[0039] 所述自动割贴铝箔机构包括有悬臂35,所述悬臂35与工作台11之间通过直线导轨副36配合,利用伺服电机38驱动第二丝杆37从而实现悬臂35的来加移动,所述悬臂35上安装有铝箔盘旋转支架38、过渡轮安装架40及贴箔机构的旋转固定架41,所述的旋转支架38上安装有铝箔放料盘39,所述的安装架40上安装有过渡轮42和43,所述的旋转固定架41上安装有贴箔架44,所述的贴箔架44上面安装有割铝箔机构,所述的割铝箔机构包括有刀片45、安装架46及第一驱动气缸47 ;所述贴箔架44的前端安装有缓冲机构47,所述的缓冲机构47上安装有贴箔轮48,所述的贴箔架44后端与第二驱动气缸49连接,所述的第二驱动气缸49通过安装座固定在旋转支架38的侧壁。
[0040] 转模机构,将招管与内胆进行缠管动作,其具体为:
[0041] 所述转模机构包括有旋转底座50,旋转底座50上转动安装有竖直的空心轴51,所述的旋转底座50上安装有伺服电机52,伺服电机52的转动轴与空心轴51间通过链传动系统连接;所述空心轴51顶端固定连接有转台53,所述的转台53上分别设置有纵向左右旋丝杆54和横向左右旋丝杆55,所述的纵向左右旋丝杆54的左旋螺母与过渡板56连接,右旋螺母与过渡板57连接,过渡板5 6和57的底面与转台53之间通过直线导轨副配合,拐角模具58与过渡板56和57之间通过导轨副配合;所述横向左右旋丝杆55的左旋螺母与过渡板59连接,右旋螺母与过渡板60连接,所述过渡板59和60上分别通过导轨副滑配2个角形件61,所述的角形件61分别拐角模具的侧壁连接;
[0042] 这样当宽度和长度方向上的伺服电机转动时就能带动4个拐角模具沿着宽度和长度方向同时移动。这样当更换产品时就可以通过伺服电机自动更换,大大节约了更换时间。
[0043] 本发明的工作过程为:先将铝管从卷料中引出并穿过尼龙套3和转盘2,再引向升降校直机;升降校直机构中铝管从左到右依次穿过工作台11上的导向套12、竖直校直组件13、水平校直组件14及送料组件15,然后再穿过自动割管机构中的回转轴26和固定板32,再引向自动割贴铝箔机构中贴铝箔,最后引向转模机构的模具下端侧面等待缠管动作开始,所述缠管动作,即将冷柜内胆套在转模的模具上,然后胀模,再将引铝管头贴附在内胆侧面的下端,按下启动按钮,转模伺服电机52通过带动空心转轴51来带动转台53转动,从而通过模具的转动来带动冷柜内胆的转动,与此同时升降校直机构的伺服电机20以及自动贴铝箔机构的伺服电机38与之相匹配运行,从而实现冷柜内胆的全自动缠管。
[0044] 由于冷柜内胆产品的大小不一,本实施例可以通过转台上宽度和长度方向上的伺服电机自动来调整不同尺寸的产品。
[0045] 本实施例的缠管过程中,升降校直机构的伺服电机与转模的伺服电机有效地匹配,保证了铝管自下而上按照设定的尺寸缠绕在内胆的外壁上。
[0046] 本发明中的贴附机构的伺服电机与转模的运动轨迹相匹配,使压轮始终沿着内胆外壁转动,从而保证了铝管及铝箔的贴附效果。

1.一种全自动冷柜内胆缠管机,其特征在于,沿着铝管的传动方向依次设置有: 开卷机构,其将卷绕的铝管引出; 升降校直机构,对穿过所述升降校直机构的铝管进行校正; 自动割管机构,用于将穿过所述自动各管机构的铝管对其预定长度进行切割; 自动割贴铝箔机构,对穿过该机构的铝管黏贴铝箔; 转模机构,将铝管与内胆进行缠管动作。 所述开卷机构包括支架、导套、转盘及压轮,所述支架上设置有相互平行的两根横杆,所述转盘可转动的安装在位于上方的横杆上,所述压轮设置在位于上方的横杆并位于转盘的上方,所述导套设置于位于下方的横杆上,所述导套上套有尼龙套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动冷柜内胆缠管机,其特征在于,所述升降校直机构包括升降底座和工作台、所述升降底座上固定有升降柱,所述工作台上设置有滑块,所述升降柱上对应铺设有纵向 导轨,通过滑块与导轨的配合使所述工作台可纵向移动的设置在升降柱上,所述工作台上还设置有丝母,所述升降柱设置有有伺服电机及第一丝杆,所述第一丝杆垂直设置,丝母与第一丝杠相配合并有伺服电机驱动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全自动冷柜内胆缠管机,其特征在于,所述工作台上设置有导向套、垂直校直组件、水平校直组件及送料组件,所述送料组件包括旋转架及安装在旋转架上的并列设置的两个送料轮,两个送料轮由固定在旋转架上的第一驱动电机驱动,所述送料轮的周向设置有与铝管外形匹配的环形凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全自动冷柜内胆缠管机,其特征在于,所述自动割管机构包括底板、设置在底板上的滑座、齿条、气缸、气缸固定座、齿轮和回转轴,所述齿条可滑动的设置在滑座上,所述齿条由气缸驱动,所述气缸固定在气缸固定座上,所述气缸固定座固定在底板上,所述齿条与齿轮互相啮合,所述齿轮设置在回转轴上,所述回转轴可转动的安装在回转固定座上,所述回转固定座固定在底板上,所述回转轴上安装有固定板,所述固定板安装有3个切割气缸,所述切割气缸上安装有割刀,所述底座上安装有压料座,所述压料座侧面上安装有固定板,固定板上安装有压料气缸,所述压料气缸固定有压料块,所述压料快和压料座的配合面上开设有铝管外形相匹配的凹槽,所述回转轴和固定板上开设有铝管通过的圆孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全自动冷柜内胆缠管机,其特征在于,所述自动割贴铜箔机构包括悬臂,所述悬臂与工作台之间通过直线导轨副配合,所述工作台上设置有伺服电机,利用伺服电机驱动第二丝杆从而实现悬臂的宽度方向移动,所述悬臂上安装有铝箔盘旋转支架、过渡轮安装架及贴箔机构的旋转固定架,所述的旋转支架上安装有铝箔放料盘,所述的安装架上安装有过渡轮,所述的旋转固定架上安装有贴箔架,所述的贴箔架上面安装有割铝箔机构,所述的割铝箔机构包括有刀片、安装架及第一驱动气缸;所述贴箔架的前端安装有缓冲机构,所述的缓冲机构上安装有贴箔轮,所述的贴箔架后端与第二驱动气缸连接,所述的气缸通过安装座固定在旋转支架的侧壁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全自动冷柜内胆缠管机,其特征在于,所述转模机构包括包括有旋转底座,旋转底座上转动安装有竖直的空心轴,所述的旋转底座上安装有伺服电机,伺服电机的转动轴与空心轴间通过链传动系统连接;所述空心轴顶端固定连接有转台,所述的转台上分别设置有纵向左右旋丝杆和横向左右旋丝杆,所述的纵向左右旋丝杆的左旋螺母与过渡板连接,右旋螺母与过渡板连接,过渡板和的底面与转台之间通过直线导轨副配合,拐角模具与过渡板和之间通过导轨副配合;所述横向左右旋丝杆的左旋螺母与过渡板连接,右旋螺母与过渡板连接,所述过渡板上分别通过导轨副滑配2个角形件,所述的角形件分别拐角模具的侧壁 连接。
