Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药组合物。股外侧皮神经炎属于中医的“肌痹”、“皮痹”范畴。由于感受风寒湿邪，致营卫不和，经络壅阻，气滞血瘀，肌肤失养而发病。本发明选择中药珍珠露水草、铜骨七、省雀花、黄花堇菜、肿节风、柯蒲木、松节、羌活、白千层叶、山海棠、延胡索，水煎熏蒸，经我院临床试验，总有效率达到100％。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
股外侧皮神经炎，是以股外侧皮神经支配区域，出现局部感觉减退、麻木、刺痛、蚁行感为主的临床常见病，又称感觉异常性股痛。患者多见于成年人，男性多于女性。股外侧皮神经为单纯的感觉神经，来自腰1，2，3神经后支的外侧支，分布于股外侧皮肤，因外伤，腰大肌压迫等产生无菌性炎症、水肿、粘连，而引起该神经末梢代谢障碍，血供受限而致病。目前，对此病的治疗主要采用给予维生素B1、B2、B12或皮质激素以营养神经，消除炎症。疼痛剧烈的也可给予镇痛剂或局部封闭。对病情严重难以缓解且病因不明者可施行手术切断神经或实行神经松解术，其治疗效果均不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药组合物。股外侧皮神经炎属于中医的“肌痹”、“皮痹”范畴。由于感受风寒湿邪，致营卫不和，经络壅阻，气滞血瘀，肌肤失养而发病。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成：珍珠露水草10-40份、铜骨七5-15份、省雀花7-25份、黄花堇菜8-20份、肿节风6-25份、柯蒲木10-15份、松节8-23份、羌活7-22份、 白千层叶5-35份、山海棠9-26份、延胡索15-20份。
优选的，珍珠露水草25份、铜骨七10份、省雀花16份、黄花堇菜14份、肿节风15份、柯蒲木13份、松节15份、羌活14份、白千层叶20份、山海棠17份、延胡索16份。
制备方法将上述中药加水适量，浸泡30分钟，煮沸30分钟后备用。
方中：珍珠露水草、铜骨七、省雀花、黄花堇菜活血通络，除湿止痛，消肿解毒，舒筋活络，温经止血；肿节风、柯蒲木抗菌消炎，祛风通络，活血散结，消炎止痛；松节、羌活、白千层叶祛风除湿，通络止痛，胜湿散寒；山海棠、延胡索行气止痛，活血祛瘀。
临床资料
1、一般资料所选病例均为2007年6月至2010年6月本院患者110例，男80例，女30例；年龄最小25岁，最大70岁，平均51.0岁，病程最长5年，最短半个月，平均2年3个月。多数患者经服中西药、理疗、封闭等治疗无效。
2、诊断标准一侧或双侧大腿前外侧皮肤有蚁行感、针刺感、烧灼感、麻木或疼痛，站立或步行过久后加重。查体局部皮肤感觉减退或过敏，无肌萎缩或运动功能障碍。
3、治疗方法本组患者使用本发明所述的中药组合物，即称取珍珠露水草25g、铜骨七10g、省雀花16g、黄花堇菜14g、肿节风15g、柯蒲木13g、松节15g、羌活14g、白千层叶20g、山海棠17g、延胡索16g，将上述中药加水适量，浸泡30分钟，煮沸30分钟后备用。熏蒸方法：让患者侧卧于中药熏蒸床上，暴露患部，处于熏蒸 气上，让蒸气直接熏患部，调好中药熏气的温度约45～55℃，以患者能耐受为宜，熏蒸时间为30分钟。1次／3天水煎熏蒸，5次为1个疗程，休息7d，再行下1个疗程。
4、疗效标准(1)治愈：临床症状完全消失，患处皮肤感觉恢复正常；(2)显效：临床症状基本消失或明显减轻，但久行、受寒或劳累后有轻度感觉异常；(3)有效：临床症状和体征有所好转；(4)无效：治疗后症状无任何改变。
5、治疗结果本组110例，治愈86例，占78.2％；显效18例，占16.4％；有效6例，占5.5％；总有效率100％。
6、典型比例王某，女，55岁，工人民，1908年1月10日就诊。患者诉半月前因坐卧湿地，晨起感左侧大腿外侧麻木，伴蚁走感。经本院外科诊断为“股外侧皮神经炎”转入本科治疗。查：患者活动尚可，局部皮色不变，舌淡苔白腻，脉沉细。中医辨证为风湿痹阻型，治以祛风除湿，通经活络。用本发明所述的中药组合物，熏洗治疗2疗程后，症状完全消失，随访半年未再复发。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取珍珠露水草25g、铜骨七10g、省雀花16g、黄花堇菜14g、肿节风15g、柯蒲木13g、松节15g、羌活14g、白千层叶20g、山海棠17g、延胡索16g。将上述中药加水适量，浸泡30分钟，煮沸30分钟后备用。
实施例二：称取珍珠露水草40g、铜骨七5g、省雀花25g、黄花堇菜8g、肿节风25g、柯蒲木10g、松节23g、羌活7g、白千层叶35g、山海棠26g、延胡索15g。将上述中药加水适量，浸泡30分钟， 煮沸30分钟后备用。
实施例三：称取珍珠露水草10g、铜骨七15g、省雀花7g、黄花堇菜20g、肿节风6g、柯蒲木15g、松节8g、羌活22g、白千层叶5g、山海棠9g、延胡索20g。将上述中药加水适量，浸泡30分钟，煮沸30分钟后备用。

1.一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成：珍珠露水草10-40份、铜骨七5-15份、省雀花7-25份、黄花堇菜8-20份、肿节风6-25份、柯蒲木10-15份、松节8-23份、羌活7-22份、白千层叶5-35份、山海棠9-26份、延胡索15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成：珍珠露水草25份、铜骨七10份、省雀花16份、黄花堇菜14份、肿节风15份、柯蒲木13份、松节15份、羌活14份、白千层叶20份、山海棠17份、延胡索16份。
