2. probiotic bacterium wettable powder fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, it is characterized in that, in weight part, described wettable powder fertilizer contains 2~7 parts in jelly bacillus living powder, 2~7 parts in subtilis viable bacteria powder, 2~9 parts in bacillus megaterium viable bacteria powder, 80~120 parts of amine DA-6s, 80~200 parts of white carbon blacks, 10~60 parts of sodium lignosulfonates, wherein viable bacteria content is 100~20,000,000,000/gram in the jelly bacillus living powder, viable bacteria content is 100~30,000,000,000/gram in the subtilis viable bacteria powder, and viable bacteria content is the bacterial strain of 80~20,000,000,000/gram in the bacillus megaterium viable bacteria powder.
