本发明涉及一种壁纸PVC层。
背景技术
壁纸它是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。主要由壁纸基材、PVC层、印刷层和压花层构成，其中的PVC层对壁纸整体的防水、防火、防潮性能有着重要影响。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种配方简单，具有良好防水性能的壁纸PVC层。
本发明的方案如下：一种壁纸PVC层，由以下成分组成：PVC450树脂粉：30%～40%；增塑剂：20%～30%；碳酸钙：25%～35%；钛白粉：2%～6%；发泡剂：1%～2%；稳定剂：0.5%～1.5%；增白剂：0.005%～0.02%；降粘剂：5%～6%。
进一步，PVC层由以下成分组成：PVC450树脂粉：34%；增塑剂：24%；碳酸钙：30%；钛白粉：4%；发泡剂：1.5%；稳定剂：1%；增白剂：0.012%；降粘剂：5.488%。
进一步，所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酚、环氧大豆油或邻苯二甲丁苄酯中的一种或多种。
进一步，所述的发泡剂为氧化锌或聚乙烯蜡中的一种。
进一步，所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸铅、2—乙基乙酸铅、水杨酸铅、三盐基硬脂酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、三盐基马来酸铅或氢氧化铝中的一种或多种。
进一步，所述的增白剂为二苯乙烯类、三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类、单三唑二苯乙烯类、双三唑二苯乙烯类或二苯乙烯苯并恶唑类中的一种或多种。
进一步，所述的降粘剂为聚醚类降粘剂。
本发明配方简单，原材料选购方便，使用成本低，生产出的壁纸产品性能稳定，防水、防潮性能好。

实施例1
本发明PVC配方如下：
PVC450树脂粉：33%；邻苯二甲酸二辛酚增塑剂：26%；碳酸钙：28%；钛白粉：5.265%；氧化锌发泡剂：1.4%；硬脂酸铅稳定剂：1.2%；增白剂：0.013%；降粘剂：5.122%。
实施例2
本发明PVC配方如下：
PVC450树脂粉：35%；环氧大豆油增塑剂：24%；碳酸钙：28%；钛白粉：5%；氧化锌发泡剂：1.5%；水杨酸铅稳定剂：1%；增白剂：0.02%；降粘剂：5.48%。
实施例3
本发明PVC配方如下：
PVC450树脂粉：36%；邻苯二甲丁苄酯增塑剂：24%；碳酸钙：28%；钛白粉：4%；聚乙烯蜡发泡剂：1.55%；氢氧化铝稳定剂：1.2%；增白剂：0.008%；降粘剂：5.242%。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明，但是应该指明的是，我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改，其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时，均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1. 一种壁纸PVC层，其特征是PVC层由以下成分组成：
PVC450树脂粉：30%～40%；增塑剂：20%～30%；碳酸钙：25%～35%；钛白粉：2%～6%；发泡剂：1%～2%；稳定剂：0.5%～1.5%；增白剂：0.005%～0.02%；降粘剂：5%～6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC层，其特征是PVC层由以下成分组成：
PVC450树脂粉：34%；增塑剂：24%；碳酸钙：30%；钛白粉：4%；发泡剂：1.5%；稳定剂：1%；增白剂：0.012%；降粘剂：5.488%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC层，其特征是所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酚、环氧大豆油或邻苯二甲丁苄酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC层，其特征是所述的发泡剂为氧化锌或聚乙烯蜡中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC层，其特征是所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸铅、2—乙基乙酸铅、水杨酸铅、三盐基硬脂酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、三盐基马来酸铅或氢 氧化铝中的一种或多种。
