本发明涉及一种创可胶及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种用于皮肤创伤的创可胶及其制备方法,主要属于外科医疗器械技术和敷料材料领域。其特征在于:主要由溶质和溶剂所组成的胶体,溶质为基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶、壳聚糖衍生物;溶剂为乙醇;所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,包括SD-1等;所述松香为脂松香等的一种或2种(含)以上混合物;所述蜂胶为天然蜂胶、药用蜂胶的一种或2种(含)以上混合物;所述壳聚糖衍生物为壳聚糖以及衍生物的1种或2种(含)以上混合物;其制备方法:(1)称取聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖,形成混合物A;(2)注入乙醇,搅拌并溶解,形成敷料B;(3)将敷料B灌装,包装即得创可胶。

创可胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种创可胶及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种用于皮肤创伤的创可胶及其制备方法,主要属于外科医疗器械技术和敷料材料领域。
背景技术
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛是聚乙烯醇和丁醛的聚合物,白色粉末,相对密度1.08~1.10。可溶于甲醇、乙醇、酮类、卤代烷、芳烃类溶剂,由于其柔顺性、粘附性和高生物安全度,作为粘附剂、改型增塑剂被广泛的应用于医疗、工业等各个领域,是非常安全的附膜基质材料。
松香为微黄至黄红色的透明固体,软化点70~90℃,比重1.070~1.085,在热熔、压敏和溶剂型胶黏剂中常用作增黏树脂,增加初黏性,提高粘结强度。其是一种弱酸性物质,在医疗领域,具有祛风燥湿,生肌止痛,常用于痈疖疮疡,外伤出血,烧烫伤等。
蜂胶是蜜蜂从植物芽孢或树干上采集的树脂,混入其上腭腺、蜡腺的分泌物加工而成的一种具有芳香气味的胶状固体物。呈棕黄色或黄褐色,遇热变软具粘性,是安全的胶粘剂。在医疗领域,应用于体虚早衰、高脂血症、消渴以及皮肤皲裂、烧烫伤。
壳聚糖及其衍生物具有镇痛止血、促进创伤愈合和抑制疤痕增生等功效,在医药领域中,已经有广泛的研究和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有防水防尘、促进创伤愈合和减少疤痕产生的创可胶及其制备方法,用以解决市场上现有各种敷料的不足。
一种创可胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:主要由溶质和溶剂所组成的胶体,溶质为基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶、壳聚糖衍生物,溶剂为乙醇;所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,包括SD-1、SD-2、SD-3、SD-4、SD-5、SD-6、SD-7;所述松香为脂松香、木松香、浮油松香的一种或2种(含)以上混合物;所述蜂胶为天然蜂胶、药用蜂胶的一种或2种(含)以上混合物;所述壳聚糖衍生物为壳聚糖以及其酰基基化物、羧基化物、烷基化物、酯化物的1种或2种(含)以上混合物;其制备方法:(1)、称取适量聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖,充分搅拌混合,形成混合物A;(2)、向混合物A注入乙醇,边注入边搅拌,使其充分溶解,形成胶体敷料B;(3)、将制得到的胶体敷料B灌装,包装即得创可胶。
本发明的创可胶中的缩丁醛为基质材料,松香为创伤恢复提供一个微环境,蜂胶帮助粘合在皮肤表面,壳聚糖及其衍生物促进创伤愈合和减少疤痕组织形成,对各种手术创口、烧烫伤和溃疡等各种创伤具有良好的保护和修复作用,具有重要的开发价值。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
(1)一种创可胶,主要由溶质和溶剂所组成的胶体,溶质为基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶、壳聚糖衍生物;溶剂为乙醇;制备原料按以下组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛50克、松香25克、蜂胶15克、羧基壳聚糖10克;
(2)创可胶制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖,充分搅拌混合,形成混合物A;
2)、向混合物A注入乙醇,边注入边搅拌,使其充分溶解,形成胶体敷料B;
3)、将制得到的胶体敷料B灌装,包装即得创可胶。
实施例2
(1)一种创可胶,主要由溶质和溶剂所组成的胶体,溶质为基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶、壳聚糖衍生物;溶剂为乙醇;制备原料按以下组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛40克、松香30克、蜂胶15克、羧基壳聚糖15克;
(2)创可胶制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖,充分搅拌混合,形成混合物A;
2)、向混合物A注入乙醇,边注入边搅拌,使其充分溶解,形成胶体敷料B;
3)、将制得到的胶体敷料B灌装,包装即得创可胶。
实施例3
(1)一种创可胶,主要由溶质和溶剂所组成的胶体,溶质为基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶、壳聚糖衍生物;溶剂为乙醇;制备原料按以下组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛30克、松香35克、蜂胶25克、羧基壳聚糖10克;
(2)创可胶制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖,充分搅拌混合,形成混合物A;
2)、向混合物A注入乙醇,边注入边搅拌,使其充分溶解,形成胶体敷料B;
3)、将制得到的胶体敷料B灌装,包装即得创可胶。

Claims (8)

1.一种创可胶,其特征在于:主要由溶质和溶剂所组成的胶体,溶质为基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖衍生物;溶剂为乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶,其特征在于:所述的创可胶的溶剂挥发后,形成防水敷料涂层薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶,其特征在于:所述的创可胶的基质聚乙烯醇缩丁醛包括SD-1、SD-2、SD-3、SD-4、SD-5、SD-6、SD-7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶,其特征在于:所述的创可胶的松香为脂松香、木松香、浮油松香的一种或2种以上混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶,其特征在于:所述的创可胶的蜂胶为天然蜂胶、药用蜂胶的一种或2种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶,其特征在于:所述的创可胶的壳聚糖衍生物为壳聚糖其酰基化物、羧基化物、烷基化物、酯化物的1种或2种以上混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶,其特征在于:所述的创可胶的溶剂为乙醇,其浓度为50%~100%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种创可胶的制备方法,其特点在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取适量聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、松香、蜂胶和壳聚糖衍生物,充分搅拌混合,形成混合物A;
(2)、向混合物A注入乙醇,边注入边搅拌,使其充分溶解,形成胶体敷料B;
(3)、将制得到的胶体敷料B灌装,包装即得创可胶。
