In the unloading process, the vehicle is in a low-speed traveling state, so that a worker has to move along with the vehicle, and quickly return to an original operation position after the unloading of the goods in one compartment is finished, so as to unload the goods in the next compartment; or two workers are arranged, one is responsible for opening the bottom door, and the other is responsible for closing the bottom door.
It can be seen that, current hopper car bottom door control system needs the staff to remove along with the vehicle, and control operation is inconvenient, working strength is big and the security is poor, if dispose two staff, then can increase labour cost.

The invention provides a hopper car bottom door control system, which comprises four control boxes, a power source and a bottom door driving device, wherein the four control boxes are connected with the power source; wherein,
two control boxes are respectively arranged at the front end part and the rear end part of one side of the carriage, and the other two control boxes are respectively arranged at the front end part and the rear end part of the other side of the carriage;
and the four control boxes are connected with the power source in parallel, and each control box can independently control the power source to drive the bottom door driving device so as to open or close the bottom door.

the hopper wagon bottom door control system also comprises a logic OR valve and a reversing valve;
the air storage cylinder is communicated with a first inlet of the reversing valve; the air storage cylinder is communicated with the control pipeline of each control box;

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hopper car bottom door control system provided by the embodiment comprises four control boxes, a power source 5 and a bottom door driving device 4; the two control boxes are respectively arranged at the front end part and the rear end part of one side of the carriage, and the other two control boxes are respectively arranged at the front end part and the rear end part of the other side of the carriage; and four control boxes are connected with the power source 5 in parallel, and each control box can independently control the power source 5 to drive the bottom door driving device 4, so that the bottom door can be opened or closed.
Specifically, the four control boxes specifically include a first control box 11, a second control box 12, a third control box 13, and a fourth control box 14. Specifically, the first control box 11 is mounted at the front end portion on one side of the vehicle compartment, and the second control box 12 is mounted at the rear end portion on the same side of the vehicle compartment. The third control box 13 is mounted on the other front end of the vehicle compartment, and the fourth control box 14 is mounted on the same rear end.
The logic or valves specifically include a first logic or valve 21, a second logic or valve 22, a third logic or valve 23, a fourth logic or valve 24, a fifth logic or valve 25, and a sixth logic or valve 26. The logical or valve may alternatively be a shuttle valve having two inlets and an outlet, both inlets being connectable to the outlet but both inlets being non-connectable, either inlet having a gas signal input and the outlet being capable of output. If the two inlets have gas signals input, the gas signals of the adding side or the high-pressure side of the signals are output through the outlet, and the other side is blocked. The change-over valve 3 may be a two-position five-way valve having three inlets and two outlets.
Further, the control lines of the on buttons of the first and second control boxes 11 and 12 are respectively communicated with two inlets of the second or valve 22, the control lines of the off buttons of the first and second control boxes 11 and 12 are respectively communicated with two inlets of the first or valve 21, the control lines of the on buttons of the third and fourth control boxes 13 and 14 are respectively communicated with two inlets of the fourth or valve 24, and the control lines of the off buttons of the third and fourth control boxes 13 and 14 are respectively communicated with two inlets of the third or valve 23.
The outlets of the second and fourth logical or valves 22, 24 are in communication with two inlets of a fifth logical or valve 25, respectively, and the outlet of the fifth logical or valve 25 is in communication with a second inlet of the directional valve 3.
The outlets of the first and third logical or valves 21, 23 communicate with two inlets of a sixth logical or valve 26, respectively, and the outlet of the sixth logical or valve 26 communicates with a third inlet of the reversing valve 3.
The reservoir communicates with a first inlet of the diverter valve 3. A first outlet of the reversing valve 3 is communicated with a rodless cavity of the cylinder, and a piston rod of the cylinder can be controlled to extend out so as to drive the bottom door to be opened; and a second outlet of the reversing valve 3 is communicated with a rod cavity of the cylinder, and a piston rod of the cylinder can be controlled to retract so as to drive the bottom door to be closed.
The following specifically describes the working process of the bottom door control system provided in this embodiment:
when the hopper wagon provided with the bottom door control system provided by the embodiment is unloaded, a worker firstly presses the opening button of the first control box 11, gas in the air storage cylinder enters the second logic or valve 22 through a pipeline and then enters the fifth logic or valve 25, and then enters the reversing valve 3 through the second inlet of the reversing valve 3 to push the reversing valve 3 to move, the gas enters the rodless cavity of the cylinder through the first outlet of the reversing valve 3 to drive the piston rod to extend out, so that the bottom door is opened, and bulk goods in a carriage automatically flow out under the action of gravity.
