[0002] 氮氧化物是大气中的主要污染物之一,对烟气进行氮氧化物的脱硝净化一直是环境保护的重要内容之一。去除氮氧化物的方法有很多如:选择性催化还原法((SCR)、碱吸收法、电子束照射法等,根据国内外的经验表明选择性催化还原法((SCR)应用最广泛。目前选择性催化还原法((SCR)采用V205/Ti02系列催化剂,具有高活性和高抗硫性能,但是此类催化剂仍存在一些问题:一是催化剂成本较高,二是操作温度高,其适用范围受局限。目前所研究的脱硝催化剂与当前环保所追求的低成本、高效率、无二次污染尚有差距。
[0003] 在实际研究中,低温脱硝催化剂有如下要求:一、便于与现有燃烧系统匹配,而不对其它相关装置产生大的影响;二、缓解SO2和粉尘对SCR催化剂的毒化和堵塞;三、可避免烟气预热的能耗。因此,研究中低温、高效率、性能稳定的脱硝催化剂已成为目前中国环保界迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容

[0005] 本实用新型提出以凹凸棒土为载体的烟气中低温脱硝催化剂,在其上负载锰的氧化物(MnOx)催化剂成分,另外加上两种或两种以上的变价金属铁、铜、钒、铈、锘的氧化物作为催化剂助剂,以提高催化剂的性能和抗二氧化硫和水蒸气的能力。通过适当的浸泡、搅拌、烘干和煅烧等工艺,制备所需的催化剂。
[0006] 作为催化剂载体的凹凸棒土,其优点在于克服了金属催化剂用后难于处理的缺点,且成本低廉。
[0007] 作为催化剂锰的氧化物,其占催化剂总重量的1% _10%,MnOx的形态可以是Μη02、Mn3O4、Mn2O3中的一种或者其中任意两种或三种组合。
[0008] 本实用新型除载体凹凸棒土和催化剂锰的氧化物之外,还添加有助催化剂的成分,如:变价金属铁、铜、钒、铈、锘,其中锰与变价金属的摩尔比为0.1-3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的催化剂,其特征在于,其中锰的氧化物占催化剂总重量的1% -10%,锰与变价金属的摩尔比为0.1-3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气中低温脱硝催化剂的制备,其步骤在于, (1)去凹凸棒土和锰的硝酸盐及醋酸盐均匀混合与水溶液中,搅拌; (2)另外加上两种或两种以上的变价金属铁、铜、钒、铈、锘的硝酸盐及醋酸盐;锰与变价金属的摩尔比为0.1-3 ; (3)将上述混合物高速搅拌半个小时,后静置l_3h ; (4)放置烤箱中80°C _120°C进行干燥; (5)在 3000C _700°C下煅烧 3-6h ; (6)冷却后研磨过筛,取60-120目的部分作为催化剂。
