操作简便。
[0043] 自承板式钢筋网架可在工厂内流水线生产,以半成品形式供应至工地现场,在地面组拼成整个房间单元吊装。也可类似于预制混凝土板一样进行安装,可大大节约现场劳动用工,加快施工进度。[0044]自承板式钢筋网架的用钢量95%以上替代原结构的配筋,而楼面负弯矩筋及分布筋不足部分,可根据专项计算,补充配筋,分布筋的连接采用搭接和焊接方式,满足配筋构造设计要求。由于其施工工艺完全满足了现浇板的特性,故自承板式钢筋网架能满足抗震结构的配筋要求。
[0045] 图4为本发明实施例提供的自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的施工方法的步骤流程示意图。参照图4,本发明提供的利用自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的施工方法,包括:

[0049] S44、松开塔吊,固定稳定斜撑,并将所述自承板式钢筋网架组合模板与结构主筋连接;
[0050] S45、绑扎水平筋和负弯矩钢筋,铺设管线;

[0052] 图5为本发明实施例提供的在工作胎架上组拼自承板式钢筋网架单元的结构示意图。参照图5,对于跨度超过3.9米的结构,可以设置快速支撑41,所述快速支撑41由顶部木工字梁411和可调节支撑杆412组成。
[0053] 在步骤S44中,稳定斜撑42上端用圆销与可拆卸模板13连接,下端与竖向结构模板围檩固定,支撑杆宜900mm布置一根。通过设置稳定斜撑42,提高自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的整体稳定。
[0054]自承板式钢筋网架模板底板宜配置三层,待水平结构强度达到拆模要求后,利用移动登高台车,拆除底模后重复周转使用。每件自承板式钢筋网架模板可周转应用100次以上。
[0055] 本发明实施例提供的自承板式钢筋网架组合模板的施工方法所完成的体系的传力路线为:施工荷载作用于可拆卸模板13,通过连接件14传递至钢筋网架上,后通过钢筋网架传递至侧墙的竖向模板或梁模板,最后传递至楼层结构。
