Claims (4)
1.一种非圆齿轮滚筒式分割装置包括一个箱体,箱体上有底板(5),左侧板(I ),右侧板(6),其特征在于:箱体上通过轴承支撑有输入行星架轴(2)和输出非圆齿圈(4),固定在箱体上的太阳齿圈(9);输入行星架轴(2)和输出非圆齿圈(4)同轴布置;行星架轴(2)通过轴承支撑行星轴(8),行星轴(8)的一端联接行星非圆齿轮(3),另一端联接行星圆柱齿轮(7);行星圆柱齿轮(7)与太阳齿圈(9)啮合;输出非圆齿圈(4)与行星非圆齿轮(3)啮合传动; 动力从输入行星架轴(2)输入,由于太阳齿圈(9)固定不动,从而行星轴(8)及其上的行星圆柱齿轮(7)和行星非圆齿轮(3)自转加公转,并将合成运动通过输出非圆齿圈(4)输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非圆齿轮滚筒式分割装置,其特征在于:所述的行星非圆齿轮(3)为直齿渐开线行星非圆齿轮,所述的输出非圆齿圈(4)为直齿渐开线输出非圆齿圈,所述的行星圆柱齿轮(7)为直齿渐开线行星圆柱齿轮,所述的太阳齿圈(9)为直齿渐开线太阳齿圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非圆齿轮滚筒式分割装置,其特征在于:所述的行星非圆齿轮(3)为斜齿渐开线行星非圆齿轮,所述的输出非圆齿圈(4)为斜齿渐开线输出非圆齿圈,所述的行星圆柱齿轮(7)为斜齿渐开线行星圆柱齿轮,所述的太阳齿圈(9)为斜齿渐开线太阳齿圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非圆齿轮滚筒式分割装置,其特征在于:所述的行星非圆齿轮(3)为斜齿圆弧行星非圆齿轮,所述的输出非圆齿圈(4)为斜齿圆弧输出非圆齿圈,所述的行星圆柱齿轮(7)为斜齿圆弧行星圆柱齿轮,所述的太阳齿圈(9)为斜齿圆弧太阳齿圈。
