Abstract

本发明提供一种感应出水系统,包括红外发射头和红外接收头组成的红外发射接收一体式探头,所述红外发射接收一体式探头与控制电路电气连接,所述红外发射接收一体式探头射出的平行光线出口设置有一将所述平行光线扩散的凹透镜,在光线扩散的一侧设置有以所述凹透镜的虚焦点为球心的半球状壳体,所述半球状壳体上均布有将扩散光线再次聚集成平行光线的凸透镜,所述半球状壳体下方设置台盆,本发明通过所述凹透镜和凸透镜的组合将所述红外发射接收一体式探头发射的光线分成若干条扩散的平行光线,所述平行光线投射所述台盆上,形成点状检测区域,所述检测区域较传统的单线式检测的范围扩大很多。

感应出水系统
技术领域
本发明涉及水暖设备领域,特别地,是一种准确识别的感应出水系统。
背景技术
感应龙头由红外发射电路、红外接收放大电路,控制电路、电磁阀、电源组成。220VAC经变压器降压,变为12VAC,再有整流、滤波、稳压,得到12VDC供给控制电路工作。然后由红外发射电路发射红外线,经过红外接收电路接收,再经过放大选频,最后由控制电路控制电磁阀的开启,从而控制红外感应龙头的开启和关闭的一个过程。这种水龙头只需将手或其他物品放入水龙头下,水龙头就会自动放出自来水供使用者洗手或洗涤其他物品。
现有的感应龙头采用单一的红外发射和接收探头,只对单点进行探测,使用者只有经过所述红外发射和接收探头形成的光路才能启动感应龙头,造成感应性能较差、不能及时捕捉伸手动作的缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种感应出水系统,该感应出水系统具有较大的感应范围,能够准确的感知取水手势。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该感应出水系统包括红外发射头和红外接收头组成的红外发射接收一体式探头,所述红外发射接收一体式探头与控制电路电气连接,所述红外发射接收一体式探头射出的平行光线出口设置有一将所述平行光线扩散的凹透镜 ,在光线扩散的一侧设置有以所述凹透镜的虚焦点为球心的半球状壳体,所述半球状壳体上均布有将扩散光线再次聚集成平行光线的凸透镜,所述半球状壳体下方设置台盆。
作为优选,所述凸透镜与所述半球状壳体活动连接。
作为优选,所述半球状壳体的中心处开有供出水的出水孔。
作为优选,所述控制电路设置有校准程序,安装感应出水系统完成后,通过用户遮盖台盆的习惯区域,启动所述校准程序,所述校准程序设置所述红外发射接收一体式探头接收到的红外线强度设为阈值,平时使用时,若感应红外线的强度高于此阈值则不开启水龙头,若感应红外线的强度低于此阈值则开启水龙头。
本发明的优点在于:
通过所述凹透镜和凸透镜的组合将所述红外发射接收一体式探头发射的光线分成若干条扩散的平行光线,所述平行光线投射所述台盆上,形成点状检测区域,由于台盆的漫反射,部分红外线沿原来的光线传播路径返回所述红外发射接收一体式探头,由于感应出水时,手会遮挡投射至台盆的光线,因此,返回所述红外发射接收一体式探头的光线将减少,从而触发感应,由于本结构的检测区域较传统的单线式检测的范围扩大很多,因此感应性能较强。

 具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
参阅图1,在本实施例中,该感应出水系统包括红外发射头和红外接收头组成的红外发射接收一体式探头100,所述红外发射接收一体式探头100与控制电路电气连接,所述红外发射接收一体式探头100射出的平行光线出口设置有一将所述平行光线扩散的凹透镜110 ,在光线扩散的一侧设置有以所述凹透镜110的虚焦点为球心的半球状壳体200,所述半球状壳体200上均布有将扩散光线再次聚集成平行光线的凸透镜210,所述半球状壳体200下方设置台盆300。
参阅图3,所述凸透镜210与所述半球状壳体200活动连接,可以通过翻转所述凸透镜210,减少或增加投射平行光线的数量,达到增加或者减少检测区域的目的。
参阅图2,所述半球状壳体200的中心处开有供出水的出水孔220,使经过凸透镜210的平行光线组成的检测区域围绕所述出水孔220,使操作者的手伸入所述出水孔220下方之前,所述控制电路已经感应到手势,如图2所示,标号10为流经出水孔220的水流。
上述的感应出水系统,所述控制电路设置有校准程序,安装感应出水系统完成后,通过用户遮盖台盆300的习惯区域,启动所述校准程序,所述校准程序设置所述红外发射接收一体式探头100接收到的红外线强度设为阈值,平时使用时,若感应红外线的强度高于此阈值则不开启水龙头,若感应红外线的强度低于此阈值则开启水龙头。
上述感应出水系统的工作方式:
通过所述凹透镜110和凸透镜210的组合将所述红外发射接收一体式探头100发射的光线分成若干条扩散的平行光线,所述平行光线投射所述台盆300上,形成点阵状检测区域,由于台盆300的漫反射,部分红外线沿原来的光线传播路径返回所述红外发射接收一体式探头,由于感应出水时,手会遮挡投射至台盆300的光线,因此,返回所述红外发射接收一体式探头100的光线将减少,从而触发感应。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种感应出水系统,包括红外发射头和红外接收头组成的红外发射接收一体式探头(100),所述红外发射接收一体式探头(100)与控制电路电气连接,其特征在于:
所述红外发射接收一体式探头(100)射出的平行光线出口设置有一将所述平行光线扩散的凹透镜(110 ),在光线扩散的一侧设置有以所述凹透镜(110)的虚焦点为球心的半球状壳体(200),所述半球状壳体(200)上均布有将扩散光线再次聚集成平行光线的凸透镜(210),所述半球状壳体(200)下方设置台盆(300),所述半球状壳体(200)的中心处开有供出水的出水孔(220)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的感应出水系统,其特征在于:所述凸透镜(210)与所述半球状壳体(200)活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的感应出水系统,其特征在于:所述控制电路设置有校准程序,安装感应出水系统完成后,通过用户遮盖台盆(300)的习惯区域,启动所述校准程序,所述校准程序设置所述红外发射接收一体式探头(100)接收到的红外线强度设为阈值,平时使用时,若感应红外线的强度高于此阈值则不开启水龙头,若感应红外线的强度低于此阈值则开启水龙头。
