Abstract

本发明涉及一种采血针装置,该装置能够解决在采血针的安装过程或者分离过程中掉落盖子或者丢失盖子的问题,而且能够减少在采血时伴随的痛苦。本发明的一实施例的采血针装置包括:采血针持针器,其一端形成有能够安装采血针的采血针安装槽;操作装置,设置在所述采血针持针器的另一端,用于使所述采血针持针器以预定的路径移动而储能击发;外罩,容纳所述操作装置,所述外罩的一端与所述采血针持针器结合;及盖子,用于覆盖所述外罩,使得所述采血针持针器容纳在所述外罩,所述盖子的至少一部分与所述外罩连接,从而防止所述盖子在使用中相对于所述外罩分离,所述盖子的前面部形成有突起。

Description

采血针装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种采血针装置,更为详细地涉及一种能够解决在采血针的安装过程或者分离过程中掉落或者丢失盖子的问题,并且能够减少在采血时伴随的痛苦的采血针装置。
背景技术
一般来讲,慢性糖尿病患者需要每天在家里亲自实施血糖监测及血糖值的测量,而且需要进行疾病管理以维持预定的血糖值。
为了进行这种血糖监测需要采血,一般通过一次性采血针(lancet)穿通手指等身体部位的皮肤并采取少量的毛细血液后,沾在测试带(strip)上并通过使用安装测试带的血糖检测仪测量血糖值。
在此,用于采血的装置主要使用采血器具(lancing device)。
这种采血器具由安装一次性采血针的采血针持针器、覆盖采血针并为了穿通皮肤而形成有只供针的尖端突出的孔的盖子以及提供穿通力的弹簧和击发体构成。并且,所述一次性采血针在具有预定长度的采血针体的一端设置有采血针头,这种采血针头结合有保护盖。
根据这种结构,以往的采血器具首先从采血器具中分离盖子后,在采血针持针器上安装一次性采血针,并在压缩弹簧的状态下盖上盖子后将其紧贴在手指等毛细血管多的部位,然后加压击发用开关,以使一次性采血针击发后穿通皮肤。
然而,在采血针的安装过程或者分离过程中,从采血器具中分离盖子后,暂时放在一边或者握在手中等,因此使用起来不方便,而且由于盖子的大小较小,因此当由于失误而掉落盖子时,容易产生丢失的问题。
而且,由于采血针头穿通皮肤而刺入,因而伴随着痛苦,然而普遍认为为了采血必须忍受这种痛苦。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决所述问题而提出的,其目的是提供一种能够解决在采血针的安装过程或者分离过程中掉落或者丢失盖子的问题,并且能够减少在采血时伴随的痛苦的采血针装置。
为了实现所述目的,本发明的一实施例的采血针装置包括:采血针持针器,其一端形成有能够安装采血针的采血针安装槽;操作装置,设置在所述采血针持针器的另一端,用于使所述采血针持针器移动预定的路径而储能击发;外罩,容纳所述操作装置,所述外罩的一端与所述采血针持针器结合;盖子,用于覆盖所述外罩,使得所述采血针持针器容纳在所述外罩,所述盖子的至少一部分与所述外罩连接,从而防止所述盖子在使用中相对于所述外罩分离,所述盖子的前面部形成有突起。
如上所述的本发明具有如下的效果。
第一、能够解决在采血针的安装过程或者分离过程中,从采血器具中分离盖子后,需要暂时放在一边或者握在手中等使用不便的问题以及丢失盖子的问题。
第二、使用者可通过突起感觉到要采血的位置,而且通过突起压迫要采血部位的周边血管并聚集血液,因此易于采取血液,而且在击发采血针的瞬间能够减少痛苦。
第三、突起设置成沿着多个同心圆互相交替,因此接触面积宽,所以一次能够刺激分布在需要采血的部位周边的很多神经,相应地能够压迫更多的周边血管,而且更为容易地进行采血。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。首先需要注意的是,在对每个图的结构要素标注附图标记时,针对相同的结构要素,即使在不同的附图上出现,也尽量标注相同的附图标记。而且,在本发明的说明中,当认为对相关公知功能或者结构的详细说明会导致本发明的要点不清楚时,省略其详细说明。
参照图1至图5,本发明的一实施例的采血针装置100大致包括采血针持针器110、操作装置120、外罩130、操作开关170、盖子150、结合装置160以及深度调节部件140构成。
所述采血针持针器110一端形成有能够安装采血针10的采血针安装槽111,并设置在所述外罩130的内部的一侧。
在此,所述采血针10为一次性采血针,具有预定长度的采血针主体11的一端设置有采血针头12,所述采血针头12结合有保护盖(参照图5)13。
所述保护盖13以嵌件注塑方式结合在所述采血针头12的一端,根据这种结构,即使使用较小的力也能够从所述采血针头12分离所述保护盖13。
所述操作装置120设置在所述采血针持针器110的另一端,具有使所述采血针持针器110移动预定的路径而储能击发的结构,为此如图2所示具备多个弹簧121、122、123。
所述外罩130为具有使用者能够携带的大小的圆筒形状,用于容纳所述操作装置120,所述外罩130的一端与所述采血针持针器110结合,而且在预定的位置上设置有与所述操作装置120联动的所述操作开关170。
所述操作开关170连接在所述操作装置120上,通过加压使所述操作装置120工作。
即,当使用者加压所述操作开关170时,弹簧121、122、123收缩后瞬间向下部伸长,并使冲击传递棒124敲击位于下部的移动轴125,所述移动轴125再敲击固定有所述采血针的所述采血针持针器110以使所述采血针10向外部突出。
所述盖子150以覆盖所述外罩130一端的方式结合于所述外罩130,而且中央形成有供所述采血针10的采血针头12瞬间突出的通孔152,与以往产品的分离盖子后安装采血针的方式不同地,具有如推拉门单纯地开和拉的结构。
所述结合装置160将所述外罩130的一端和所述盖子150铰接,因此所述盖子150以旋转轴为基准,以180度开闭。
通过这种结构,能够解决在所述采血针10的安装过程或者分离过程中,从所述采血针装置100中分离所述盖子150后暂时放在一边或者握在手中等使用不便的问题以及丢失所述盖子150的问题。
为此,所述盖子150包括前面部151以及结合突起155构成。
所述前面部151的中央部形成有所述通孔152,使得所述采血针头12能够通过所述操作装置120向所述盖子150的外部瞬间突出并进行采血。
所述结合突起155形成在所述前面部151的另一端,而且形成为与形成在所述外罩130的一端的卡槽131对应的形状。
由此,无需增加复杂的结构,通过使所述结合突起155卡合在所述卡槽131,能够固定所述盖子150的关闭状态。
而且,如图1及图2,所述盖子150的前面部151以预定的角度隔开且以放射状形成有多个突起153,所述多个突起153构成齿轮形状。
尤其是,如图4所示,所述突起153优选为尖锐的三角形形状,并且为了增加所述突起153与皮肤的接触面积,优选沿多个同心圆交替配置两排,所述多个同心圆沿所述盖子150的前面部151的通孔152的边缘形成。
当采血时,在所述采血针头12穿通皮肤之前所述突起153先按压皮肤,而且刺激需要采血的部位的神经。
因此,使用者能够感觉到需要采血的位置,而且压迫需要采血的部位的周边血管并聚集血液,从而易于进行采血,而且在击发采血针的瞬间减少痛苦。
另外,所述深度调节部件140起到调节所述采血针头12的皮下刺入深度的作用。
为此,如图1所示,所述外罩130包括容纳所述操作装置120的第一外罩部132及以所述第一外罩部132的轴向为基准旋转且与容纳在内部的所述深度调节部件140结合的第二外罩部134构成。
所述第二外罩部134与所述盖子150及深度调节部件140结合,而且当使所述盖子150或者第二外罩部134旋转时,所述通孔152和采血针头12间的距离得以调节。
以下,参照图5说明上述本发明的所述采血针装置100中的所述盖子150的使用方法。
首先,使用者抓住所述盖子150向所述结合装置160侧使之旋转180度,从而从所述采血针装置100打开所述盖子150①,之后在所述采血针持针器110的采血针安装槽(参照图2)111上安装所述采血针10②。
而且,从所述采血针10中分离所述保护盖13③,使所述采血针头12向外部露出后,使所述盖子150向所述结合装置160的另一侧旋转180度,由此在所述外罩130的一端上安装④。
使用者将如上完成了采血准备的采血针装置100紧贴在需要采血的手指等部位,此时所述突起153按压所述部位的周边,因此会刺激周边神经。
最后,当使用者对所述操作开关(参照图3)170进行加压使所述操作装置120工作时,所述采血针10被击发,使所述采血针头12穿通皮肤而完成采血。
在完成采血后,为了从所述采血针装置100去除所述采血针10而打开所述盖子150的过程也以相同的方式进行。

Claims (7)

1.一种采血针装置,包括:
采血针持针器,其一端形成有能够安装采血针的采血针安装槽;
操作装置,设置在所述采血针持针器的另一端,用于使所述采血针持针器以预定的路径移动而储能击发;及
外罩,容纳所述操作装置,所述外罩的一端与所述采血针持针器结合,
其中,包括,
盖子,用于覆盖所述外罩,使得所述采血针持针器容纳在所述外罩,所述盖子的至少一部分与所述外罩连接,从而防止所述盖子在使用中相对于所述外罩分离,所述盖子的前面部形成有突起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采血针装置,其中,
所述盖子的中央形成有供所述采血针的采血针头瞬间突出的通孔,而且包括使所述外罩的一端和所述盖子铰接的结合装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的采血针装置,其中,
所述盖子形成在所述前面部的另一端,所述盖子包括与形成在所述外罩的一端的卡槽卡合的结合突起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的采血针装置,其中,
所述突起以预定的角度隔开且以放射状形成为多个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的采血针装置,其中,
所述突起在多个同心圆上互相交替地设置。
6.根据权利要求4所述的采血针装置,其中,
所述突起为三角形。
7.根据权利要求5所述的采血针装置,其中,
所述突起互相交替设置为两排。
