背景技术

现有蛋糕品种单一,多缺少食疗等养生保健作用。豆渣、黄米面作为保健食品,很少应用于蛋糕中。

雪莲果3-4,南瓜1-2,荔枝肉2-4,葡萄2-4;
所述的中药提取物由下述重量份的原料制得:
葛根4-6、罗布麻1-2、地黄叶1-2、红景天2-4、南瓜藤3-5、女贞子2-4、玉竹2-4、三七1-2、人参花1-2,钙果叶2-4、山楂3-5、胡椒1-2、人参2-3。

(1)将制备中药提取物的各原料混匀后加其总重量4-6倍的水煎煮去渣后,滤液浓缩干燥后,得中药提取物备用;
(2)将制备果蔬冻干粉各原料按重量份混匀后,打浆,真空冷冻干燥后,破碎即得果蔬冻干粉备用;
(3)将杏仁、人参、花生、山楂核粉、大米、糙米按重量份混匀后,浸泡10-12小时后,破碎,加上述物质总重量3-5倍水磨浆,过滤,所得滤液与将制备人参酸奶其余原料按重量份混匀后,均质,再于35-40℃下静置发酵6-8小时后,得人参酸奶备用;
(4)将新鲜豆渣晒干,研磨成粉后,于烤箱中于160℃下烤制8-12分钟后,即得烤豆渣粉备用;
(5)按重量份将鲜鸡蛋去壳和白砂糖混匀后,打成糊状,再按重量份取制备人参豆渣黄米蛋糕的各原料搅拌成糊状,倒入模具,按照常规工艺烤制后即得。
所述的一种人参豆渣黄米蛋糕,其特征在于:蛋糕烤制工艺为:将烤箱预先加热至170-190℃,再将装有面糊的模具放入烤箱,烘烤20-25分钟即得。

一种人参豆渣黄米蛋糕,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:鲜鸡蛋45,白砂糖37,小麦面粉20,黄米面粉20,烤豆渣粉20,人参冻干粉8,奶油18,亚麻油5,泡打粉1,人参酸奶10,果蔬冻干粉8,中药提取物2,水适量;
所述的人参酸奶由下述重量份的原料制得:杏仁18,人参7,花生8,山楂核粉2,大米2,糙米4,鲜牛奶60,酸奶28;
所述的果蔬冻干粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
雪莲果4,南瓜2,荔枝肉4,葡萄4;
所述的中药提取物由下述重量份的原料制得:
葛根6、罗布麻1、地黄叶2、红景天2、南瓜藤5、女贞子4、玉竹4、三七1、人参花1,钙果叶4、山楂5、胡椒1、人参3。

(1)将制备中药提取物的各原料混匀后加其总重量4倍的水煎煮去渣后,滤液浓缩干燥后,得中药提取物备用;
