背景技术
[0002] 为减少油烟对室内外环境的污染,减少公众,尤其是区域周边的公众对于餐饮企业的排斥,需要采用油烟净化装置,现有技术中常用的油烟净化装置有:机械式油烟净化装置,水雾喷淋式油烟净化装置和静电式油烟净化装置。
[0003] 静电式油烟净化装置的工作原理是利用高压静电场,将通过电极之间的气体电离,从而吸附于电极上,达到净化油烟的目的。存在的问题是,在油烟浓度较高,尤其是含油比例较高的场合,电极会很快的被油污覆盖,从而减低净化效果,或者需要频繁的清理电极板,从而提高了劳动强度。尤其是放电丝在高压电离过程中,易形成个别异常单点放电,该处温度急剧升高,在达到自身熔点后断裂,使设备发生故障。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种组合式油烟净化装置,可以大幅延长油烟净化装置的无故障使用时间,进一步的,还可以提高油烟净化效率。

具体实施方式
[0020] 如图1中,一种组合式油烟净化装置,包括与风机I连接的壳体6,所述的壳体6内从进风口到出风口依次设有预过滤均衡装置7、高压电离区5、低压吸附区4和后滤网3。进入的油烟在风机I的作用下,依次经过预过滤均衡装置7对大油滴的初滤收集,高压电离区5对微小粒径油滴的电离成为带电微粒,带电微粒被低压吸附区4的负极基板吸附且部分炭化,同时高压电离区5激发的高压静电场产生的臭氧也可以有效地降解有害成分,起到消毒、除味的作用,最后经过后滤网3的滤网格栅,排出洁净的空气。
[0021] 如图1-3中,所述的预过滤均衡装置7上设有振荡装置8。由此结构,可以增加预过滤均衡装置7内的叶片9与油烟的接触次数。

[0027] 从上述的结构中,结合了振荡装置8以后,大幅增强了预过滤均衡装置7的初滤效果,大幅减少了进入到高压电离区5的油烟中的油滴含量,从图2、3中可以看出,当叶片9静止时,油滴通常仅有一次碰撞,当未被吸附时,则进入到高压电离区5,通常此时风速在5-8米/秒,而超声波振子的频率通常可以达到20kHz以上,从而增加了叶片与油滴的碰撞次数,或者油滴之间的碰撞次数,产生促聚作用,从而大幅地降低了油烟中的油滴含量。
[0028] 如图1中,所述的高压电离区5的放电电极为锯齿状。采用该结构,有效增加了放电电极的强度,解决了因油烟粒子粘附在放电电极而导致的故障。
