[0002] 现有的LED球泡灯的灯罩为全封闭型,而LED本身是一个光电器件,在工作过程中有大量的电能会转化为热能,使得LED灯泡的温度升高,散热效果差,容易损坏LED芯片,降低了灯泡的质量,缩短了灯泡的使用寿命。因此散热结构是灯体较为关键技术,现有的LED球泡灯散热器与外壳体多铝合金压铸成型,多为直接接触散热,散热效果不够理想,灯体整体重量较大,制作成本较高,因为直接散热结构散热效果不理想,不能采用塑料壳体,同时增加壳体制作工艺难度。
