背景技术
[0002]目前,市场上公开了这样一种电磁锤控制方法,主要是由电源同步电路、移相电路、晶闸管触发电路、控制电源电路组成的晶闸管控制电路来控制电除尘器的电磁锤运行。在晶闸管控制电路中,除上述的电源电路可共用外,几乎是每个晶闸管需一套相应的控制电路,因此,晶闸管控制电路显得较繁杂,所用电子原器件较多,可靠性降低,维护较不方便。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的是提供一种控制电路简单,无需电子原器件,可靠性高,维护方便的电磁锤继电器控制方法。
[0004] 为达到上述目的,本发明一种电磁锤继电器控制方法,按照下述步骤进行的:先由控制器使所述继电器动作,让所述继电器触点处于闭合状态,然后由控制器启动电磁锤工作,待电磁锤停止工作后再由控制器关闭继电器。
[0005]在启动所述电磁锤工作前I秒钟使继电器触点处于闭合状态。
[0006]待所述电磁锤停止工作I秒钟后关闭继电器。
[0007]采用这种方法后,由于先使继电器动作,让继电器触点处于闭合状态,然后启动电磁锤工作,待电磁锤停止工作后关闭继电器。从而达到控制电路简单,无需电子原器件,可靠性高,维护方便的目的。

[0011]具体实施方式附图1所示本发明一种电磁锤继电器控制方法,按照下述步骤进行的:先由控制器I使所述继电器2动作,让所述继电器2触点处于闭合状态,然后由控制器I启动电磁锤3工作,待电磁锤3停止工作后再由控制器I关闭继电器2;在启动所述电磁锤3工作前I秒钟使继电器2触点处于闭合状态;待所述电磁锤3停止工作I秒钟后关闭继电器2。
