Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。乳腺增生病属于中医“乳癖”范畴。气滞、血瘀、痰凝交阻于乳房而形成各种形状不同的结块，并伴发程度不等的疼痛。为此，本发明针对乳腺增生病的病因，选择具有清热解毒，活血理气，舒肝散瘀，消痰软坚的中药鸡骨草、八月札、珍珠梅、一枝香、佛手、西红花、延胡索、紫参、合欢皮、赤芍、浙贝母、黄药子、甘草，制成汤剂，经我院临床试验，患者治愈率达62.5％，总有效率98.3％，具有较好的疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。
背景技术
乳腺增生病是妇科常见病、多发病之一，发病率占乳腺疾病的首位，可发生于青春期以后的任何年龄的女性，以30～50岁的中青年妇女最为常见。其临床特点以乳房周期性疼痛伴乳房肿块为特征，近年来，其发病率呈上升趋势，病因目前尚不清楚，且该病病程长，易反复发作，有癌变倾向，严重影响妇女的工作与生活。目前临床对乳腺增生病尚无确切有效的治疗方法。申请人经过多年的临床试验证明，利用中药治疗乳腺增生病具有较好的疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。乳腺增生病属于中医“乳癖”范畴。多由情志不畅，肝气郁结，气机郁滞，气滞则血瘀，蕴结于乳络，乳络经脉阻塞不通，不通则痛；肝气郁久化热，热灼津液为痰，故气滞、血瘀、痰凝交阻于乳房而形成各种形状不同的结块，并伴发程度不等的疼痛。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物由以下重量中药制成：鸡骨草5-20份、八月札10-25份、珍珠梅7-15份、一枝香2-10份、佛手8-10份、西红花3-5份、延胡索9-13份、紫参5-20份、合欢皮3-15份、赤芍4-16份、浙贝母6-9份、黄药子10-15份、甘草3-5份。
优选的，鸡骨草13份、八月札18份、佛手9份、西红花4份、珍珠梅11份、延胡索11份、紫参12份、合欢皮9份、一枝香6份、赤芍10份、浙贝母7份、黄药子13份、甘草4份。
制备方法按传统制备方法，水煎制成汤剂。
方中：鸡骨草、紫参清热解毒，活血理气，舒肝散瘀；八月札舒肝理气，活血止痛，除烦利尿；佛手疏肝解郁，理气和中，燥湿化痰；西红花、珍珠梅活血化瘀，散瘀开结，消肿止痛；延胡索活血行气止痛；合欢皮安神解郁，活血消肿；一枝香、赤芍清热凉血，散瘀止痛；浙贝母清热化痰，开郁散结；黄药子消痰软坚散结，清热解毒；甘草益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓解止痛。
临床资料
1、一般资料120例全部为女性，年龄19～55岁，平均年龄34岁，未婚11例，已婚109例；病程1年以下者70例，1～3年者30例，3～5年者12例，5年以上者8例。病变部位：单侧87例，双侧33例。肿块最大径超过5cm，7例，3～5cm，42例，1～3cm，61例，1cm以下者10例。全部病例均经过冷强光透照检查，部分病例同时作X线或多普勒超声检查确诊。
2、诊断标准根据《中医病证诊断及疗效标准》制定。(1)乳房有肿块，且多数伴乳房疼痛等症状，连续3个月不能自行缓解。(2)排除生理性乳房疼痛。如经前轻度乳痛、青春期乳痛及无肿块的乳痛。(3)乳腺B超、钼靶X线确诊为乳腺增生病。
3、治疗方法本组服用本发明所述的中药组合物，即取鸡骨草13g、八月札18g、佛手9g、西红花4g、珍珠梅11g、延胡索11g、紫参12g、合欢皮9g、一枝香6g、赤芍10g、浙贝母7g、黄药子13g、甘草4g，用水煎服，每日1剂，早晚各服1次，服中药组合物时需保持空腹，坚持口服2个月，每次在月经刚刚过后开始服用，下次月经开始前停止用药。
4、疗效标准痊愈：肿块完全消退，连续观察2个月经周期，疼痛完全消失，物理检查恢复正常；显效：肿块最大直径与最大垂直径(两径)的乘积缩小70～80％，疼痛消失或明显减轻，物理检查未见异常或病变减少70～80％；有效：肿块两径乘积缩小20～30％，疼痛减轻，物理检查肿块缩小20～30％，疼痛减轻，物理检查肿块缩小20～30％；无效：疼痛、肿块及物理检查结果无变化。
5、治疗结果120例患者在通过2个疗程治疗后，有75例患者痊愈，B超检验显示完全正常，临床症状全部消失，患者治愈率达62.5％；有29例患者显效，临床检查有部分增生，B超检查无明显异常，患者无疼痛感，有效率达24.2％；有14例患者有效，临床检查有部分增生，B超检查有明显缩小，患者微有疼痛感，11.7％；有2例患者无效，临床症状症状无变化或加重，B超检查无变化。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取鸡骨草13g、八月札18g、佛手9g、西红花4g、珍珠梅11g、延胡索11g、紫参12g、合欢皮9g、一枝香6g、赤芍10g、浙贝母7g、黄药子13g、甘草4g，按传统制备方法，水煎制成汤剂。
实施例二：称取鸡骨草5g、八月札25g、佛手8、西红花3g、珍珠梅15g、延胡索9g、紫参5g、合欢皮15g、一枝香2g、赤芍16g、浙贝母9g、黄药子10g、甘草3g，按传统制备方法，水煎制成汤剂。
实施例三：称取鸡骨草20g、八月札10g、佛手10g、西红花5g、珍珠梅7g、延胡索13g、紫参20g、合欢皮3g、一枝香10g、赤芍4g、浙贝母6g、黄药子15g、甘草5g，按传统制备方法，水煎制成汤剂。

1.一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量中药制成：鸡骨草5-20份、八月札10-25份、珍珠梅7-15份、一枝香2-10份、佛手8-10份、西红花3-5份、延胡索9-13份、紫参5-20份、合欢皮3-15份、赤芍4-16份、浙贝母6-9份、黄药子10-15份、甘草3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量中药制成：鸡骨草13份、八月札18份、佛手9份、西红花4份、珍珠梅11份、延胡索11份、紫参12份、合欢皮9份、一枝香6份、赤芍10份、浙贝母7份、黄药子13份、甘草4份。
