[0002] 通常的深海绳索在入水后0-200m距离内因阳光有一定的穿透力,能使较多浮游生物附着在绳索上,大大增加绳索自身重量,并容易对绳索腐蚀并造成损害。

[0003] 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种深海防腐蚀绳索。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:深海防腐蚀绳索,包括绳索本体和圆环状塑料片,圆环状塑料片中心设有内孔,内孔直径略大于绳索直径;圆环状塑料片套在绳索上使得圆环状塑料片可沿绳索长度移动;绳索上按设定的间距设有凸起的节点,节点直径大于圆环状塑料片的内孔直径并使圆环状塑料片限制在节点之间移动。

[0014] 如图1所示,绳索I在入水O〜200m的距离范围内按一定间距设置若干个节点2,在每个节点之间套有圆环状的塑料片3,塑料片3可以在绳索两节点之间来回移动。
[0015] 节点2包括套在绳索上用PVC材料制成的环形件和固定用金属丝。环形件的外周直径大于绳索直径,其内孔直径与绳索直径相匹配,使得节点能够紧固在绳索上。在紧贴环形件的上方和下方分别用耐腐蚀的合金制成的金属丝固定在绳索上,使得环形件不得上下移动。

1.深海防腐蚀绳索,包括绳索本体,其特征在于,还包括圆环状塑料片,所述圆环状塑料片中心设有内孔,所述内孔直径略大于绳索直径;所述圆环状塑料片套在绳索上使得圆环状塑料片可沿绳索长度移动;所述绳索上按设定的间距设有凸起的节点,所述节点直径大于圆环状塑料片的内孔直径并使圆环状塑料片限制在节点之间移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深海防腐蚀绳索,其特征在于,所述节点包括套在绳索上的环形件和固定件;所述环形件的外周直径大于绳索直径,内孔直径与绳索直径相匹配,并紧固在绳索上;所述固定件是金属丝,所述金属丝紧贴环形件上下并固定在绳索上,使得环形件不得上下移动。
