当前,随着人们的生活水平的不断提高,高层建筑的大量兴建,新建的高层建筑必定要安装空调系统。但传统的空调系统存在着大量的冷热气直接排到大气中,白白的浪费掉,造成能源浪费。

本发明的目的是提供一种安装维修方便、使用寿命长、降低系统运行能量消耗,产生巨大经济效益的双效节能冷热管式回收机组。

参照附图,一种双效节能冷热管式回收机组,包括回风机3、冷热管式换热器4,其特征在于:所述的冷热管式换热器4左上面设置回风机3,回风机3内部设置有中效过滤器2,冷热管式换热器4右上面设置有空调送风机1,冷热管式换热器4左下面设置有排风口 6,冷热管式换热器4右下面设置有新风进口 7,新风进口 7内部设置有活性碳过滤器5。所述的冷热管式换热器4设置有加热区和散热区,加热区和散热区中间设置有隔板。具体实施时,本发明中冷热管式换热器两端密封的铝翅片管,经清洗并抽真空,最后注入最佳充液量液态工质而成,将冷热管元件按一定的间距布置放入框架内,用中间隔板将热管加热区和散热区分隔开,构造成冷热管式换热器,以冷热空气的相对流动换热为原理进行的,将换热器分为两部分,一边为新风侧,另一边为回风侧,新风与回风通过管道内的流动介质进行热量的交换,新风侧与回风侧通过隔板分开,并用密封装置密封,两端不相互串风,杜绝交叉污染,由于换热器分开设计,所以不存在细菌或臭气的交叉污染,非常清洁干净,安装便捷,室内与室外为一体化结构,无需冷媒管连接,只需连接风管就能高效运行。冷热管换热器中,冷热管一端受热时管内工质汽化,从热源吸收汽化热,汽化后蒸汽向另一端流动并与冷结,向散热区放出潜热,冷热液重力作用回流,继续受热往复循环,将大量热量从加热区传递到散热区,热管内热量传递是通过工质的相变而成的。新风进口将新鲜空气,经过活性碳过滤器消毒吸入空调送风机,经组合空调排出的冷热气通过回风机,通过冷热管式换热器吸附冷热量,最后从排风口排出。本发明主要功能是回收排风带走的冷热量。它适用于空调工程的全新风系统和循环系统,具有传统的加热、加湿、净化功能外,还具有最大的优点:降低系统运行能量消耗,节能系统运行费用,提高经济效益。如果是全新风系统工程采用本产品可回收15〜65%的冷热能量,如果是循环系统工程采用本产品,可根据实际情况在新风量30〜50%范围内,回 收冷热量10〜45%冷热量,所以本发明能带来巨大的经济效益。
