技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及建筑施工,具体为一种新型柱板式空心高墩的爬模施工技术。
背景技术
[0002] 在桥梁高墩施工过程中,常见的桥墩截面形式为常截面及二次抛物线截面。这类桥墩模板在升模的过程中比较容易控制模板的线形结构,模板之间的拼装与固定工艺简单,模板的间隙也比较容易控制。
[0003] 比较常见的抛物线截面有1.6次抛物线形和1.8次抛物线形,这些桥墩在施工过程中容易出现模板线性结构不易控制、模板间隙较大,以及安装、加固或纠偏容易出现各种问题等难题,这都给桥梁建筑的预期完成带来了各种麻烦。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种1.6次抛物线形新型四柱板式空心变截面高墩爬模方法,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。

1.6次抛物线形新型四柱板式空心变截面高墩爬模方法,是在混凝土内埋设预埋件(爬锥),在预埋件上安装导轨,利用导轨与挂架的相互作用,实现模板体系的爬升,爬升流程为:安装下架体一安装上架体一浇筑混凝土一上架体后移一导轨上移固定一架体液压上移—上架体前移一浇筑下一节段混凝土。
[0006] 在本发明中,所述新型柱板式空心高墩墩身由4根变截面立柱组成,立柱顶部30m呈直线,下部75m在纵、横桥向均按1.6次抛物线线形设置,立柱之间设钢筋混凝土板相互联接形成矩形薄壁结构。
[0007] 在本发明中,除墩板中部的模板采用定尺,其它模板在完成一个节段后,均进行裁切,以实现截面变化的要求。整个墩身施工过程中,墩柱模板连续爬升至墩顶;墩板模板受系梁的影响,每到一个系梁处,须待系梁混凝土浇筑完毕后,再翻越到系梁顶部,然后重新安装,再进行爬升。
[0008] 在本发明中,墩身在25m、50m、75m处(不含倒角)各设置一道高度2m (不含倒角)的系梁;系梁采用竹胶板模板施工。模板体系支立在成型墩身上安装的平台上,利用平台及劲性骨架分担系梁混凝土的重力。同时,该平台还是系梁作业过程中的工作平台。墩顶实心段模板支立在成型墩身上安装的平台上,墩外平台附设作业平台,墩内先用工字钢纵横搭成平台,平台上搭设碗扣式钢管满堂架,在满堂架上铺设实心段底模。
[0009] 基于上述墩身和模板体系的1.6次抛物线形新型四柱板式空心变截面高墩爬模方法,其具体的过程中,模板的爬升过程为:第一次混凝土浇筑完后,拆除模板及支架;清理模板表面杂物;吊装爬架,按设计图纸将爬架挂在相应的埋件点上;通过可调斜撑调整模板的垂直度;通过后移拉杆装置将模板下沿与上次浇筑完的混凝土结构表面顶紧,确保不漏浆,不错台;在第一次爬升的爬架下安装吊平台以便拆除可周转的埋件,清除模板表面杂物按设计图纸把爬架吊装就位,拆除前一次可周转的预埋件,以备用。模板的加固为:在墩身内部有劲性骨架,劲性骨架由20#槽钢组合成“ □”形截面,有较大的空间刚度;在每节段模板组装完成时,在模板上口安装Φ 200mm通长钢管互相支撑,使整个模板体系空间刚度大大增强。因墩身第3节段横桥向倾角最大,约为10°,新浇筑的混凝土有一个水平分力,该分力大小为4.4kN/m2。
[0010] 在本发明的墩身模板体系中,主楞间距为Im ;对拉螺栓间距lm,对拉螺栓中部与横向劲性骨架焊接。新浇筑的混凝土的水平分力通过对拉螺栓传到水平劲性骨架,再传到竖向劲性骨架上。此节段竖向劲性骨架最大间距为4m。利用墩身下部已浇筑的混凝土上的模板体系预埋件,使用2t倒链进行加固或纠偏。
