Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物由莲房、松节、桂丁、鸡骨草、两头尖和光慈菇为原料，按照一定的重量份数制成。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物可以制备成治疗慢性前列腺炎的药物，具有清热解毒、导湿渗浊、活血化瘀、通络导滞、益肾填精的效果，可以显著治疗慢性前列腺炎，且具有无毒副作用，安全性高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
慢性前列腺炎是指前列腺体和腺管的慢性炎症，以尿频、排尿不畅、尿后滴尿或滴出白色分泌物，会阴坠涨等为主要临床表现。大多由细菌或病毒感染引起，亦有因自身免疫或其他不明原因的病例。现代医学通常给予前列腺按摩、理疗及抗菌治疗，但由于药物不易透过前列腺上皮粘膜而进入腺内，故治疗效果受到影响，不容易根治。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物，该中药有效部位组合物可以快速有效的治疗慢性前列腺炎，具有治疗效果显著、安全性高、无毒副作用、不易复发的优点。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
本发明所述治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：莲房10、松节33、桂丁24、鸡骨草18、两头尖10和光慈菇5。
本发明治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物适合加工的剂型为口服液。
本发明所述治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，加入12倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮2小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.19的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为66%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工成口服液。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
（1）本发明所述组合物具有清热解毒、导湿渗浊、活血化瘀、通络导滞、益肾填精的功效，经试验，可以快速治疗慢性前列腺炎且不易复发。
（2）本发明组合物无毒副作用。
（3）本发明组合物的制备方法简单易行，得率高，有效保持了药物的有效成分。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
取莲房10g、松节33g、桂丁24g、鸡骨草18g、两头尖10g和光慈菇5g，粉碎至粗粉，加入12倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮2小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.19的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为66%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，得到浓缩液1000ml，取单糖浆，加入上述浓缩液，并用枸橼酸调pH至4.6，加蒸馏水至5000ml，搅拌均匀，精滤后分装成15ml玻璃瓶中，包装得到口服液。
本品为棕色澄明液体，放置半年内不产生浑浊，pH约4.5，总固体10%左右。
实施例2
临床观察病人300例，病人均有明显的慢性前列腺炎临床症状并经临床医师确诊。
患者口服实施例1制得的口服液，每日一次，每次15ml。
10天后，使用实施例1所得口服液的患者统计结果见表1。
疗效标准：显效包括三个等级。一级为临床症状消失，肛门指检前列腺体恢复正常，前列腺液镜检二次以上正常（卵磷脂小体恢复正常，红细胞消失，白细胞小于10个/高倍镜）；二级为主要症状消失，肛门指检基本正常，前列腺液镜检正常或白细胞在10~20个/高倍镜，卵磷脂小体较多；三级为症状或主要症状消失，但前列腺镜检白细胞仍多或白细胞已减少，甚至正常而有症状者。无效是指治疗后，临床症状无好转，客观检查指标无改善甚至加重。

通过表1可知，实施例1得到的口服液在治疗慢性前列腺炎有特效。本发明中药制成口服液后，可以在10天内非常显著的治愈或缓解慢性前列腺炎疾病。
实施例3
使用实施例1制得的口服液给药ICR小鼠，体重20~25g，雌雄各半，连续给药60d。
经预试，实施例1制得的洗剂毒性很低，测不出LD50，故对小鼠进行一日最大给药量测定。最大给药量为100ml/d，60天后观察无一例中毒死亡，全部健康存活，由此证明本发明所述组合物制成的口服液对人体不会造成毒副作用。

1. 一种治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：莲房10、松节33、桂丁24、鸡骨草18、两头尖10和光慈菇5。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述中药组合物制成口服液。
3. 权利要求1或2所述治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，加入12倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮2小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.19的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为66%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工成口服液。
4. 权利要求1或2所述中药有效部位组合物的应用，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物用于制备治疗慢性前列腺炎的药物。
